“Beautiful Coat”

I ordered a sweater coat from K. Jordan and it is perfectly beautiful. It looks just like it did in catalog. It fit a bit large so I had to return for smaller size. The new one arrived in about a week without additional charges. I was very pleased with item and customer service and would gladly buy from them again.

They lost track of my payments, they are inconsistent, uncooperative and unreliable. We made several attempts to rectify their mistakes. Despite long long phone conversations and promises that our account had been updated -- the next bill is yet again completely wrong. No tracking system. I recommend you stay away from any payment plan with this company and it's affiliates. Masseys, etc.

I ordered the skinny jeans and the fit was perfect, Also they were made to fit, top quality material and very nice color. I hope to buy more before they are gone!

Yes they do have nice clothes but they charge $17.99 for shipping and it's not express it's ground shipping. And it doesn't matter on what you buy. Complete ripoff!

If you order from top designers you get FREE SHIPPING
Their clothes are not top designers
Are they even made in the USA or made in China?

My hubby Fred ordered me a cold shoulder top. I am very pleased with his purchase and FAST DELIVERY. I was surprised because the reviews on here says delivery takes too long.

I placed one order with this company for 4 items, shipping was slow, one item was on back order and arrived later than stated when ordered. Made payments on time every month for a few months, no problem with them posting to the account. Paid the full amount due to wrap it since I had no intention of ordering anything else. The payment was deducted from my checking account but was never posted to the KJordan account so I received another bill with additional interest. Kind of odd my payment never had a problem getting posted till I paid the account off.

I contacted them through their website and provided a screenshot from my online bank account showing the transaction posted. That should have solved it, but no. I get a response that they can't talk about credit issues through e-mail and to call them. I call, the woman says oh yeah we had some issues with payments not posting. Please give me the exact amount paid and the first four and last four digits on your debit card you used to pay.

I then get a call from KJordan today, they still can't locate the payment and now I need to send them or fax them a copy of my bank statement. So I have to waste even more of my time to correct their error. They're an online company but can't do business electronically. The woman that called couldn't even e-mail me the address to send the hard copy to. What a joke?!? The clothes and company aren't worth the money or time.

Retired from USPS, 66 in May i purchased 2 dresses the same day the magazine came. After 2 strokes i am visually impaired. All my clothes were gone since hurricane Florence. I call and explained how this would be my only dress and how being depressed i want to buy it straight out. I ordered 2 different dresses and used my debit card. (No problem right? He ask for my account number. I told him i don't have one. This is the first time i'm calling! After paying $111.00 he tells me they may try to make me make payments! I say how i just bought it. I recied a bouble order; i called them as i returned the package. I was charged also! The manager talked to me( like she's talking to her kids). She pretended to hang up as i'm looking on the back of the paper for some help. She returned $70.00 and charge a fee for all of this ober $13.00. I spent $100.00 waiting for legal aid (crickets)! I would like to just pay what a lawyer would get but they will not listen to me. The scam was treating me as if i can't afford too! Ps: Massy uses the same people in billing! Massey never stopped me from buying straight out! What's really going on? Thank You yall... going to need therapy when this is all over! Because of K Jordan i will not be able to shop at either store! JUST GREEDY!

Neither was too upset. I haven't because i have to hem them! Being 5 feet tall. My only dress after loosing all my clothes in the flood. K Jordan has killed any joy of possible goodness! Thanks a lot.

Clothes are nothing like they look in the book nor on line, the fit was awful, sized wrong. That was my first and last order!

Shoes are not authentic, this is why price so low. They are dishonest. Promised refund, never received.

LADIES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. ANGELA, BRENDA AND EVEN STEPHANIE FROM MANAGEMENT HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! WALMART HAS BETTER QUALITY ON CLOTHES!

I have sent back everything I ordered. Now I owe them$31.00 for shipping? I don`t own a piece from them. Will never buy anything else.

