This year shopping for children's back to school clothes I visited many stores. Most were not stocked and the variety was very limited but Kohl's was great. So many brands to choose from and very neatly displayed. The customer service reps were friendly and returns were easy when need be. Their online selection is even better than in store and the shipping is prompt and arrives quickly. The quality of the brands they carry are also top notch and wash well. I would recommend shopping at Kohl's.
This business drives me crazy. I cannot ever be sure I am getting the best price. I will place an order online. The next day the item will be on sale. Place that order, then a few days later, the discounts change and yet an even lower price is available. What kind of business want's customers placing multiple orders only to return them all because prices have changed? I have one last return of a group of items that had me go through 4 orders to get the best price. I make sure that I consolidate so I only have to go to the store once for returns, but then the poor clerk has to spend 20 minutes with me sorting through multiple orders for the returns. I am done! I will shop elsewhere. Kohl's, lower your prices overall and keep them standard and YOU will save money! What an insane business model that cause extra work for everyone, and drives your customers away.
Good fast shipping but I still hate the set up of their website its difficult to find what I am looking for

I love the fact that I can use all my coupons, Kohl's cash, and other promotions on line or in store.
Getting BLM, Attorney General, better business bureau and other relevant organizations involved along with a good law firm! This company is RACIST, DISGUSTING, discriminating, incompetent and should be ready for it's worst PUBLIC relations nightmare! Anyone can have a bad day BUT I am saying this after speaking with 5 of their employees which INCLUDED two SUPERVISORS! I have never dealt with such horrible people and it is time to BOYCOTT Kohl's as a company and file lawsuits against them.
It's sometimes hard for people of color to get credit... they took RACIAL ABUSE to a whole NEW level by reporting THEIR mistake as an error on my part and causing my CREDIT score to drop 57 points while I am looking at buying a home for me and my family! I have been trying to straighten it out for over 2 weeks and have had no success. My spotless credit is now in the tank due to their actions and anyone with a working brain cell in their head knows what an effect a drop of 58 points on a credit report does to a mortgage!

My card was charged for 3 of 4 items I ordered. A week later 4th item charged and a pending for entire order. Called maybe drop off in 7 days RIDICULOUS NEVER AGAIN...
I love this store their have an excellent customer service. Their also offers a lot in coupons for services.
I got a 500 bill from kohl's, I never applied for their credit card. After about half a day on the phone I finally reached their fraud department. Needless to say they didn't hardly give me the time a day. They kept asking me question to try and trick me into falsely admitting the card was mine. I get the bills to my address but never a card, RED FLAG MUCH?! I did get however that the card was applied for in person. They gave me the email that was used and it was a false address itself. What happened to sending a verification email? They said my ID and social was used, obviously they can't tell a difference from the ID and the person standing there. Makes me pretty sure that it was an employee. Does a $500 credit and immediately an even $500 charge not bring up another RED FLAG!?!?!? Has to be hard to make such an even dollar amount purchase. This place can't be trusted at all from their store employees all the way to the top. I can't say enough to STAY AWAY FROM KOHLS, THEY ARE CRIMINALS. And now my credit I've been working so hard on is ruined.

I love Kohl's... All of my experiences and items have been positive and the customer service is great!
I ordered a crib and made it about halfway through assembly and realized the headboard piece was cracked in two places (photos attached). Here are the two options I was provided by customer service: 1. Return the crib to a Kohl's store. The closest one is an hour and a half away. I would have to borrow a pickup from someone, load up this heavy crib, travel an hour and a half one way with an infant on $5/gal gas, and then return it to a store that doesn't carry cribs so I would be left without a crib for my baby. 2. Pick up. I could disassemble what I've already spent several hours assembling and try to make it all fit back just perfectly in the box with 300 pieces of styrofoam and all of the other packing material and hardware. It will be picked up by a mystery carrier at a mystery time which I will find out when they call me randomly whenever they are in the area next. So, I'd better be ready to haul this giant crib out to the curb at the exact moment that happens. Again, no replacement and I'm left without a crib for my baby. Here's what Kohl's is NOT willing to do: 1. They're not willing to reach out to the manufacturer. They cannot do that because they cannot place outbound calls. Makes sense. I have never heard of a company that is unable to contact their supplier regarding quality issues or freight damage. The good news is, I can certainly reach out to the manufacturer myself which is great since I've already called Kohl's multiple times and spoken to multiple people and I have tons of time to make more calls and talk to more people who can't offer solutions. 2. They're not willing to reach out to the carrier to file a claim for the damage. Once again... unbelievable. I also must express my disappointment at the fact that the CS rep escalated this situation to her supervisor, Valerie, and Valerie was supposed to call me back and I never received a call from Valerie. I had to call back again just so I could go through the whole process again with a different supervisor with no good outcome. I will never be purchasing anything from Kohl's again. Ever.
The kohl's cash thing is cool and all but.
They falsely advertising "hassle free exchanges and returns". I had to fight and I mean "get me a supervisor" fight with their rep for 30 min to get them to just price match what I originally paid on a item I was attempting to exchange. The price had gone up since I oringinally bought it. But I need a different size, (WHICH IS ADVERTISE AS HASSLE FREE). So I attempted to do so, within the correct amount of time according to your terms, with all the right info BUT because apparently their version of an "exchange" is making a customer jump through hoops with straight returning an item and either waiting for a credit to place a new order, or just buying the new item outright so you don't have to wait... Just for an exchange to get the correct size/etc... are you kidding me?! And then they're going to try and charge me even more money for the same thing while I'm "exchanging" for a different size?! When they advertise exchanges?!? I am absolutely appalled that I literally had to fight tooth and nail just to attempt to process a friggin exchange with this company

