This year shopping for children's back to school clothes I visited many stores. Most were not stocked and the variety was very limited but Kohl's was great. So many brands to choose from and very neatly displayed. The customer service reps were friendly and returns were easy when need be. Their online selection is even better than in store and the shipping is prompt and arrives quickly. The quality of the brands they carry are also top notch and wash well. I would recommend shopping at Kohl's.
This business drives me crazy. I cannot ever be sure I am getting the best price. I will place an order online. The next day the item will be on sale. Place that order, then a few days later, the discounts change and yet an even lower price is available. What kind of business want's customers placing multiple orders only to return them all because prices have changed? I have one last return of a group of items that had me go through 4 orders to get the best price. I make sure that I consolidate so I only have to go to the store once for returns, but then the poor clerk has to spend 20 minutes with me sorting through multiple orders for the returns. I am done! I will shop elsewhere. Kohl's, lower your prices overall and keep them standard and YOU will save money! What an insane business model that cause extra work for everyone, and drives your customers away.
I LOVE Kohls. They have great deals. I usually order online instead of going in the store, and everything always arrives on time and well packaged. I have had to return things to the store a couple of times (I just didn't like the way the clothes looked on me), and never had any issues.
Bought WHITE Food Network dishes which scratched and turned black within 4 months. Since I did not contact Kohl's within 6 months, they refused to give a refund. They also refused issuing a gift card. I sent 2 emails (with photos) to Food Network customer service with no response. Since Food Network didn't respond, Kohl's should stand by the product that they sold. I will NEVER shop at Kohl's again.
I start my Christmas shopping early like May. I bought 2 comforters and one mattress pad. I found out grandson is not getting a bunk bed but a double. I ordered a full size comforter since he is getting a double bed. I went today to take it back the twin comforters and I had the receipt. They told me they could only give me 17.00 a comforter and 9 dollars for the mattress pad. So I kept it and didn't returned it. I paid 30 a piece for the comforters. I purchase a lot of things from Kohls but not anymore.

Don't do your Christmas shopping early cause they will only ring up the products like you don't have a receipt which I did have a receipt

Ordered a pair of Sonoma boots, and a pair of shoes for my Granddaughter online, black Friday, to pickup in store. Was supposed to be notified when ready, to pickup. Didn't happen, went to store, found out the shoe part was cancelled, without my knowledge. Customer service wasn't any help at all. Not happy!
I pay my card off in full. The next day they give me a $1.00 interest fee so I think I'm paid in full. No, in fact because I paid it off here I think I'm good and then get hit with a$27 late fee. They tell me I should have called. NO! You should not have taxed me. Period. So long story short canceled the card.
If I went in store I would have gotten my kohls cash. Online nope! I spent $381 which $10 for every $50 spent should be $70. Well I got $20, when I talked with associates Arlene she says website is wrong I can only have $5 for every $50 spent which is still shorting me. But she won't help me she said too bad basically. So their website is wrong she says. Don't trust kohls they don't care if they don't have to deal with u in person online is a scam!

Go in the store, online is ridiculous. Plus the website skips up and down whenever u add something to ur cart it makes everything take twice as long
Bought several pairs of Converse sneakers on their website. Excluded from literally EVERY. SINGLE. DISCOUNT. Then they ship them in thin plastic bags so the boxes get all beat to hell. If you're going to sell a brand as a "premium" product to justify excluding it from any and all promotions, then package and ship it in a way that doesn't look like it's fallen off a truck in some back alley - before being run over 15 times.
Two pairs had stains as well - and NONE of the ones I ordered are available within reasonable driving distance, so I either keep them or send them back because I can't find them in my size now. POS website and company; definitely wouldn't recommend and won't shop at ever again.
Their product line is quite acceptable and sometimes quite fine, depending on the category. With their markdowns and sales and cash back coupons and on and on with cost saving offers they are well worth visiting at almost anytime if you're looking for a good bargain.

