I am very disappointed with Kiwii Naturals. On October 18,2024, I placed an order (Order KIW1449) and paid R649, which included a R90 express shipping fee to South Africa.

Furthermore, I experienced complications during the payment process, as I was inadvertently overcharged. I do, however, appreciate their swift attention to this issue paying back the overcharged amount.

Despite waiting for more than 35 days and reaching out multiple times, I have not received my product or any response.
As someone on a tight budget, I was relying on this medication for joint pain relief.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. I just want to share my experience with others
