I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
I disregarded all the reviews on this website I took advantage of the Black Friday sale ordering three pairs of pants and the fast as possible shipping. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. My order was never shipped and I just found out I was refunded the money. It's difficult to find pants in my size so I was happy to find this kingsize.com no correspondence of why my order was shipped no notice that I was going to be refunded money either. I was really looking forward to having pants. I went back and checked and the black Friday's savings that I would've received is the current sticker price for the pants. So no black Friday savings just a huge markup crossed out with the current price that it was on Black Friday.
Can't log in to make payments. There's no email to talk to anyone that can help. On the last order they sent the wrong thing, I sent it back but they're calling me saying I still need to pay for it. Bunch of idiots and can buy the same clothes on eBay.

Well I did get my money back from them. The customer service agent that handles bad internet reviews did contact me and said she asked the warehouse about the problem and would get back to me. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Not sure why it's taking so long. I shouldn't be surprised. I really just wanted the right shirt. Lots of hassle later still no shirt. Oh well at least I got some money back.

I have ordered from this company before and usually have no problems. I ordered a shirt in June and had to wait for over 3 weeks to receive. When I did finally receive the shirt it was the wrong color. Hey mistakes happen right? Wrong! This was due to whoever packed the shirt was too lazy to read the color. I returned the shirt and had to pay for a new one while waiting to recieve payment for the old one. A week later I finally received the replacement shirt. Guess what? Wrong color again. This business may be one of the most incompetent I have dealt with in a long time. Customer service didn't even try to keep my business either. One star does not even come close to the rating I would like to give them. It amazes me that my order was jacked up twice. Pathetic.
I want to do business with this online company. But they are like Lucy. Alway pulling the football out from under the me by not having the item in stock after selling it to me. Raising the price on the item after I've spent considerable time shopping for clothing or just using a bait and switch after 2-3 months of waiting for a "clearance" item. You don't need to be so SLEAZY to get the business!

I placed an order over two weeks ago and that order still has not shipped. I tried to contact them by email to get things sorted out and I never received a response. I spent an hour on hold before I got to speak to someone on the phone and all he told me was that they couldn't cancel my order and they couldn't tell me when it would ship either. KingSize is a well-known brand. Their customer service and their practices should be better than this.

Easily the worst online shipping experience I've ever had, and I've seen it all. I even bought a car on eBay. Anyway, outrageous shopping cost, plethora of coupons spamming you with no clear indication if they're valid now or later, you have to send BACK an email they sent YOU for verification of a purchase for a shipping rebate that doesn't even cover the full cost, there's nothing that indicated whether my 30% off a specific item from one of those coupons was actually taken into account, shipping time is crazy, I haven't seen an update to my purchase since the confirmation which was 4 days ago, and many items, made by them (including socks), would have taken over a month to get here. Horrible.

I can't even review my purchase, it's still not here. Staggeringly slow processing and shipping. If it even arrives when tracking says it might, it will be two weeks since my order. According to the tracking number the package hasn't even been delivered to USPS yet, it just has a tracking number. If the item doesn't fit I hesitate to return it. I don't want to take 3 months to get the right size.
I ordered a shirt and paid $30 for 'Super Fast Shipping'. I needed the shirt for an event. I understand there are no guarantees, but after 3 days, I was told the shirt did not ship and yelled at a few representatives, who also confirmed my shirt did not ship out. I literally recieved the shirt 4 hours later. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

They sent shipping info a week almost after I ordered, tracking didn't show till a week later, never got it.! No one answers phone or email. My Son ordered from them, sizes are two sizes smaller than whet your order, can never get them on phone or answer email. Never order from them again.! Wish I'd read reviews first.

It's been 20 business days (24 total days) since the order was placed and we still haven't received it. When I called customer service to see what could be done, I was told that they accept no responsibility for the package once it leaves their operation. Wow. Maybe they need to try a different carrier than FedEx, or maybe offer to resend the items that haven't been delivered?
I recently made my first purchase from King-size impressed with their styles and low prices. When I received my order and started wearing their clothes I found out real quick why their prices are low. Out of five shirts I purchased every one I have had to resew buttons on. On one flannel every single button on the front. The boxer briefs are thin as paper and roll up on you they're very uncomfortable. All their clothes shrink even the t-shirts they claim won't so don't be fooled by their advertised non shrink t-shirts.
Would not purchase from this company again website said that they would do price adjustment and the price was down by $11.00 and their customer service would not do a price adjustment, I told them to remove their statement that said they will make a price adjustment and refund to the method of payment, not worth purchasing from a business that is not customer oriented or customer friendly, making a complaint to consumer affairs for false advertising.

