I ordered something from Germany and it reached me in time, with no problems. Thanks for sending me this regional product, that I could not get somewhere else. Really appreciate ordering from you. Also fast response on my mails and giving me info about the status of the package. Great! I can really recommend this online store.

First of all, i did it on purpose to buy from a Canadian company. Let's say that I prefer paying 1$ more and buying from a local company than from amazon. The transaction was very smooth and the product arrived well and within 4 days, safe and professionally packaged. I would definitely buy from them again! Second, I am looking at the negative reviews and they totally don't make sense. You don't have to pay with paypal to get your money back, all canadian credit cards offer disputes automatically. So when you don't receive a product you can simply call your bank/credit card and reverse the transaction. If you pay by a credit card, you can never get "duped" for your money! I don't get it why people write FAKE negative reviews. This is a legitimate Canadian reseller company.

I purchased a pepper and salt mill - firstly the price was some of the best for on-line shopping. Order got here in 4 days which is amazing especially dealing with Canada Post. Never new this on-line company existed til now. Thankful I found them

Ordered Mercto pasta maker in late March 2021. Didn't hear a word for a month so i contacted KitchenNiche. They said it would be delivered in May. It is now late June and again i have not heard from them. Terrible customer service. Companies like this should not be in existence.

Sold a product they did not have. After 5 attempts to contact them as to where my purchase is, almost 3 weeks later they claim that it will take another 6 weeks for product to arrive. Very poor service and misleading website. Never again will I purchase from them.

I received an email from Kitchenniche three days after submitting the 1 star review. They were very apologetic and advised me that the delay was due to one of my products being in back order. I have now received both of the products I ordered.

Never received product that was paid for, never had my calls or emails returned

I paid for 2 products totalling over $100 on Feb 28/20, stated in my account that they were processing and packing on March 3. It is now April 17 and I still don't have the products that I purchased. I have called 3 times and emailed twice but never heard back from company. I see that they updated their website with new April specials but still haven't had a single response to any of my calls or emails about not receiving what I paid for. Ompletely disilluisioned that I got duped by them for my money. They have had time to update their April website. If they would have returned any of my calls I would not be writing this review.

I have placed an order April 11. I still have not received my order. I called and left 5 messages and sent an email. No reply back at all from anyone. I am running a business and need the items that I ordered. I will never order from this company again.
I don't mind a delay as long as I know so I can plan what to do in the mean time.

Do not order from kitchenNiche.ca. They don't seem to care about their customers' satisfaction.

Customer service was absolutely terrible.
I received the product with a broken part, they sent me a new one after more than 9 months and they sent me not original item.
And when I asked for compensation for the inconvenience, they refused.

Just found this website today, should have looked harder yesterday. I ordered and then tried to cancel it. Forget about anyone being helpful. I spoke to someone, he said would try to get back to me. DID NOT HAPPEN. I sent email, I called 3x, received 2 emails back and they shipped out my order and now I am asking for shipping info and how to return items. They are rude and Not very helpful. Will never deal with them again. I hope to get through this, but I am not very happy at all. They should focus on customers even if they are a small business.

Do Not Use This Company!!

Whenever I ordered my product through Kitchen Niche I am always satisfied with the time it takes to get it. I dealt with them for roughly three years and have not experienced any great difficulties dealing with this company. Also, I get a nice thank you note with my orders.

Placed an order, waited a few weeks, sent multiple emails and left a voicemail; no response to any of them. I think this site must just be up to harvest credit card info - luckily I paid by Paypal, and was able to get my money back when (of course) the store didn't respond to my Paypal dispute.

Many years ago we purchased a SwissMar peeler at a trade show. It has been the BEST peeler I've ever used. One day I googled "world's best peeler" and was delighted to find the same peeler on the Kitchen Niche website. I ordered 10 and the package arrived very quickly. I kept a new one for myself and gave the rest as gifts. Last week I ordered 10 more peelers and 2 cheese planes. The order was placed on April 7 and arrived in my mailbox April 10 or 11th! The cheese plane is also of excellent quality and I'm sure will be a welcome addition to my kitchen. Great customer service!