I tried to exchange a defective electronic product, that I purchased at a discount over Christmas season, for a non-defective product and they asked me to return it for my money back ($60) and asked me to go online and purchase it again for the undiscounted price of $150. That is 2.5 times what I originally purchased it for when it was THERE store product that was defective. Thanks for the misleading exchange/return policies.
Even the lady next to me was asked to pay the financial difference of her defective product that was purchased at a discount for the non-defective one that was no longer on sale.
I ordered a Fitbit Charge2 online for Black Friday as a Christmas gift. They were on sale for $129.00 instead of $149.99. The purchase went through and I was told I should be receiving my $30 Kohl's cash in the next couple of days. I never heard from them and when I called back a couple of days later to find out where my order was, I was told by the customer service rep that my order wasn't processed and I now have to pay full price for the item. I will do my shopping in stores from now on as this is a way for the stores to not have to sell at Black Friday prices.
My family and I have been shopping at the Kolhs since it opened. We have had the best of service, the cleanest store and all the help we ever needed. We were very impressed with Shaday, Lew, Mike04 and Sergio 02. The only thing I will say is the plus size clothing needs new buyers... they look like old lady clothes.

No more Kohl's ever for this family. Support local unbiased businesses regardless of your political or any other preferences. Move to China Kohls!
You buy a product, the store scans it during your purchase and records the product sold. Go to return the product without a receipt and get the lowest price it has sold.
Now, this store clearly can rescan that item and know the date and price it sold for; total scam

A good online retailer- They do have good sales and you can usually get a percentage off and free shipping. I have ordered clothes, curtains, and blankets from the site. I wasn't impressed with the clothing. The quality of the clothes was not what I had expected. The curtains and blankets were great. I used to check out the site religiously when I was looking for clothing- I now only look at their household items. Can't beat their great service though!
I went to shop online I placed my order it went through they charged my card but then I got a email stating that my order couldn't be processed yet they charged my card. So I call and they tell me my card can't be verified even though the payment was processed. I asked how long until I get my money back so I can order elsewhere and they had no answer but whenever my bank approves the transaction. I will never order from this company again!
Got a gift for Christimas for here I had no receipt or gift receipt. It was a jacket that did quite fit so they put it in a gift card for me and I got a jacket that fit. Took less that 2 minutes at the customer service desk, they made it quick and easy!
We ordered fine china from Kohls.com. We ordered service for eight, but they delivered service for four. She. We called customer service, they were unable to tell us if a second box had been shipped. Their system was just so antiquated, that they had to create a case, assign an investigator and in 72 hours (!) they would let us know. Reakly? Amazon would have solved it in two minutes on the phone in the unlikely event we couldn't see for ourselves online. The incompetence of this company is staggering. DO NOT SHOP AT KOHLS.COM!
My daughter and I love to go shopping in person and find all the amazing bargains but sometimes when I am home I find I need something and just don't want to go store to store to find it. Then I just go to Kohls.com and window shop from the privacy of my home. They have a plethora of items to choose from, have efficient check out procedures, and pick-up/returning items at the store are easy. Kohls.com is my go-to site for shopping!
I ordered SO jeans online and received 2 pairs with security tags on them. I called Customer service and was told I had choices based on how far I live from a store. I could bring them back and have the tags removed, throw them away and get a refund or get more pant shipped and the customer service rep apologized. They were AWESOME!

I ordered an item which was not what I ordered and when I went to UPS to return it the cost for return was $1.28 less than what I paid for it. So this item would cost me over $28.00 to return. When I contacted customer service the woman said I would have to pay for return and when she finished with everything this item would cost close to $45.0O. I quit shopping at the local Kohl's store because they joined the woke crowd. I should have known not to order from them, but I they had an item I needed and it was not the item I received. I just got screwed by Kohl's but I promise you it will not happen again.

I would highly recommend NOT ordering from Kohl's.com. After canceling an order, I have spent HOURS on the phone to get the money refunded. I have talked to several people and have been told something different everyone I call. I still don't have the money on the card and have been lied to on each call. (All conversations have been recorded and I have emails, names, employee numbers, and reference numbers). This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
I would give my local Kohls store a 5. I love to shop there, and I especially love getting Kohls cash. However, their online ordering system is a disaster, and I would give it a 1. Wrong items sent. Items not received. When I went into the store to try and resolve an online problem, I was told that the stores and the online are two different systems and the store cant help me with online problems. So, I will continue shopping at the store but will not order online again.
I made an online order and they charged my card but the order stayed cancelled.
And now they are not refunding the amount saying that they have not charged.

They say that they have refunded when my bank account does not show it.

Very robust website and overall ecommerce engine is awesome and absolutely robust given the complications of the promos and discounts and rewards program. But, they are real cheaters when it comes to kohls cash. You have to be really smart to not over spend. Customer service is areogant. They can't explain what's going on when the billing s cprrect. And rude
