This year shopping for children's back to school clothes I visited many stores. Most were not stocked and the variety was very limited but Kohl's was great. So many brands to choose from and very neatly displayed. The customer service reps were friendly and returns were easy when need be. Their online selection is even better than in store and the shipping is prompt and arrives quickly. The quality of the brands they carry are also top notch and wash well. I would recommend shopping at Kohl's.

“Tired of constant Price Changes”

This business drives me crazy. I cannot ever be sure I am getting the best price. I will place an order online. The next day the item will be on sale. Place that order, then a few days later, the discounts change and yet an even lower price is available. What kind of business want's customers placing multiple orders only to return them all because prices have changed? I have one last return of a group of items that had me go through 4 orders to get the best price. I make sure that I consolidate so I only have to go to the store once for returns, but then the poor clerk has to spend 20 minutes with me sorting through multiple orders for the returns. I am done! I will shop elsewhere. Kohl's, lower your prices overall and keep them standard and YOU will save money! What an insane business model that cause extra work for everyone, and drives your customers away.

I was on the phone for more than 20 minutes trying to get off of their mailing list. They would not transfer me to that department unless I would give them an email address. I was trying to get off of the snail mail list but was blackmailed to give my email address in order to get transferred to that department. I called corporate and spoke to Shelly in the presidents office who said that it was a feeling not a fact that the agent in Mexico told me that. I asked 5 times to be transferred to that department and did not want to give my email address. Terrible customer service on both accounts. Listening skills, terrible

I like Kohl's as a store, however, I feel that there advertising of prices is extremely misleading. Haven't you ever noticed that everything is always on sale? If a particular item you're interested in purchasing is always on sale, isn't that sale price actually the regular price?

I was double charged for a online order and when I called to complain they said that the always do that to insure my account has the money. I said so your telling my your double charging to see if I have money after you already charged me. I said that's illegal return my money at once. I was already charge for online. She said she can not for 24 to 48 hours. So beware because they will double charge. I went into the store and talked to the store manager and she was in shock that they did that. She stated they are completely different than in store. I ordered online from several places before and have NEVER in my life seen a online store hold my money. I stated to them on the phone you are not a hotel that can so that. You got your money and now you are still holding my money. WTF. Dont ever use the online horrible customer service and they will take more money.

I was short on time and thought oh I can pick up a few things at Kohl's and save time, I took my time made some choices a couple skirts I Iiked I get notification ill receive a text give my c. F. info. I get said text it says part of your order ready for pick up you'll receive another when the other part is ready. I waited 2 days and nothing so I go in and was told thats weird I guess they couldn't find it. You. Should prob tell people all of its not available! So let me now go and shop for what I need and have literally no time to do it
Thanks but no thanks Kohl's by the way I'll never trust your process again. Very disappointed in your online shipping practices! Walmart is beating you on this and that is sad! Disappointed in Ga.

3/27/2023 I call customer service to change my due date from the 22nd to 28th of each month. And was told that it couldn't be done per agent and supervisor. I'm not behind just payed March 22. It is when I get payed the 28th. Ridiculous. They said the system want let them.

On November 30,2023, I purchased sneaker for my grandson for Christmas, I was tracking them and delivery was suppose to be December 18,2023.Today I called and my sneaker were out of stock. How is this possible when I paid the order went through they took my money and now 6 days before Christmas I have nothing and I have to wait 7 business days to get my money back. Someone at Kohls stole my order. Kohls should be a shame to do business this way.

Peaceful discussions are how we resolve differences in USA unless you're affiliated with BLM, ANTIFA & other liberal radical groups as Kohl's is now. Thrust refuse to be the once proud ‘family friendly' store they used to be. When a retailer delists a product, they're essentially boycotting that company. What goes around - comes around! Keep up the Kohl's boycott brothers & sisters and watch as their stock and sales tank.

Kohl's has now officially entered the activism culture (delisting My Pillows, BLM support, etc) and will pay a heavy price for not sticking with what consumers prefer - selling retail items! Folks cut up your Kohl's cards and never step foot in their hell hole demonic stores again!

Please please pay attention to his you spend your hard earned money. Kohl’s is playing both sides trying to win favor of illegal criminal activists as well as good honest hard working customers. Don’t let them get away with their shananegins!

This site is expensive and the quality is not that good. The site freezes a lot as well. If you have kohls cash and return an item forget getting your kohls cash back. I have also been sent damaged items more than once.

Lost store space due to Sephora, they discontinued many items and departments. It used to be a fun store to poke around in and find good things/deals. Now, the deals are way too complicated and require a lot of hoop jumping, and regular items are disappearing. They're supposed to be a retail store carrying retail products, not politicizing what they do and don't carry (and I'm not a righty). They've lost a lot of business according to stock reports. Just too sketchy for me to continue to try to support

To start off I'm a man. I know that Kohl's focus point isn't towards men. It's obvious, but the clothes they lack are surprising. The other day I went in Kohls in search of a scarf. Out of everything in the store, I would expect there to be men scarves, but there's not. This doesn't end there. Kohl's lacks when it comes to men's winter accessories. They offer winter gloves and hats but their styles are extremely limited. Not to mention very ugly. By limited, I mean there's close to 3 choices of gloves to choose from. From my experiences, I would suggest JCPenny's, Macy's, or even Old Navy if you want a scarf. A men's scarf that is, because Kohls had plenty of women scarves. I just want to go somewhere where I could buy clothes, some accessories, and maybe cologne.

