First online web site purchase. Product received was defective. Notified owner/merchant/vendor of my intent to return the defective product and request a full refund however the owner attacked my character and credibility. Owner/merchant/vendor has received the defective product back in his possession however have yet to receive any form of refund. Have disputed transaction with my bank to protect my account integrity and filed a BBB complaint as well. This was my first and LAST purchase with this business.
