“Beautiful Coat”

I ordered a sweater coat from K. Jordan and it is perfectly beautiful. It looks just like it did in catalog. It fit a bit large so I had to return for smaller size. The new one arrived in about a week without additional charges. I was very pleased with item and customer service and would gladly buy from them again.

They lost track of my payments, they are inconsistent, uncooperative and unreliable. We made several attempts to rectify their mistakes. Despite long long phone conversations and promises that our account had been updated -- the next bill is yet again completely wrong. No tracking system. I recommend you stay away from any payment plan with this company and it's affiliates. Masseys, etc.

I LOVE Kjordan! I have never had a problem with my orders/ shipping. Prices are a little high for some of the material choices that they use, but quality and style is nice. Always my go to order company when I want something different.

A year ago, I ordered $300.00,3 dresses and 2 shirts. The dresses were made of very thin, cheap material and fell apart. Even Walmarts clothes are made better. The two shirts were $40.00 a piece. I bought them for my daughter. First, the colors were totally different than the catalog and second, they too were made of cheap cotton, thin material. Now, I got their credit offer for $1,000.00 but it was a hard pull on my credit and lowered my overall score. I paid it off immediately with my debit card. All I can say is I warn you, you will be very sorry if you buy from this company. I believe their clothes come from a third world country and are made by people who make about 50 cents day. Trust these bad reviews because they are true.

If clothing doesn't fit which KJordan is pricey anyway you should not have to pay a return to stock fee and finance charge on shipping and handling. I returned all 3 items I ordered. They sent a bill within a week. Then bc they did that they charge finance fees when the bill has a balance even though items were sent back. They are a complete rip off! Never would I recommend this company!

I ordered a top and jeans, I got the top today and it is huge.it looks more like a dress.and very cheap quality. They emailed me saying the jeans were out of stock and would be shipped in 3 more months, I'm sorry what? So I called to cancel the jean order but they told me I would have to call back in 2-3 days because they couldn't cancel that order since I just got the top today. This makes no sense to me. Long story short I will not shop with them again.

I received a package from this company and I didn't place the order to begin with. They enrolled me on a credit plan without my knowledge or consent. Now I'm waiting for a fraudulent package to go to the police so they open an investigation and they have not sent me the email after I have called 3 times and spoke to a supervisor about it. Don't order from them.

Ordered from them, sent items back, I paid the return shipping stated on invoice, they tried to change me another 8.95 for return shipping when I already sent them the money. This company should be shut down, not allowed to sell anything!

I was looking at some items from Masseys as I have ordered from them several times. I had a pair of shoes in my cart but I never placed the order. Suddenly I received an email from a company called K. Jordan saying my order has been shipped. Low and behold it was the same pair of shoes in my Masseys cart. I have never ordered from K Jordan nor have I ever heard of them. I don't know how they can place an order for me based on what I was looking at on Masseys website. Scammers. I didn't actually buy the shoes anyway I just placed them in my cart as I was still shopping. This is a total joke. It didn't give me an order number or a tracking number or anything. Just a message saying your order has been shipped with the photo of the same shoes I was looking at Masseys website.

Did not receive the items when quoted. I returned them since no. 1 they were not true to size and way smaller than they should have been and no. 2 I no longer needed them for event they were ordered for because of the delay. I returned them in their own shipping boxes with their own labels and I am still receiving a bill for $38.00. Cannot get anyone at customer service to advise I am not paying the bill and have not received a response from the "contact us" on the website. Reporting the company to the better business bureau if at all possible.

I ordered a pair of boots, the measurements were off and they didn't fit right. I immediately returned them, unworn. They still said I owed them almost $40! For what? I've now been turned over for collection. I refuse to pay money that I don't owe.

This has to be the only hack of a company Ive ever had to deal with. Starting g from the fact that they charge $19.99 for s/h for bras and underwear that weight oz not pounds, to the worst customer service from a manager Ive ever experienced. Ill let my credit card company deal with them now. Disgusting g. Warning: do not buy from this company... nobody should be charging that much money for s/h and additional for returns.

Don't order from here! I ordered two things with free shipping. I had to return them and still owed $28. Seems like a lot to pretty much just try on two things. I understand there are fees in returning things, but $28 seems like a lot!

Then when I called to talked to someone, I had the rudest rep and the worst customer service I have EVER had! She would not explain to me or look up my account. Talked to me in a very rude and condescending way. Kept telling me it is stated in the in the catalog. I told her I know that but it doesn't say it is going to be a ridiculous amount. She was literally trying to pick a fight with me over the phone! It was the strangest thing!

Don't order from here unless you know you won't need to return it or talk to customer service!

I am disappointed in the shipping prices and the extra expenses of returning items which were not sized correctly. We are forced to pay tax on shipping costs so to have such huge shipping costs jacks up the tax and makes the items more expensive than its worth. I had to pay $13 to get a $20 item. Then had to return to get another size and was charged $7.95 return fee with tax added on. So in the end I paid double for the item. I have cancelled my business with them and will no longer shop with them.

