A poor unreliable service

Kiss&Fly took my money straight away and 24 hours to tell me my booking was cancelled. This meant flights for Xmas became more expensive. It was a crucial period of time to book a flight and Kiss&Fly let me down. I trusted them for my flight. I do not recommend such a poor unreliable service!

I loose one way of my fligth to argentina, and on the way back was cancelled without advice, so I bought 2 extra fligth, I couldn't get help from costumers service! No refund, nothing! Never again!

Avoid Kiss&Fly – Complete Scam!
I purchased airline tickets for myself and a friend in December through Kiss&Fly. After not receiving my tickets, I contacted their support to confirm whether our flight was still scheduled. They reassured me that everything was fine and that check-in would be available at the airport.
However, when I arrived at the airport, I was shocked to learn that the airline simply didn't exist! I was left stranded with no flight and no way to travel.
Since December, I have repeatedly contacted Kiss&Fly, requesting a refund. Their customer support only responded with vague, copy-paste messages, and later stopped replying altogether. Eventually, my tickets were marked as "refunded" in my account, but I never received my money back.
Only after I discovered that Kiss&Fly is also linked to a company called Tickets, did I finally get a response. They suddenly agreed to "try" and process my refund. However, instead of simply returning the money to my original Ukrainian bank card (which I used for payment), they insisted that I provide a US bank account.
To comply with their demands, I even created a Payoneer account and provided all necessary details.
After waiting another month with no refund, they suddenly requested a US address. When I explained that I don't live in the US and have no connection to it, they ignored me completely. They stopped responding to my emails and messages, refusing to resolve the issue.
This company is a fraud. They take your money, give you fake assurances, and then make it impossible to get a refund. Stay far away from them! If you've been scammed, don't waste your time—file a complaint with the police, which is exactly what I am doing now.

I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience. Basically, the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna. They managed to trick me with 609 euros, avoid this company, they are first class scammers.

Payment was difficult and when I tried to cancel less than 24 hours after booking, it was denied. Not even a credit was offered. Only time this has ever happened. It has never been this difficult changing a booking from any other company. I am now out $500 without a return ticket home.

Ho aspettato per 13 giorni la proposta di un nuovo volo per un volo che è stato cancellato da british airways a fine agosto. Adesso da 15 giorni lavorativi sto attendendo il rimborso del medesimo volo. Loro continuano a rispondere che stanno aspettando l'autorizzazione della compagnia aerea, quando sul loro sito scrivono che "Se avete pagato la vostra prenotazione al Kissandfly.it, i fondi saranno rimborsati entro 5-10 giorni lavorativi dopo il ricevimento della richiesta di rimborso". WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I booked a trip through their website, and as soon as they received the payment, they canceled my trip with some explanations like "there was a change in the promotional fare with a limited validity period, etc."

I contacted them by email to inquire about the refund, and they told me it was issued and would take 1 to 24 hours to be completed. Almost 48 hours later, I still haven't received the money.

I explained that I needed the money to buy another ticket for a trip in 2 days. I risk not being present at my mother's funeral.

The agency continues to claim that I need to check with my bank, but my bank assured me that it should not take more than 24 hours after the refund is issued, and that deadline has already passed.

A piece of advice: AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. This has undoubtedly been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Do NOT use this service. They are a scam! I booked my flight thru them and when i went to check in for my flight the gate agent said i needed to pay 3 times the price for my flight because my flight was booked on a fraudulent card from kissandfly and my reservation was no longer valid. When i spoke to someone at kiss and fly they told me to pay the cost to rebook and they would refund me the amount, which i have confirmation from them stating this in an email. Now they want my full bank details instead of refunding the card they have on file and wont refund any of my money snd have stopped answering emails.

Terrible Experience with Kissandfly - Flight Cancelled Without Explanation

I ordered a ticket to date was incorrect when I tried to correct it they said that was not possible mind you this is a month before the flight was even boarding so I simply asked for a refund so I could re-order the ticket they denied me do not use this website All the other reviews read the same horrible experience. They told me they were going to send it to technical team. I asked if I could speak to somebody in technical team. Apparently there's no way to speak to anybody in technical team have to go to the website electronically ask for a request, and after reading the reviews reviews on this place stating they never give refunds and customer service is horrible. The reviews are absolutely correct. I will never use this website again. Stay far away go through conventional ticket website. Please read the explanation for why they couldn't refund me a simple ticket cause I'm still trying to figure it out. Again stay away.

Same as everyone else's story. Kiss & Fly cancel the flight & then won't give me the refund of their agency fee. The airline refunded me immediately but I'm still waiting, over 6 weeks, for Kiss & Fly. My credit card also got hacked after using this site. Not a coincidence. No one will give you a straight answer and they keep running you around in circles. Avoid at all costs.

Booked a ticket KL to Manila, cheapest option on skyscanner was K&F. After booking and paying I was informed that the ticket issuance procedure was in progress. My itinerary arrived 6 hours before my flight is due to depart, taking much longer than the 48 hours they assured me in their email. There was also no option to add luggage so I'm having to organise this at the airport and I'm guessing it will incur additional fees.

The only saving grace was the customer service who did reply to my emails but could only really tell me to be patient and that they'd keep me in the loop. If you want a smooth flight booking service, in my opinion, I'd suggest you pay a little higher and avoid Kiss & Fly.
