This year shopping for children's back to school clothes I visited many stores. Most were not stocked and the variety was very limited but Kohl's was great. So many brands to choose from and very neatly displayed. The customer service reps were friendly and returns were easy when need be. Their online selection is even better than in store and the shipping is prompt and arrives quickly. The quality of the brands they carry are also top notch and wash well. I would recommend shopping at Kohl's.
This business drives me crazy. I cannot ever be sure I am getting the best price. I will place an order online. The next day the item will be on sale. Place that order, then a few days later, the discounts change and yet an even lower price is available. What kind of business want's customers placing multiple orders only to return them all because prices have changed? I have one last return of a group of items that had me go through 4 orders to get the best price. I make sure that I consolidate so I only have to go to the store once for returns, but then the poor clerk has to spend 20 minutes with me sorting through multiple orders for the returns. I am done! I will shop elsewhere. Kohl's, lower your prices overall and keep them standard and YOU will save money! What an insane business model that cause extra work for everyone, and drives your customers away.

Placed several orders online. The first order arrived at my home. The second order, one item needed to be picked up at the local store. The other items were being shipped. I used my stored account to place the order which contains my credit card information along with the billing address. When I went to the store it was semi crowded. I stood on line in order to get my online purchase. A customer went to the front of the line and stated they had an online purchase and didn't want to wait on line. The person behind the counter decided to let that person cut the entire line. A week later I placed another order online and say my shipping/billing address was not correct. I adjusted the address and the website kept changing my address. After several tries it took my address. Something told me to check on a previous order and make sure the address was correct. I noticed the address was wrong and called customer service so they can correct it and have my items shipped to the correct location. The representative stated they could not do anything and that I should go to that address and see if the home owners will give me my package when it arrives. I have never had to deal with this type of incompetent customer service. I asked where the representative was located and she stated Columbia. They didn't have any

I recently shopped the Manassas VA store, the Culpeper VA store and the Haymarket VA store. They were all a MESS and had literally NO Selection in Womens clothing! When I visited the shoe section--same problem! Where is all the merchandise? Also, the toys are so overpriced, even if you have a 30% off coupon, you can still get them for way less anywhere else!
Also, Kohls has recently become involved in Politics and Cancel Culture against My Pillow's Mike Lindell. Retail stores have absolutely NO Business getting involved in Political matters and that is a surefire way to lose thousands of loyal customers. Since when did we become a communist country, where we have no free speech? I have been a loyal Kohls Charge card holder since the early 90's will NEVER shop Kohls as long as it is taking political stands against conservatives!

I've had this happen to me 2 times in a row. The first time I ordered on black Friday, then I ordered again that following Monday to use my Kohl's cash. It wasn't until 2 weeks later until I FINALLY get an email saying both orders are being modified. I look at both of them, and now I realize I wasn't getting half of the stuff I order. It was all in stock the day I ordered and NOW they tell me 2 WEEKS later I will not receive what I ordered. I felt screwed, because all these items were Christmas gifts!
I can't beleive all the discounts at times. Someday they'll have to pay me to leave. If you have a problem, they handle it well, I really like shopping there.

If you have months to give up to get merchandise that is defective and agree to pay for items you still don't have- then give it a try! There policies are unethical, backwards and should be illegal!
My wife used to shop here from clothing and one old cashier lady always gave us 15% discounts from all the product we bought. Happy to shop from this mall.
I've never been so poorly treated in a retail store as I was treated in Kohl's in Louisville, KY. Enough that I will not be back. Over priced cheap clothing.
Buyer Beware: Kohl's does NOT honor their promotion codes. I entered some items to my cart yesterday Buy One Get One 50% Off. I went back in my cart today and it was still showing that same promotion. It was Not showing the right price so I called them and they could not see it on their end so they would NOT honor it. So I tried to enter the code CATCH15OFF and it told me that was upcoming promotion and would not honor that promotion either. So much for having to honor a price when it is advertised. Why would they advertise a promotion when it's not even available? I have done so much shopping with them and I am sad to say they are on my list of DO NOT SHOP!

