This year shopping for children's back to school clothes I visited many stores. Most were not stocked and the variety was very limited but Kohl's was great. So many brands to choose from and very neatly displayed. The customer service reps were friendly and returns were easy when need be. Their online selection is even better than in store and the shipping is prompt and arrives quickly. The quality of the brands they carry are also top notch and wash well. I would recommend shopping at Kohl's.
This business drives me crazy. I cannot ever be sure I am getting the best price. I will place an order online. The next day the item will be on sale. Place that order, then a few days later, the discounts change and yet an even lower price is available. What kind of business want's customers placing multiple orders only to return them all because prices have changed? I have one last return of a group of items that had me go through 4 orders to get the best price. I make sure that I consolidate so I only have to go to the store once for returns, but then the poor clerk has to spend 20 minutes with me sorting through multiple orders for the returns. I am done! I will shop elsewhere. Kohl's, lower your prices overall and keep them standard and YOU will save money! What an insane business model that cause extra work for everyone, and drives your customers away.
I tried shopping for 5 items online. One item was cancelled and several were shipped to the store. Several items were shipped Smart Post which is a fancy name for USPS which is the slowest way to ship anything. I am still waiting for the last item which I placed 2 weeks ago. I never shop@ Kohls and this latest adventure has cemented my vow that I will NEVER EVER shop at Kohls online or in store again. In my personal opinion, Kohls is by far the worst place to shop compared to Amazon.com where I usually do all my shopping.
We had a credit card delivered to us to pay off later what we bought when we went to the cashier we couldn't use our card like we stole which was delivered to us after we said we are never coming here again she decides to give us a 20% coupon never again such a stupid store took her a manger a long time to get to the cashier customer service very very horrible never ever shopping there again
I use Kohls when they have special discounts like Thanksgiving day. When I use my Kohls card, I get even better discounts and I don't have to leave my home. Their shipping is fast, tracking is good. I will continue to use Kohls as my main store for clothing, very good quality.
Today myself and my daughter stop at Kohl`s on Lohr Drive in Ann Arbor, MI to return an item and buy things for my son. We went to the customer Service for returns. We waited in the line for our turn and the associate took my return and check out my items. When my daughter wanted to check out her only item SHE (the associate) throw away in my Daughter face the item and she( the associate) said that to us that she has a line waiting. She refuse to serve my daughter, her behavior was unacceptable and the associate was prejudice. I hope her authority will make her accountable for her actions and fired her.

Originally delivery was supposed to be Nov 18th.
On Nov 19th when I didn't receive item I tracked it to New York.
The package went from CA to NY & by passed IL where it was supposed to be delivered.
Next delivery date is supposed to be Nov 23rd.
Nov 23rd came & went no package
When I check status the tracking has stopped on 23rd with no updates.

I mistakenly order same items 2x's; I immediately canceled; sent info to Kohls; I have email from them on 7/15 saying order successfully canceled. Items are heavy I am elderly they want me to carry the items back to the store. This was their error and they would not arrange a pick up. I know I will never look at Kohls.com again
Well I'm not impressed with this store, I got something for Christmas and I went and return it for credit for the store the lady gave me store credit for $37.46 she put it on a khols card for the store when I went to use it in the vallejo store there was nothing on it and because it was a gift exchange I had to pay for it. People make sure your cards have the money on it and keep the receipt. Shady