Ordered a few things online from here. A few things I knew I wanted but the store didn't have so I just ordered online and it was easy and shipped pretty quick. A few things I wasn't sure about but ordered anyway and when I got it didn't want it. I just had to take it back to the store and they took it back no questions or hassle. So I would order more stuff online knowing if it didn't fit or look good in my house I wasn't stuck with it or didn't have to pay to ship back or face a nasty sales clerk interrogating me like some other stores. Only thing that was a pain was trying to use a store coupon code online - had to return and rebuy at the store to get the discount to apply but had to buy online because the store didn't stock it - and wasted a lot of time on line to return because they have a special return counter you have to got to - its not just at the regular sales counter. But most of what I get I keep and it beats having to deal with USPS or UPS to try and return something and then pay for it and hope it arrives safely. Plus then I just buy more stuff when I'm there and the people at the return counter give you ideas because they see the stuff that comes back alot and the stuff that never gets returned so you know what doesn't break fast talking to them.
I have been a Kohls customer for years and will continue to shop in the store but will NOT be using the website anymore. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Placed an order and when the shipment had no movement for 10 days I called as I needed the item for vacation by a certain date. I called and I had to Reorder and PAY again for the 2nd item. Customer service said they would refund me once a ticket was issued. Then I get an email that says oh we have changed the date for your shipment and we won't be refunding you. The new date was 3 weeks after the order and the item still isn't here. The 2nd order isn't here either and they promised expedited shipment and it was promised to be here several days ago. They proceeded to tell me I would have to go return the other pair to the store myself in order to get the refund. This was NOT what I was told when I called the first time. I had to speak to 3 supervisors to get them to honor what they had promised. Aside from that, I had a hard time understanding them due to limited English fluency and they tried to blame ME for the issue and suggest that due to MY schedule I wouldn't be able to get the package. So not I still have neither order and my refund hasn't shown up on my account. So very disappointed as Kohls is one of my favorite stores.
I like this site. Ordering easy and I've never had problem getting my things. A couple times it took awhile before I got things.

I ordered multiple items November 24th that got separated to be shipped in 4 different packages. I only received 2 packages. When I contacted customer service they told me that I had to wait until December 8th to see if the packages arrived and to contact customer service again if they didn't. They never arrived so once again I waited over an hour to chat with someone and they told me they won't refund my money because the boxes could still arrive. Mind you one package has said "In transit" with no location for 5+ days now with no change and the other still said "Awaiting item arrival" meaning the shipping service still hadn't received the package. And yet Kohl's does not care and told me that they won't do anything to make it right. Instead they told me to wait another 12 days to see if the packages come and if the don't they want me to reach out for a 3rd time to see how/if they can fix it. I wasted 3+ hours of my time waiting for responses from their slow and terrible customer service to get nothing done. Also, when I brought up the fact that their website says you have to purchase something by December 11th to get it in time for Christmas but I purchased something on November 24th and they won't send me replacements in time they didn't care and had no response. Then before we were done chatting the representative disconnected the chat. I will never purchase anything from here ever again and I advise you to do the same.
I like shopping at Kohls. I can usually find what need their quality has dropped just a small amount. Brenda Carlton
