“Beautiful Coat”

I ordered a sweater coat from K. Jordan and it is perfectly beautiful. It looks just like it did in catalog. It fit a bit large so I had to return for smaller size. The new one arrived in about a week without additional charges. I was very pleased with item and customer service and would gladly buy from them again.

They lost track of my payments, they are inconsistent, uncooperative and unreliable. We made several attempts to rectify their mistakes. Despite long long phone conversations and promises that our account had been updated -- the next bill is yet again completely wrong. No tracking system. I recommend you stay away from any payment plan with this company and it's affiliates. Masseys, etc.

I returned shirt that was 40$ I had to pay 10.99 shipping and now they want another 7.95. I will never buy from this company again. It's nothing but crap

FOR TWO PURCHASES OF $19.95 I AM STILL PAYING FOR THIS. TOTAL PRICE PAID TO DATE IS $53.00 AND SHOWING A BALANCE OF $29.93. SO IN FACT FOR 2 ITEMS THE INTEREST AND SHIPPING WILL COST YOU $80.00
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY WHO DOES NOT PROCESS PAYMENT ON TIME. AND WILL CHARGE YOU UP FOR MORE MONEY.

I ordered a shirt for $45 when the shirt arrived it was of very poor quality. I returned the shirt and was only refunded $25. And when I called to inquire why I was'nt refunded my total balance. I spoke with a supervisor who told me about alot of unnecessary fees I was charged for returning the poor quality shirt
The supervisor shouted and hung up on me. I have unsubscribed from every catalog associated with Kjordan. I will never buy from them ever again.

The quality I clothing is not the greatest.
However I was not aware of anything, so I innocently order a top. I immediately return it when I see their clothes sizing is to large for me as well as the quality, it was questionable. I send back return, I call and make clear I want no future account, nothing. They have know turned a 39.99 returned item, that they received swiftly into a $65.00 delinquent bill and have turned it over to collectors Unbelievable
They want you to pay for all shipping, and they continue to add fees into it as if you actually had a credit card account it appears. Not sure if it's legal. Sure be warned and be careful. This company is out to get anyone in a negative manner.
It's a shame. I am an avid online shopper of 10 years, I saw a shirt I liked. Now I'm being treated like a low class citizen over it.
I do right and always have and I never leave reviews. I want anyone who is co wondering this company to think seriously think twice. I called to speak to a supervisor. She backs up their practice. She's ok with it. Knowing it was all returned and this bill all started from shipping fees that are in small print? She is totally cool with her job, so calling them does nothing. I am an executive professional. Props to her, guess it keeps food on her table
To send an account for 64.00 (18.00) is the shipping which means they essentially sent me to collections over added fees.
And they justify that and are rude on top of it..

Hello! As you can see the above comment looks like it was rat on the money with what Adam ploy was probably told to write. There are umpteen complaints about this company. I ordered that from them and was happy with the jacket. I ordered over $400 worth of merchandise. The other six items I sent back because of poor quality and not fitting correctly. They should have a correct sizing chart. With that this was all ordered in late summer. I have called customer service five times and ask them to refund or give me the correct sizing. One person on the other end said it was in stock and it would be on its way shortly great Great then I asked about the other stuff they said I would have to wait meanwhile they have my money. I asked them to just give me the one that's in stock because fall was approaching now we're going into winter and they said OK. I asked to speak to a supervisor on my fifth call. So that I would be reimbursed and re-order something for the season. They said they could not do that. I called back the next morning to speak to a supervisor they kept me on hold on purpose for one hour! Dan they hung up on me. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I have told all my friends and colleagues at work and neighbors and relatives not to order from Kj Jordan. I looked at all the reviews prior to ordering. I said to myself oh they're just being complainers. Now I'm the complainer. Kj Jordan he should be out of business or sell it to someone who knows how to manage it so you don't lose everything.

I love these pants! They are comfortable, good for working out, or wearing for lounge wear. They fit perfectly, so whatever size you are in general, the size you order will be perfect.