Kohls has good quality brands at very good prices. Their items go on sale quite often. They keep making come back to shop again and again with loaded coupons that are irresistible and difficult to pass on. They literarily pay you with an invitation coupon and free money to come back and shop with them if you stay away for too long. Their agents in-store are nice and helpful.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Kohls. They have honered discounts that they didn't have to and they are always helpful and polite in store and online. As a single father of two girls every little bit helps. I will always be a loyal Kohls shopper.
Don't order from Kohl's for Christmas they will not gift wrap and boxes reveal what's inside...very disappointed with customer service they said sorry happy holidays!
I must share an awful experience with Kohl's. I had a $15 charge for my February bill. I paid the bill not only on time, but early, and in return they robbed me of $16 for a late fee and interest charge because they said the payment was rejected... from an account that managed to go through when they took double for the late fee and interest! Hmmmmmmmm I have paperless billing, but they sent a letter notifying me of the payment issue 4 days later through the U.S. mail so there was no chance I'd get it before the due date... wouldn't you think an email would be the way to communicate for a paperless account? And why a confirmation code for the payment if it was an "invalid account number"? They couldn't answer any of that and couldn't waive the fee, but would credit it to my account later if they decided it was appropriate. As I will never shop at Kohl's again and closed the account, a credit does me no good! Beware of Kohl's and their SCAM billing processes!
I simply do not even want to give them 1 star. After 7.5 years they closed my account for no reason. With this virus outbreak I was trying to buy new bedding on kohls.com. After calling multiple times within the last 2 weeks (couldnt wait longer then 45 mins each day trying to get through) I finally got through today at 550am AZ time only to find out my account was closed. They said oh u need to reapply online. Not only is this ridiculous it also effects my credit (not much but it does for longevity of credit history) with a high score and not many credit cards it bothers me as I take pride in my credit. I went with AMEX, got approved and even got my new cc number within 5 mins. Way quicker then just trying to call Kohls to find out why my CC didnt work which was a waste of time anyways since they closed my acct.
MY FAV is their collection by the girl that used to be on LAGOON sumthing. Damn. Cant think of her name. And J Lo's brand is in KOHLS also. Ohh Lauren Conrad... yes. Her shoes are supa cute. And obviously J Lo's brand is hott... and one more person Oh yeah Vera Wang (Well Simply Vera Wang)... good stuff... and highly affordable. In my opinion... and god the sales... OMG... the sales makes u want to move in their store. Lol They give May's a run for their money... not saying I compare the two in THAT way. Because it is too diff levels. I was attracted to Kohls and their online site during their Black Friday sale. In the store I got a great price on an expensive silverware set but the line was definitely not worth it. I hopped online thinking it was better and needing to use my new Kohl's card but it was an even worse nightmare than in the store.
I never received my first order. I called to explain what happened and after a lengthy apology and supposed fix, they put another order in for me. They said I wouldn't be charged but yet they charged me for my second order while keeping the first order. I received my order this time but I also received someone else's order! They didn't want to take it back to resend it to the poor customer who actually ordered it.
From then on I washed my hands of Kohls. The site is a nightmare and the experience is even worse because you don't even know if you will receive your order or be double charged! I'm definitely sticking to my go to clothing store sites.
I *LOVE* shopping Kohls online. The selections are fabulous, and if I get something that doesn't suit, I can return the item to my local store with no problems at all. If my local store doesn't have what I want in my size, I can usually go online and order it. I still get my discount, and I can still use my Kohl's cash, all from the comfort of home. I love it!
Love Kohl's and Kohls.com! There's always a sale, they always offer extra discounts with coupons, and my orders are always shipped very quickly. CSRs are helpful and friendly, and you can return items in store without question. Love it!
Purchased items on Nov 26.2020. Only got half of my order. Lost in New Jersy. No way to track. ASked for a credit company refused, said it was a covid issue. Worst company i ever bought items from. I then purchased the items from Amazon, got the itemsin 3 days. No one really cares, said a credit would be issued sometime after Christmas, Your company can call my grandchildren and tell them why their christmas gifts did not arrive. I ordered a graduation frame on 06/08 and received it in a plastic bag in hundreds of pieces on 06/13. I was assured by a customer service agent that the replacement would be BOXED and reshipped. Today I found out that the carrier returned it to sender because the replacement was ALSO shipped in a plastic bag and broke to pieces. Now I'm told I can't get a refund until both frames are returned to the stores.

Kohls use to be my go to store! They use to take all coupons and give great deals and discounts. Not so much anymore. Its beginning to look more and more like a big scam. Sometimes they may have good deals on certain items but for the most part the deals are bogo which sucks because i dont need 2 of something so have to pay full price for something. The 2nd biggest issue i see is the kohls cash. During the timeframe to use it all the prices are marked up so you are not really saving anything. I even quit shopping online as you can never get free shipping unless you slend $75. That is not very enticing
I've been a loyal Kohls customer for years. No more! In Kohls defense, I was late on my April credit card payment, payment due $27. I was called 15 times today by Kohls! 15 times from 8:00 am to 6:00pm. For $27! If that's not harassment, I don't know what is. I have canceled my account. Wow! Did I mention, they left no messages, just continued to call. Customer service told me all these calls were a cortsey to me! Disgusted!
Hi all I just had to write a review for the Kohls employee Joanne O. I met her last night at the Kohls in Millbury MA. I had found the Tel Gear pants that I was looking for but the size Medium were no available on the rack. Joanne came to help me immediately and checked her phone to see if they were in stock. Sure enough they were but she had to go and search the warehouse inventory to find them. She only took about 15min to find them and came back with 2 pairs in my size and the colors I wanted. Hi Five Joanne O you made my day and Christmas because these are for a gift me from my husband. Thank You for being so kind, patient and helpful. In a world of hurried people you are a shining star and are excellent in customer service. Also a shout out to all the other employees who helped me find my pants. I believe their brand for clothing is Apart9 (Ishould know this, I am a graphic designer and I am always checking out logos, flyers, album art, etc.). Apart9 has some designs similar to Express (men's graphic Ts in particular), not so much fitted dress shirts. During the Fall they also always have snazzy men's sweaters and jackets. If you like the suave look, then you will love Aprt9 at Kohl's (I may have the name Aprt9 Incorrect, but If Google searched I am sure it will auto correct.
I bought an air purifier and used my $30 Kohl's cash as part of the purchase.
When I returned the air purifier, I was supposed to get my $30 back, which never happened.
I wrote to Michelle Gass, the CEO and she had six different people email me about this matter and nothing was ever done; Her emoyee's gave me a song and dance that it was on my credit card. I just called and spoke to Ron in Mexico City at 10:02 am on August 6th. There is no Kohl's cash and my credit card, Michelle Gass's employees said it would be on my Kohl's credit card.

Last year i ordered two European pillows and with cotton and lace covers for my couch for pick up at Kohl's. I ordered them for pickup because i'm busy and wanted to make sure I could just pick up my order and come home. Right after I paid it showed me that I would have to go to two different locations to pick up my order. I canceled my order right at finding this out. The troutdale location canceled my order, the mill plain location did not. I have spent way too much time on the phone trying to take care of this only to be told they would have to open an investigation. It's been 9 months. No one has ever called me, kohls owes me like 70 bucks and I'm sure i'll never see it. They are thieves do NOT do business with them. Horrible customer service, I hope they go out of business.