It is a shame that they run this company this way. The first shipment I spent almost $300. Everything was okay had to sell some items to friends because they ran small that's okay. The second time I ordered from them they shipped it in two separate shipments over $200 worth of merchandise I called to tell them I did not receive one of the shipments through FedEx. This has been going on since the beginning of January they sent me a message sending a tracer to trace the package said to wait 5 to 10 business days that's a long time. They said do not worry you won't go into collections until 6 months we'll figure it out. Call back did not receive tracer spoke to rap and then spoke to supervisor and she supposedly said that I would receive another tracer 12 days today still not have received Tracer and I'm billing billed for something I have not received. They lie, customer service is horrendous and nobody has control over there. I advise you to take your business elsewhere Inc is very good and has high quality items also. Venus is very good to you as well as their customer service. Hint when you go into Macy's look at the label and then go online searching for that brand I guarantee you you will find an online service better than this one. It is horrendous. I have perfect credit and I will not have it ruined by ab unreputable company. Such as KJordan I actually had to pay in full to protect my credit and then still battling with them to send me my Tracer to find out where the package is. This was for winter clothing it is almost spring Ugg please beware. They are not helpful at all and it is a shame. It takes one CEO or manager to clarify all these errors and it is not being done. I am a professional woman and I know what professionalism is and it's not kjordan. Good luck ladies and have a wonderful night.

Had account with them for a couple of years had one payment left $25.07 Called to place a new order of 2tops and a pair of jeans and a pair of tennis shoes I was told the tops and jeans they didn't have in my size they had just sent me the new summer catalog I just wanted to keep the shoes so I asked the rude rep what my monthly payment would be she put on hold and came back to say it would stay the same my last order was over $500 with a monthly payment of $30 a month the tennis shoes were $64.99 and the catalog monthly payment stated $6.99 per month Why pay $30 that's half the price of the shoes so I told the rude rep to take me off the mailing list since you don't have anything in my size out of a new catalog and cancel my order and I hung up and then something kept telling me to call right back to make sure she did cancel my order and sure enough she hadn't so if I had not followed my mind I would have had to send them back and paid a huge return fee on a order that should have been cancelled haha she thought she got one but it didn't work and I told a supervisor about her I'm off of their mailing list and I want no more items from them including the dumb catalogs CBrooks

I placed an order on 12/02 my order was pending for a week, I found out through a letter that I needed a deposit. All that was fine I could not make a payment onine AT ALL. It had to be through mail with a check. (Who use's checks nowadays?) I went and bought a money order, followed instructions... send it 12/9 over night shipping because I wanted items for Christmas. Well I called back yesterday 12/19 because my order is still "pending" online. No way I'm getting this items by Christmas now. I asked to make changes to my order, I was told I can't make changes. Then I said, I would like to change sizes to the shoessential I order. I wastill told I can't. Then I asked to cnl my order and have my check refunded, they said that was impossible! I can't cancel, I can't change my order. They said to call back. Well I got an email today 12/20 stating my check was accepted and they will be sending my order shortly. I caled and explain I called yesterday when my check hadn't been received that I wanted to cancel. They told me my order was in a truck already. So I asked for tracking info and was told that they can't supply me that info either?! I've never in my life had such a horrible experience with any business. They're clothes is over priced and their customer service team is a joke! Now I'm finding out that to return items I'm needing to pay for shipping myself? After I spend about 20 dollars to send check, I don't need those items any more since I'm not getting them for christmas. This place is a joke. Don't do your shopping there.

I order the Booty Chain jeans. I order a size, 14, 16, 18 and 16W and they are all the same size! Made in China. The clothes run extremely small!

I placed an order, after giving my credit card number, I got an unauthorized charge from Smartycash.

Tip for consumers:
I did not know that I would receive an unauthorized charge from an entirely different store than K. Jordan after giving my credit card to the Agent that took my order. A company by the name of Smartycash took money out of my account also without my permission after I placed my order.

I placed an order with K. Jordan on October 2,2018 for a Kimono Duster size 3X for my Mom 70th Birthday party in November. The kimono arrived and it wasn't true to size so I returned it immediately. In that same day, I reordered a 5X and K. JORDAN said it'll ship out on October 29th. I put the rush charge with this new order, and it kept pushing out the ship date from November 1st, then 2nd, then 3rd, then 11th. My mother surprise party is November 10th. I called CUSTOMER SERVICE (to be on hold for 30 minutes) and was told by a representative that I need to speak with a Supervisor. After on hold for another 25 minutes, she told me that she couldn't do anything. K. Jordan need to STOP ORDERING their clothes from other countries and making us the customer suffer. Go pay for items you want from Macy's, Nordstrom, JC Penney, or other DEPENDABLE STORES... NOT K. JORDAN. They'll DEFINITELY DISAPPOINT YOU if it's something you want or your Dear Mother.
