I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I booked a trip through their website, and as soon as they received the payment, they canceled my trip with some explanations like "there was a change in the promotional fare with a limited validity period, etc."
I contacted them by email to inquire about the refund, and they told me it was issued and would take 1 to 24 hours to be completed. Almost 48 hours later, I still haven't received the money.
I explained that I needed the money to buy another ticket for a trip in 2 days. I risk not being present at my mother's funeral.
The agency continues to claim that I need to check with my bank, but my bank assured me that it should not take more than 24 hours after the refund is issued, and that deadline has already passed.
A piece of advice: AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. This has undoubtedly been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

As numerous previous reviews state, please avoid Kissandfly at all costs! I booked flights to Helsinki-Manchester-Helsinki and then the schedule of the outbound flight changed by SAS without any reason and the new flight schedule did not suit my travel plan. Then, I wanted to cancel my flights as that is the customer's right in these kind of involuntary flight cancellations. I checked personally from both SAS and Finnair that I can get full refund from them. So from their side no problem getting refund.
As I have used 3rd party travel agency Kissandfly I can not get refund directly from the airline company.
Now 3 weeks later, I have provided all the needed documents to Kissandfly but still no refunds. All the responses by email are ambiguous. I will not stop until I get my money back.

I have contacted SAS (see attachments) and they have sent refund to Kissandfly already on 24th of February, a month ago, and you still dare to claim that I have received the money. That is simply not true!

I have booked a KLM flight to the US through this website, and from the moment I booked it it stated 'pending issuance'. So, I was told to wait max 48 hours. Then the tickets would have been confirmed. After 48 hours the tickets were still not confirmed. Contacted them about 5 times through chat. Every time I was told to wait because they had a high workload at the moment. So, I waited another two days and asked where my confirmation is. They again told me that the tickets were 'in the process' of issuance. But they again, could tell me how long that was going to take. I suspect, -as I spoke to a friend working at KLM-, that they probably advertised with a price that is not available anymore and they are just waiting for me to cancel the booking. Anyway, so that is what I did. Instead of sending me the cancellation, they told me again to wait for that. Also, support could not say when I will get that cancellation. I would like to have it as I will need to buy another flight, so that I can finally start booking the connecting flights in the US. This is so frustrating and it will be hard to trust this website kissandlfly.com. Travelfrom.nl is the Dutch part of it. Before I booked here too, but I will think twice now.

Booked a ticket KL to Manila, cheapest option on skyscanner was K&F. After booking and paying I was informed that the ticket issuance procedure was in progress. My itinerary arrived 6 hours before my flight is due to depart, taking much longer than the 48 hours they assured me in their email. There was also no option to add luggage so I'm having to organise this at the airport and I'm guessing it will incur additional fees.
The only saving grace was the customer service who did reply to my emails but could only really tell me to be patient and that they'd keep me in the loop. If you want a smooth flight booking service, in my opinion, I'd suggest you pay a little higher and avoid Kiss & Fly.

The airline refunded me immediately but I'm still waiting, over 6 weeks, for Kiss & Fly. My credit card also got hacked after using this site. Not a coincidence. No one will give you a straight answer and they keep running you around in circles. Avoid at all costs.

Don't believe the reply messages they send to these reviews either because they are a lie and it is completely obvious. They are located in Austria & you won't be able to communicate with anyone via any means you try. They just steal your money & then hide like the cowards they are. How they are still in business I don't know but someone needs to shut them down immediately. I will celebrate on the day every year for the rest of my life when these scumbags are put behind bars, where they belong.

I bought a ticket for my mum and realised I booked the wrong date soo I asked for a refund which was instantly approved but its been more than 3 months now a 40 email exchanges still no refund. Each time same excuse. No there not even replying emails.

My wife and I booked flights from Los Angeles to Reykjavik with Kiss & Fly, and when our flight home got canceled, Kiss & Fly initially acted like they were going to refund us. But as the weeks turned to months, we were met with increasing silence. They kept telling us they were waiting to hear back from the airline--for five months!
When we asked to be connected with whomever it was they were supposedly speaking with at the airline, we got no response. Just now I called their customer service number and was hung up on when I asked to speak with a supervisor.
0 out of 5 would be a more accurate rating. The only reason I'm even writing this review is because I can see Kiss & Fly is occasionally active on this page. I'm hoping they will see this and give us our refund. If not, I'll have to keep posting reviews like this to warn others.
EDIT: Kiss & Fly eventually commented on this review and issued a refund for the canceled flight. I commend them for this. However, after how long this refund took (and the fact I had to post publicly to get it), I am not changing my rating.

I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.