Kohls must be in serious financial trouble. There cashier I purchased from told me about this free kohls credit card is free. It is not free. It carries an interest rate 25.99%. When I got my first invoice I saw that and paid in full and marked on my bill close this account in RED! I have not bought anything from kohls and will not. Today I got another bill from kolhs for $27.23 just to save their financial instability. They also make it impossible to connect with their billing department. They pass you off to several different people in South America who are all trying to sell you something for free. These people are paid $3.00 per day and are quite happy while we have millions of American on unemployment. This corporation is dangerous.

stay away from kohls

I think Kohl's is one of the latest companies to forget who their loyal customer base really is... I give them about 5 years tops left of actually turning profit. I guarantee you that during lockdowns it wasn't anyone BLM-related shopping at their online or in person stores... so, go ahead, push BLM down our throats, add way more products that is truly sustainable (Sephora now too? Really?), take away free shipping AND coupons for cardholders that have shopped there for YEARS... and... umm. Well, good luck with that! Also... supporting BLM and getting rid of MyPillow? Did BLM do ANYTHING to help Americans during the PPE shortage? No... but they did loot a lot... especially from stores like KOHL'S! Meanwhile, MyPillow was producing masks... I'm paying off my credit card and I'm done with them, bye Kohl's!

It is very disturbing to find out that Kohl"s is selling products affiliated with BLM. BLM is an organization that SUPPORTS racism, vandalism, criminal action, assault and hatred and violence toward whites and our law enforcement. A department store, online or in store should not be involved in politics and organizations that support racism and hatred. You just lost quite a lot of customers. Shame on you Kohl"s and your executive officers.

My son has been wearing Tony Hawk clothing since kindergarten. He is now 13. The quality of this line is unbelievable. My son carried his favorite Tony Hawk backpack for 3 school years before it started showing signs of wear. He have it to my brother when I bought him another one. It is still going. The baby clothes at Kohls are great too. I have never experienced a problem there. I have shipped Kohls for my last 4 babies. The problem with Kohls lies in their juniors dept. So far, I have not Had a single successful purchase in the juniors department. The biggest disappointment that sticks out is a Candies brand shirt. The buttons fell of while walking on the first day. Bought a Candies sweater. It completely unraveled during its first wash. Bought a Candies bag and after a couple of weeks the zipper fell off. Basicall stay away from the candies brand all together.

I ordered a pair of boots online Dec 18 they never showed up and had to cancel and reorder Dec 31 and its Jan 10 and called they said they had to cancel again with no answers where the boots went. I finally cancelled the order and will never, never order another item online.

Ordered several clothing items. Package arrived missing 2 pants and had, instead, items we did not order. After at least 2 calls and several emails their suggestion is to reorder the pants (we have not been refunded for the first order yet!) and they want us to carry the miss shipped items to our nearest Kohls (30-40 minutes away at our own expense. We are through with Kohl's. I told my wife we are only shopping from the local mall or Amazon.com and we are cancelling our Kohl's card. PS Try to hire a few English speaking customer service reps so they can understand our complaints - constantly had to try to describe the problem to people who didn't understand us. Goodbye to Kohl's and good riddance.

On several occassions when I have ordered from Kohl's, I get the worng items in my shipment or I have items missing. The box arrives with some of my order. This usually means that a plastic bag is coming later. The bags are worn out and have come torn up. Not a good shipping department.

I made a purchase online and was charged $110. Then 2 hours later had a charge for $85. I called and was told that the $110 was pending and the the $85 would go through for one item I purchased. I also will ne charged for the other item when I pick it up. The $110 will fall off eventually. So now it is
Sending in pending and unavailable for use until it is released. This is AWFUL! What a horrible way to process payments.

I will never order from their online site and at this point am reconsidering shopping at Kohl's.

Horrible way to run a website and process orders.

If you have store credit card open don't get married. I tried changing my name twice and they refuse to change my name even though I am providing them all information they asked. First time they saked to send a copy of the curt order with driver license or social security card
I did next time they asked me to fax it to them. I spend $8 trying to fax it to them and ones again I received a letter asking me to fax the proof to them. I'm done with them. Horrible service when you need it.

Be aware that if you sign up for a Kohls card to take advantage of coupons, and immediately pay it off, should you need to return item, you will paid back in store credit, not the cash you intended to pay with and used to pay off the card immediately.

Don't sign up for department store credit cards

I purchased school clothes for my grandson from Kohl's this year. Great quality clothing, great savings and great customer service. Recommend shopping this store online and in store. Probably the best customer service of any retailer.

I placed an order of 10 items, they all shipped at different times, one package with three items said delivered I never got the package! 3 more items say shipped 10 days ago with no tracking info the items are still at the Kohl's facility!

Was doing some Christmas shopping & buying clothes for my 4 year old daughter, who was with me. We had a lot of items purchased & my daughter who was with me is very busy & wanting to help. Sheila was so patient & kind to my daughter & I, she was so down to earth, smiling & talking to my daughter. She even went out of her way to have an escort help bring out our purchases to the car. Thank you Sheila, God bless

I love Kohl's and have shopped at other Kohl's locations for years. However, I must say that I absolutely hate going to this store. It is always a mess! I actually refer to it as "messy kohl's". It's even a mess first thing in the morning which is a good indicator that it wasn't straightened and cleaned at night. The employees on the floor are rude and do not say hello or attempt to assist you in any way. This morning I heard two employees openly complaining about other employees and the store in general. One of the used profanity and I find that so unprofessional. The employees at the register are usually more friendly and accommodating but by the time you get to them... But You have already fought your battles with messy displays, clothes on the floor and rude employees.

I will not be going back to this store any time soon. It's ashame... I have been a loyal customer since the day it opened.