I'm very happy to have discovered KitchenNiche to supply me with the selection of tea I require. My order was handled very promptly and I even got an email from a human! I am definitely bookmarking them and shopping there again!

I have ordered loose teas and received prompt service and excellent prices. I have actually sold the brand of teas that they carried in my own store twenty years ago and so I know the quality and the prices are very competitive. The free shipping minimum is a little steep but doable.

I can see I'm not the only one who has ordered a pasta maker from this jenky website and have had no response to why my order is a no-show. Misleading is an understatement. If you look up the location of the store it is out of a house in Calgary. It has been a month since I ordered my pasta machine and no response on where it is or why it hasn't shown up. I was trying to support local companies but this one is horrid. Stay away from them.

I ordered my knives on a Sunday and they arrived at my door Thursday. The service is second to none. I definitely would not hesitate to order from this company again and will recommend it to family and friends.

Numerous phone calls or emails. I have filed a claim
With Paypal. The lesson I learned is to always check
Reviews about internet companies I am not familiar with
Before making a purchase. Buyer beware!

Your order was shipped on December 8th with Canada Post Small Parcel Air and will be delivered to your US address with regular mail (USPS). I wanted to replace my Oxo oven mitts and could not locate them locally and other on-line places were above my spending limit for oven mitts. So I was delighted when I found them at Kitchen Niche! They came as promised and they are better than my old ones! Thanks so much!

My search for a German-made Borner mandolin took me to an Amazon site where it was available for $69.99. I noticed that the supplier for Amazon was KitchenNiche.ca. My search on KitchenNiche found the same product on sale for $49.99. I did not have to pay for shipping as I ordered 2 of these and got free shipping. However, even with the shipping fees the cost was less than Amazon. Items ordered arrived as per timeline provided and were as expected. Would definitely use KitchenNiche again.

Don't bother ordering from this place. I ordered a pepper mill and it's been almost a month and still nothing. Probably a scammer site. Stay away.

Update: After 8 weeks from ordering I had to contact my credit card to reverse the charges. (It takes 30 days to process) The website wouldn't return my money.

Worst retail on-line experience I've had. Do not buy from these people. Ordered an 89$ + tax = 112$ Le Creuset teapot Nov 30/11. It arrived just before Christmas, defective. I could not use it as the gift it was intended for and had to purchase something else. As per the website guidelines, I contacted the company within 7 day for instructions to return the item for refund. They do not answer the phone and rarely reply to email. They finally told me I have to deal with the manufacturer to get a replacement. I informed them I don't want a replacement, I want a refund. As I had to buy another gift, this teapot was of no use to me. Looks like I'm stuck trying to sort something out with the manufacturer, to get a replacement for something I don't want. Horrible experience with these people. Beware. I'm filing a complaint with BBB.

I wanted some peri-peri dried peppers and couldn't find them anywhere. When I searched I found this company. They had what I wanted (and more) and all was shipped and received in very short time. I am very pleased with the service and products. The price point was good for the quality. I will check in when I need other baking tools or products.

I ordered some thing on September 12 and on September 14 it was packing and processing. I needed this for a birthday gift on September 28. I I have called and sent several emails to someone name Sandra and to date she has not bothered to call me return my emails etc. Obviously she took my money almost $200 but has not bothered to answer my emails or calls as to where the item is. Do not bother buying from this company as their customer service is horrendous

Hello, I ordered a meat slicer (200$ CAN). Monday 17 oct and was shipped 26 oct... Between that i didn't get any notification or tracking number (I asked them for...) on my order and was in doubt reading bad reviews here. I received it yesterday by express post. Everything is fine but this compagny surely have a bad communication and dont let their customer to be safe in mind. For me its ok, but im not sure i'll buy there again cause i absolutly not want to deal a return or a damaged item with them... THAT should be a nightmare.
