“Beautiful Coat”

I ordered a sweater coat from K. Jordan and it is perfectly beautiful. It looks just like it did in catalog. It fit a bit large so I had to return for smaller size. The new one arrived in about a week without additional charges. I was very pleased with item and customer service and would gladly buy from them again.

They lost track of my payments, they are inconsistent, uncooperative and unreliable. We made several attempts to rectify their mistakes. Despite long long phone conversations and promises that our account had been updated -- the next bill is yet again completely wrong. No tracking system. I recommend you stay away from any payment plan with this company and it's affiliates. Masseys, etc.

They lost track of my payments, they are inconsistent, uncooperative and unreliable. We made several attempts to rectify their mistakes. Despite long long phone conversations and promises that our account had been updated -- the next bill is yet again completely wrong. No tracking system. I recommend you stay away from any payment plan with this company and it's affiliates. Masseys, etc.

First iron took me forever to get my items Oh and they came separate and super spaced out between shipments. Two, I could not fit one of my items so I sent back immediately it had been 4 weeks still have not been credited. Third, customer service is awful! Returned everything I ordered Never Again!

I ordered 6 or 7 things. Every single item was dollar store quality. I didn't need to open the plastic wrappers. Filled out the return slips, taped it back up, and sent them back. Really can't justify spending 40 - 60 dollars on such terrible quality. On top of that, they're still trying to get me to pay for it.

K Jordan has nice catalog photos but the clothes are poor quality and overpriced. Blouses have huge armholes, seams are twisted and out of shape. Pants are made for trees or something... there's no fitting, just baggy unflattering appearance. I'll never buy from K Jordan again.

First issue/ catalog says "pre approved" and that's false. You still have to give them a small down payment.
Second issue/ I was going to leave a down payment when asked because I loved the outfit, but guess what? They do not take credit or debit cards for their so called down payment. Only a checking account number for a check. I haven't written a check in years.
Needless to say, maybe someone was telling me something that this place is not worth your money.
I cancelled order ASAP.
Word to the wise. Don't even order and thing. It's not worth your time.

They charged me 25.00 to return 2 tops that did not fit. Will never do business with this company. Called and talked to someone and they said "to bad" so never order from them. I gave them a 1 because there is no 0.

Received K. Jordan magazine for the first time, was about to place an order, however, decided to read the reviews first. Wow! The majority of customers that have ordered are truly unhappy with this company. So I decided NOT to go this venue and destroyed the application and trashed the magazine, I never entertain any company with such Negative results. Thanks but no Thanks!

I bought and then returned one of their blouses. When i checked on if it had been return the woman told me yes they received it.
Two and a half weeks after she told me they received it back, i checked again to seen balance as it should of only been shipping. They tell me i still owe full amount minus the payment i made. Which was only suppose to be $5.99 when i order it. But when i made payment it was $6.99.
Customer service is a joke, they dont know what their doing.
And if you call them they put you on hold for 10 minutes or more.
What are they doing? Taking a coffee break?
They need to get it together.
Will never buy any thing from them again

They will not issue a call tag for items you are returning which in turns leave the customer paying 2 shipping fees and a restocking fee. Not comparable at all to other retailers you order from. When addressing the issue to the customer service rep. She didn't care or care to elaborate as to why they have this policy. I told her they will not receive another order from me and I will be closing my account. They are a boot leg catalog business. You can't prosper when operating unfairly.

My experience was bad. I paid too much for a sweater which did not hold up. When I took it back, I got no refund. They turned me in for bad credit and sky rocketed the price to make money or harass me. They called last week again. I paid half, a fair price for one item. Do not recommend them

I ordered a spring dress, in which I received in a timely manner. The dress fit perfect and I haven't had any problems with customer service when I spoke with them on two different occasion. Thanks K. Jordan for given me an convenient shopping experience with my busy schedule.

I am not an online regular customer. I tried K. Jordan and I was highly impressed by the customer service, prompt delivery, quality of the clothes and all the articles I ordered were beautiful! I needed a new wardrobe for a family cruise and I was super happy! Received tons of compliments ("! We make the clothes no doubt as far as our attitudes and self-confidence are concerned but K. Jordan heightened it. I will never let you go! Love you, K. Jordan and thank you for contributing to the happiness of our first family reunion cruise! God bless!

