I needed a part for my faucet. They did initially respond to my request, but were otherwise dismissive and unhelpful, eventually ignoring my subsequent emails. And their product did have issues, such as a small leak, a missing part, and poor design with regard to unsupported weight.
Kingston Brass Is Now As Kingston So Its A Victorian Tub And Shower Faucet, We Are Absolutely Replacing The Bathtub For Sure And It Wasn't Been Installed Yet At All And Sitting In The Box For A Long Time, We Purchased This Faucet on 7/11/16 But The Shower Head Ring Is Missing In The Box Where Did It Go Now Or Well What Can We Do With The Shower Head Ring Now.