This website is the worst place to ever order from the rudest most incompetent people I have ever have to dealt with. I ordered an item from them which was defective so I sent it back so they want to charge me all these ridiculous fees and late fees. The best advice I can give you about this company is to not order from them save yourself the headache it was so bad they gave me anxiety. STAY AWAY

I would give this company a negative 2 stars if I could. They charge you to return the product. A processing fee when you return the item & you still end up paying half of what the item cost in fees. I WOULD NOT BUY from this companyyou are even charged to exchange the items. This company targets poor customers by advertising $5.99 a month while interest charges are accruing.

More than a month ago i order 5 items from K. Jordan recieved and returned. They are just now crediting my account and they want to charge me $75.00 and i did not keep anything. The pants and jeans i ordered wear paper thin and didn't fit right and all 3 tops were way too big, their sizing charts are not correct. I have officially been on hold with customer sevice for 53 minutes. After all is said i owe them $30.94 and i get nothing for my change. You had to select a star, otherwise i would not have gave them any stars.

I was greatly surprised how easy it was to establish an account, how quickly i received my entire order at once innstead of in pieces. And paid 25.00 sale price for most of my order. 5 lovely outfits.its nice to know that even on a fixed income, k. Jordan has made their clothing affordable for me. Evening wear, business attire, dressy casual they have it all! Yes, there are a few things out of my budget in the catalog but there was sooo much on sale that i got 5 outfits and credit to spare. Im addicted lol

I was surprised to read these bad reviews, I have had a Kjorden account for about a year, have ordered several times always gotten my items on time, sizes fit well, always looked just like the pictures and the quality was always good. I did have to call them once and was left on hold for about 5 minutes but the problem was resolved immediately and the customer service rep was great, Kjorden will continue to get my business

I sincerely wish I had read the reviews online about this company before placing an order. You think I'd be smart enough to do that by now. Duh! I agree with everything that has been said by other reviewers. The clothes are very nice... Stylish and what I received were quality items. However, the plus sizes are cut large. Most of my order did not fit and had to be returned. The initial shipping was very quick but the return is taking forever! Going on 3 weeks now and I still have not received notification of the return. Some items were missing from my initial order and I am still waiting on those. Right now my account balance is 460 bucks and all I have to show for it as a pair of jeans. They are nice but WTF... I agree that the technicians are less than helpful when you call into customer service.

I ordered 4 items from them... I received them and the sizing was off. So I sent back for an exchange. They sent me an email saying the size I needed was no longer available... then I received a bill for 40 doll... for restocking fees and shipping. Are you kidding me. Its not my fault you were out of the size I need and I have to pay. I called customer service. She totally agrees with me that I should not have to pay but said there was nothing she could do about it... what a joke..

Oh K Jordan, I received a catalog stating I could charge up to $350 (pre-approved offer)
I placed an order for $347. 47. 2 days later I get an email now stating the want roughly 1/3 down. REALLY? So what the catalog said was a bait and switch. I cancel the order.
2 days later I get a catalog stating I am pre-approved for $500 in credit with them. So I call and talk to Carlos a manager in their credit department. I tell him everything I just told you and he is rude and condescending. Tells me to place the order again and find out if my credit is good with them this time. Funny because your parent company is the same company that owns Monroe & Main and Swiss Colony and I have accounts with both of them but, No thank you. I will spend my money elsewhere jerk. I wouldn't order from this company if it was free after my experience.

First their prices are high as crap and then I was told that whenever the total amount is over your credit limit, they have to run your credit. That was it for me. I canceled my entire order and I will never order from them again!

I have been caring for an ailing parent. I tried to exchange a pair of shoes and a few other items that had never been worn. They would not exchange my items because it was outside of their return policy. I am stuck with a pair of expensive Sorrels that do not fit. Boo! I have worked in Retail management for 30 years. I would never do this to a customer. Closing my account.

I have never had a problem. I get my orders in a timely fashion, I have returned items with no trouble, and have always had nice, friendly service both when ordering and making payments. I will continue to give them my business.

Ordered 2 sweaters back in November as Christmas gifts. The order came in and was the wrong size and color and one was missing. Called the company. They told me to return the one I received and that they would send me the correct sizes and colors. The customer service was terrible and very rude. Got my replacement order and that was also wrong. Had to call again and got another rude employee. Finally got the two sweaters that I ordered. They was $35 a piece and now I have been calling customer service because they are trying to charge me almost $100 for 2 sweaters. Will NEVER order through them again. Customer service has been rude every time I have called. Sat on the phone for 2 hours just to be told the department I need is closed for the day and I would have to call back AGAIN! So this will be the 6th total phone calls made to K Jordan just to get one order fixed.

I ordered a coat was sent to another address. Its taking forever to get the coat off of my account.it was k jordans error not mine.the customer service sucks! This person send you to another person and another. I have been dealing with kjordan for years never this! I see why the better business bureau gave a low score! I cant seem to get this matter resolved so i am filing a complaint! It has been over a week and a supervisor has not called me back! Done with you K jordan... Robyne Cunningham