Zero Stars For Kohl's! The assistant manager and the store manager Ray are horrible at their jobs. They act idiotic. I videoed and took pictures of the way I was treated and the assistant manager tried to get me to turn off my camera. They accused me of wanting something for free after my granddaughters just spent over $400.00 a few days ago and needed a refund for one tiny little item only costing $19.00. They do not listen and resolve problems, they make the problems worse. They are also prejudice- even though they are of the minority- they are very weird. They were punishing me for allowing my granddaughter to use the Kohl's cash days later received because of this purchase. They would not give the full refund and hollered loudly several times in front of all of the other customers at the registers and passers by, accusing me of "wanting something for free." Instead of helping to resolve the problem they double teamed on me and let the cashier laugh while they- the assistant manager and store manager Ray verbally abused me in front of other customers at the register as well as people passing by. I am talking about the Kohl's store#: 1016, located at 5750 Skillman St., Dallas, Tx. *******. They don't care if you have spent a million dollars in their store, the assistant managers and the managers are allowed to abuse customers and they encourage the cashier's to disrespect customers too. If you call corporate to complain, they have made sure that you talk to people who can barely speak or understand the English language. KOHL'S CAN I HAVE THE REST OF MY REFUND? SHAME ON YOU KOHL'S!

I order 3 pairs of the same shoes for the men in my wedding party, and only received 2 of them. No big deal, but I called to have the missing pair sent to me and was told they no longer have the size I need. So I asked to speak with a supervisor to find a way to get me what I ordered, and was told they would call me in half and hour... I waiting a week and never heard back. At which point I called them back AGAIN. I was finally able to reach a supervisor. They told me they had the shoes I order available in a different size. So I asked them to go ahead and send me a size up from what I order. They then told me they couldn't do that unless I signed up for a kohl's credit card... so they messed up my order. Couldn't replace my order and couldn't even send me a different size... now I have to take time out my busy schedule to go to a store to get a refund on the one they didn't send and return the others, because their customer service line could literally do NOTHING to help me resolve the issue they caused... what the heck is a custom service line for if not to resolve issues like this... I will never be shopping at kohl's again, and I will not recommend them to anyone!

I do think the prices are high to begin with, but it seems everything is on sale all the time. I have found lots of things I need, and I've been happy with the items and the quick delivery.
I use Coupon Cabin quite frequently. Not only for the great coupons but you can get cash back on top of reduced prices. If you don't use Coupon Cabin your missing out on some great deals.
Kohl's has a lot of options for a picky shopper like me. Style variety is amazing, prices are good and the quality is acceptable while shipping is pretty good.
Had to return pair of shoes to Kohls.com because I don't have a store near by. Now I am fighting to get my money back for almost a month. No body knows nothing, they promise to look into it and call me back, but no body ever did. I called at least 5 times, and all they do is open a new case for me.
Last time I had a chance to talk to one of the supervisors (Tin), she promised to resolve an issue and call me back within 24 hours. Also told me she will apply credit of $50 to my account towards my next purchase. 10 days went by, she never called me back. So I called them today again, and spoke with supervisor named Gabriela. She was rude altogether
Told me that they did refund $30, and they will send me $20 Kohls cash within a month. Even though there was another items in this order they could of applied my Kohls cash towards to. They decided to charge me full amount for that item, and use my cash towards the boots I have returned. And when I asked her about the $50 credit that Tin had promised, she said I do not see anything like that under your account, and we don't offer anything like that anyways.
Very not helpful customer service, makes me very disgusted. So, if you don't have Kohls store near by, don't waste your time and money shopping at Kohles.com. There is always a good chance you will have to return something. I am going back to Macy's and Nordstrom.
The Kohls in new milford ct is a shame. I've been a customer for so long and needless to say that while checking out the associates ringing out other customers and asking for credit cards is too much! I once was behind a old lady who could just barley walk I believe it was her son with her, anyway the cashier asked the both of them if they had a kohl's card the son said yes and the older lady said no. So the cashier started to sell up the credit card. She kept telling the cashier no, I'm good, until finally the son snapped and told the cashier no. Also, I had another time where I was paying and in the next register over, a young lady was buying some items, got asked for a credit card and she was explaining to the cashier the she has enough credit cards and that she doesn't need another and how she's in collage and lives on campus and doesn't shop at kohl's so much. So let me get this straight your taking advantage of older people who cant care for themselves and a collage student who has enough credit cards? I get you have to sell up the cards but that was unprofessional, and rude! They obviously don't care who they sign up whether it ruins their credit or taking advantage of a person who doesn't understand and just wants to pay and get out. This is beyond ridiculous and this isn't the first thing like this about this kohls! I'm upset that it had to come to this because I never write reviews and I hope no one has to get per pressured in to this.
What can I say, Kohl's is IT! The products are of great quality, the customer service is fantastic and on the rare occasion that I've had to return something it was very easy and no hassles.