Tip for consumers:
Order carefully, because before you know it, you will owe a lot of money

I placed an order of 3 pair of jeans. 2 fit perfectly, true to size and good quality. Returned the pair that didn't fit. I was credited immediately and sent a new bill. Thank you K Jordan.

I placed an order with K Jordon on Friday evening. It was the first time I've ordered from them in well over a year. I really like their blue jeans, but I don't like that every time I place an order - they run a credit check. Even when my account shows a large amount available to me on my statement. They ping my credit every time.

On Friday, I realized the moment I hit submit on the order I had not updated my address. I emailed them instantly with the request to correct the shipping address. They responded to me the next day that it was impossible to correct my address me because the order had been processed for shipping. Of course that's not true. It was a Saturday. And I expect they'll run the usual credit check before they even process the order. Plus they didn't pull stock and pack that up to ship yet. Get serious.
I replied I don't live at or have access to the old address, and I WOULD NOT receive the order. They emailed me again telling there was nothing they could do about it.

So they're going to knowingly ship that order to the wrong address, even though I've given them AMPLE time to make the correction. It demonstrates a total lack of willingness to do anything about the mistake. I will not pay for these clothes because I'll never receive them. And I will never order anything from this company again. Buyer beware!

I love k. Jordan! I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered. It always arrives in a timely manner and customer service is always friendly.

Tip for consumers:
I like the way they email to let you know when your item has been approved and they send you messages to let you know when your item should arrive.

Products used:
I have have purchased shoes, jeans, make up, boots ,shirts. Just about anything and everything that K. Jordan sells and I love all of my purchases. I've never had to send anything back. If something is out of stock they notify me to let me know when it will be available. If its no longer available they will offer me a substitution similar to that item.

They're a scam and doing a bait and switch by baiting you by saying you're approved but when you place the order they won't process it. Bait and switch is illegal.

I ordered a coat on November 6 2019 in small bc I got the same coat last year in navy so I wanted black when I got it was a small but it fit like an xxxs sent back for refund I paid with my debit card $102.78 waiting waiting still waiting for refund to my card instead they put my money to my k Jordan account bc I was behind on my payment I keep calling to tell them it wasn't a payment to my account I paid cash it should of went back to my debit card I spoke to credit department then supervisor they they transferred me to mason to handle it then back to Jordan what a run around to find out theirs nothing they can do applied it to what I owe so I'm out of my $102.78 for a coat which was a gift to me from my grandma so out of a coat and my money. For Christmas

I ordered a pair of sandals in size 8 they sent a size 6 in a box marked 8 no size on shoes at all! Gave those away to best friend. I ordered a blouse size m got a xlg gave that away to my daughter. I would've liked to have some clothes for myself... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Order two items from K. Jordan and returned them immediately after learning that the quality of the clothing looks nothing like what is advertised. I received a bill for $24.94 after returning both items and when I called to inquire about the charge was told by Lee, a supervisor, that the $24.94 charge was for shipping and handling. Really? What a ripoff. And, after speaking with Lee requesting that the $24.94 charge be removed they refused to make any adjustment(s). As a first-time customer, I have no intention of dealing with these con artists ever again. If they were not willing to acquiesce on charges they tackily added on for returns, I definitely would not feel comfortable making purchase with them. In fact, their clothes are overpriced and of poor quality. This company reminds me of horror stories you hear of from dealing with payday loans. Overpriced and high interest if you "buy now, pay later." Don't bother yourself with being ripped off. Run as fast as you can from this clothing distributor.

This is not a website you want to do business with.
I was sent a pre-approved catalog back in 2008 with them. In 2009 I had lost my job, $3000 a month in income, and then we lost 2 homes because of loss of income.
We included Kjordan in our bankruptcy. It was not a big account, maybe $300 on it.
Recently I was sent a pre-approved catalog with them. I thought they were giving us a second chance.
So I ordered and I paid off what I ordered. I went to order something else and they didn't alert me to any problem. They just didn't send it out. So I called today and the lady said these words to me.
" We just caught up with you" re my account not paid in 2008. I told her that it was part of a bankruptcy. She said "we don't want to chance not getting our money again" I told her that I had already paid off an account with them and had good credit since my bankruptcy.
It is very frustrating to have a very rude creature tell me that per their policy they don't have to care about bankruptcy law and will hold it against me. Her exact words.
What mostly frustrates me is that they send continuous publication and emails saying they have upped my credit limit and whatnot. I've asked them to close my account with them.