Customer service and communication is absolutely horrible. King size thinks they are talking to idiots. Firstly sending 10 lbs of magazines "junk mail" in my package is the reason why it cost $14 to ship my shorts. I ordered a pair of shorts they were back ordered without my knowledge zero communication. I went back to the website to order the same shorts and different size and all the sudden there's a sale buy one get one free but they increase the price of the shorts by 30% one week after I bought some. Their emails are absolute spam worthy. They are liars almost Criminal sending me 10 pounds of junk mail in my package. The only reason I bought more shorts it was because my DXL order was running late. I will never be back to this absolute garbage company again.

My original order taker never applied the catalogue discount to the order and charged me full price. Also never sent order confirmation as requested which would have caught this immediately. They refused to do price adjustment so ultimately am sending whole order back. Run from these people... they're customer service people respond like robots... no, no,, no... plain nincompoops
In being fair this is an update to a previous review with King size. Second attempt to straighten out an order was met with better customer service response. The lady my wife talked to was much more peasant than the guy I dealt with. We had to cancel the previous order and reorder. Hopefully this will be delivered in a better time frame.

I called about an order that was shipped the First of December. This is the 23rd. I understand delays due to covid. I was polite to the customer service rep but he was rude to the point of ridiculousness. Advised me that if I had ordered a more expensive shipping feature I wouldn't have had this problem. For real.? Right. Also told me I could cancel the order and try again. I don't think so. What? Wait another month? I know they do not control the shipping once it is picked up but I do know there should be a better process in place to handle these issues. Being rude to your customers is not one of them. Needless to say I have found another company with much more peasant employees.
Sorry piece of $#*! company. I ordered a pair of shoes. Been on the way with no update for 11 days. A second order has been 12 days, not even shipped yet. I call, on hold for over 2 1/2 hours and gave up. Called later and finally got them. Told me I have to wait 30 before I can request refund. I told them to cancel my other order. They said they couldn't. I said why not, it has not been processed. She said it's their policy that they don't cancel. Save yourself some grief, never buy from them or their other store.

I received a letter from KingSize Direct offering me a 'gift' of $50 off any order of $100+, and that "you can combine this already-generous offer with our exciting holiday offers and push you savings to even greater heights". So I placed and order in excess of $200 and it wouldn't give me the $50 off. I was on Customer Service Chat for over an hour with no result. I was told that I would have to call Customer Service to have this fixed. I called, went through a representative and two supervisors, and it turns out that, hey! This letter is totally false advertising! You can't combine it with ANY other offers. I am SO disappointed and aggravated with company. Guess I'll stick with Amazon from now on.

I have ordered from KingSize a couple of times and I have always experienced a long delay in shipping. The email states that your order has been shipped but no tracking. Everyone is pointing fingers at each other so USPS says still waiting for the shipment. Then there's some other shipping vendor pitneybowes thats involved and who knows what happens to that shipment. Every update states that each company is waiting for the other to deliver the package. I ordered twice because I thought that maybe it was fluke that the one time took so long to deliver. Every shipping email states that due to "covid" shipping will be delayed. Package should have been delivered on Saturday and now it's changed magically to next Friday.
I have shopped on the Kingsize Direct website for many years and was recently looking buy Levis 550 jeans in size 48/29. The regular price on the Kingsize website is $109.50, but they are on sale right now for $76.99. The list price of 550 jeans in my size on the Levis website is $69.50 and they are 30% off if I buy 2 pair or more. I was able to buy the jeans at my local Kohl's store in my size on sale for $48.65 (regular price $69.50). Are all the items for sale on Kingsize overpriced to this extent?

I got sent a coupon for 50% off my entire order and free shipping. I selected 2 night shirts put them in my cart and 3 sets of undergarments. When trying to check out, it wouldnt accept either coupon code. I thenn tried online chat with customer service, who was very argumentative. So, I cancelled my order. On an order prior to this one, they charged my cc five times for one order and it took over a month to get it all straightened out.
I have used this site on several occasions to buy something for my husband. The clothes are well made, and fit him comfortably. A bit ago, I got him a few jackets for the winter. They arrived on time, and my husband really liked them. This is a good place to find comfortable and reasonably priced men's clothing.
Made the mistake of ordering from them off of Amazon. They shipped the product then their delivery company decided not to deliver and mark it as an incorrect address. Keep in mind there are previous and current Amazon deliveries to said address. Amazon doesn't have contact information for their delivery company. King Size was contacted through messages on Amazon. They are waiting for the return of the item before processing a refund. Return of an item they sent with a company that didn't deliver it. Scammers.

I have ordered about once a year from King Size. The day after my last order, I went to their website and under my account history I noticed that I had been charged $16.95 a month for the entire year. Customer service (Danny B.) told he couldn't do anything, that I had to call another customer service RED FLAG! Since I didn't notice the charges, It looks like I am stuck since I already paid my CC bills off. I know I should be more careful, but I have shopped at KS for more than 20 years and never had this problem.
I went online and saw many bad reviews with the same issue. No one signed up for this. Hundreds of complaints similar to mine.
If they don't ship my order out tomorrow at the latest, I am going to cancel it, I'm never shopping there again.