I ordered the pajama boot cut jeans and they are nice. I really love them but the shipping price is Crazy! The pants are not worth double what I can buy a pair of jeans locally for. Also took way too long to receive my order. Even though they have a lot of cute items I would love to have, I will not shop here again.

Recently I had ordered and received my package. It was 3 pr jeans, supposedly to be 14's but turned out to be over sized, such as 16 18's. Sent them back and $62. Order cost me $48. To return them and not order anything else, so I was charged for restocking, which I could understand, but not that amount.

Ordered jeans for my daughter. Didn't come on time sent back with new sizes waited 4 weeks for them to just credit my account back. Now the pants are no longer available. So I pick new items with my credit. It's supposed to ship now they won't a deposit from credit. Now I'm waiting on it. Now it's no longer available. Their not reliable. Not at all. And doesn't try to rectify the problem. Sorry company.

I, like others, who have complained about K Jordan, purchased clothing from them which I sent back immediately. (The clothing was of the poorest quality I have ever seen.) I sent in a check for $29.00, which I was charged for shipping and I received a statement that said I owe approximately 29 more dollars. They cashed my check but never documented it and when I called to try to straighten things out, I was told I needed to pay another $17.00 or I would be charged a late fee. Needless to say I did lose my temper. I was charged a total of approximately $46.00, for nothing. There was no documentation about what was charged, for what, at all! I paid close to $50 for absolute aggravation. Don't buy from this company. The clothing is of the poorest quality and the customer service is determined to ruin your credit and basically steal from you.

Tip for consumers:
Save yourself a lot of aggravation and don't purchase from this company. It isn't worth it!!!

Have been trying to deal with my bill which should be zero since i returned an item and payed for shipping and handling... They are telling me I have to pay for the full amount of shipping and handing $25. There customer service has been horrible and every time I try to talk to someone no one has a record of whats going on... I live in Las Vegas and work in the casino and hospitality industry and if we didnt satisfy or resolve a problem the day its brought to us there would be consequences... Will not give up the fight. Cant see paying $25 for nothing... Like we all have money to throw away these days. Unbelievable..

Please do not order from them. The clothes that came looked like oversized potato sacks. We returned the clothing back in their box, with their label which they received on 17 Jul 18. Today, we got a 4th phone call stating we owed for the dresses. The company has acknowledged that they received the merchandise back but still want us to pay for the items because the receiving department has not actually logged the items back in as returned. They stated it would take 4 to 6 weeks to log the items back in. WRONG! So in turn I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm telling you. Please don't order from this company.

I was approved right away. My purchase exceeded my approved amount, but they still allowed me to get it. My order was made on 11/2, shipped 11/4 and arrived 11/6. I was very impressed with the amount time that the whole process took and even more impressed with my coat. I gained some weight and it's been hard for me to find a plus size coat, but kjordan made it possible. Thank you so much!. I love my coat. I ordered my coat size up 1 size, just to be safe, but I probably could have stuck with my original size. With that being said, don't order up, at least not with coats. Good job kjordan and shame on the rest of you that are saying bad things.

I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase from these people... they are the worse! Absolute worse! Don't, please don't do anything with these people you will regret it! They will never prosper or be in business for long with their overall attitude and service... TOTAL RIP OFF!

The customer service is good that's why I gave them a 2. But the shipping is horrible takes forever the clothes are over sized I bought a medium too big returned it for a small still to big I just got off the phone with them with the two shirts that did fit it cost me 19.99 for shipping Wtf I'm done with that place their close ain't made that good any ways one of the shirts I can wear as a night gown yeah it's that long don't make sense

I ordered some items from this company last year or Maybe before Christmas holidays and I never received the package but sure got a BILL from this company. If it was put on the porch at my door anyone could have got it. I am very disappointed and have been for over 1-2 years

Never got my order !!! I'm thinking it was removed from my address or just wasn't delivered I've been mad for almost 2 years but you send me a blll for items I didn't get

I have had my Original Account for at least a year. I received 2 different statements, both had 2 different balances. Anytime I charge something, I use the Account Number that was assigned to me. So how did they open a new account for me when I charged something? And they explained that, unfortunately it happens. Why did they do this without my knowledge? That has never happened, and I am not ok with it. Why should I be responsible for their mistake? And got 2 of the rudest Customer Service Reps. I loved this Company, but after this incident, I will close my account.