Please dont order from this company their customer service is bad they are rude there is no courtesy on top of everything if you are not satisfied with your purchase you are on your own AMERICAN reps and they are so rude is a embarassment. Dont waste your money there is better companies out there that at least they try to make you happy with your purchase. This company is a scam starting with their reps they need to be retrain on how to treat custumers like we say this company is GHETTO.

The customer service is awful! The clothes that I did get were not as described and did not fit properly. When I tried to call them I got the run around and was hung up on three times!

If I could give less I would. They take forever to get you what you ordered, if you return something they charge shipping, and customer service is rude. Every time I've called.

I OPRDERED A FEW THINGS FROM THIS COMPANY AND RETURNED ALL BUT A PAIR OF JEANS FOR $17.97 BUT WAS LEFT WITH A $50.00 BILL THEY CHARGE YOU ALL THESE SHIPPING FEES & PROCESSING FEES AND RIP YOU OFF. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT I CALLED AND WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES AND THEY STILL STOOD BY ALL OF THEIR FEES. NONE OF THEIR CLOTHES LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES THAY ARE CHEAP & UGLY, I WOULD NEVER BUY A THING FORM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS.

I placed a order, they asked for a deposit, I mailed the deposit, it has been over two weeks and my order status has NOT changed and my deposit was not returned, so I have no items and no deposit refund and all customer service says is we sent out a deposit letter request. Customer Service is USELESS and this company is a JOKE!

Same here. Seeing all the bad, disappointed, no integrity & low class, sneaky under handed Deceitful practice from this company turned me off right away!

I ordered a pair of pants on 8/12/16 that I DESPERATELY needed! Received the package on 8/22/16 and all that was in the box was a return label and a catalog; no pants. I call customer service and they send me a tracer, through snail mail; which 3 days later, I have still not received! I must sign the tracer and return it through snail mail, THEN they will either send me the missing pants and I should receive them in 7 to 10 business days OR I can purchase another pair and pay shipping AGAIN! Just to get a pair of pants they failed to put in the box in the first place! It's a 5-6 week turnaround! DONE WITH THIS COMANY UNTIL THEY GREATLY IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

There shouldn't be a rating for this company. I do believe it won't be around for long. They are not a part of the Better Business Bureau, but have received several complaints to them. I decided to buy a few dresses. One didn't fit and another was too small. I didn't have a problem until I had to return the one that was too small. It was put on back order for 4 months. I received a letter in the mail asking if I was going to cancel it and to call if I decided to do so. I called because the back order item wasn't what was sent back. I called to asked for a change and pay. I was cut off. I called back and asked to cancel and said that it was. I'm sure that it isn't. I can see why now many companies go with customer service reps from other countries. My experience with this company (whose reps are American) was horrible. No manners, no respect, not nice, hateful tone and rude service. The only reason people continue to buy from them is because some of their dresses are cute and large sized. They need to be put out of business by boycotting. Please if you are interested in online shopping, stop and research the company first!

I've order from then got my order wasn't please with with their sizing **BUT I CALLED AND ORDER ITEMS AND ASK WOULD I GET THEM FOR SURE AND I WAS TOLD YES DID ORDER ON PHONE TO MAKE SURE GOT A CARD TODAY ITEM SOLD OUT **CALLED TO CHECK ON THE REST OF MY ORDER AND IT WAS SOLD OUT AFTER I WAS GIVEN THEIR WORD I WOULD GET THESE 2 ITEMS AND THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY WERE SOLD OUT AFTER I CALLED AND PLACED THE ORDER TO MAKE SURE EVEN PICKED THE COLOR. I FEEL THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR BUSINESS IN ORDER AT ALL I SUGGEST BUYER BEWARE