I have never been treated so poorly by staff over the phone. I was ordering a crib online and the website gave me a free "gift" to go with the crib. The gift was a mattress. I'm an expectant mother so this was a huge life saver right?! Yeah just kidding I went to go check out and the page said that one of the items couldn't be shipped anymore... well I guess that free gift couldn't be shipped out. I gave customer service a call spoke to three different staff members who each refused to give me a number of someone that was in charge, such as their manager, a supervisor, etc., they each had a different story of how that was never a promotion, or the promotion just ended [after stating promotions don't end till Sunday... it was Saturday], or my favorite they just ran out, but we can buy a cheaper [uglier, bad review] crib and have the free mattress... I explained how doing that is wrong and in fact illegal. False advertising a free mattress to customers. They continued to not care or do anything for us. Kohls is a disgrace to customer service and I would tell anyone to go elsewhere if they're buying a product from them. I would rather spend an extra $50 somewhere else on the same item from a different store than ever buy something from this disgusting store again. Messing with people is completely wrong to do. This could actually be played out in court seeing how kohls is not doing anything to fix their "problem" and kohls would lose.
I made a double payment for my Kohl's charge in error, so I called and requested a refund. The refund was mailed 1/27/2023 and was initially advised to wait 7-10 bus days for receipt. Never came. I called again requesting to have it reissued, but was advised up to 14 bus days. Never came. I called again requesting to have it reissued, speaking with a supervisor & was advised can take up to 4 weeks. Never came. I called again requesting to have it reissued, and was then advised to wait until 2/27/23 since it was mailed on 1/27/23. Never came. I called again today, 2/27/23, and requested to have it reissued. The rep said it was reissued and said 14 bus days for receipt / entire process of reissue, etc;. Now I am waiting until 3/17/23 and I will have to call back again, I am sure of it. Oh and I tried to contact Kohl's corporate office and the number goes to a recording advising the number is not monitored and to call back another time. WOW, is all I can say and I will be cancelling my Kohl's charge card and never shop there again. Horrible service and they refuse to overnight it, expedite it, put it back on my account even to use so I do not have to live the nightmare for a refund. I am disgusted by the way Kohl's treats their VIP customers. It is a disgrace and anyone who shops here or has a card, must be ignorant and they will learn like I did after all these years. I am canceling my account (opened Feb 2005) and will no longer shop at your store in response to your decision to take away Mike Lindell's right to free speech. You have chosen a path that takes you one step closer to taking away mine as well. I'm assuming your decision to destroy his life is based on the fact that you conducted your own investigation into the voter fraud allegations and not because you are just following the biased few who control the media. There are 74 million clear thinkers out here who don't follow the biased media and who insist on having an honest and detailed investigation. I'm sure that not all 74 million of us have accounts at Kohl's, but I did until now. You didn't do the math did you? People who don't agree with Mike may stop buying his products, while people who don't agree with you will stop buying every product you sell.
