I used to be an avid Kohls.com buyer, but after being a loyal return customer for two years, I am noticing that the offerings in women's clothing seem to be the same thing over and over. The same styles just in different colors.
For this reason and no other, I moved on to other online retailers of women's clothing. I recently went back on line to see if anything has changed and unfortunately, I am still seeing the same styles, same clothing lines and not much new at all.
Kohls it is time to freshen up your offerings and get in some new clothing lines. On the plus side, they often have great sales, great discount codes available and good delivery service. Also the ability to return online purchases to the store is a big plus!

I ordered "Farberware Classic Series 15-pc. Stainless Steel Cookware Set" from Kohl's online because it was cheap and had a $30 rebate. I never received the rebate. When I contacted Kohl's customer service, all I got back was that the rebate went thru a different company and I have to contact them myself. But when I asked for a contact to the company responsible of the rebate I got no answer. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM KOHL'S ANYMORE!
I *LOVE* shopping Kohls online. The selections are fabulous, and if I get something that doesn't suit, I can return the item to my local store with no problems at all. If my local store doesn't have what I want in my size, I can usually go online and order it. I still get my discount, and I can still use my Kohl's cash, all from the comfort of home. I love it!

Every time I have gone into Kohl's, the signs and tags are always marked down in price. I wonder, do they ever sell anything at the price that it is "supposed to" be marked down FROM? It seems like a scheme to get unsuspecting people to buy things and think they are getting a bargain!

We have a Kohls store just a quarter mile from our house but I often shop online to save time and money. If the clothes don't fit or I am unhappy with the merchandise, Kohls will take it back in the store, no questions asked and I have saved myself both time and money. I bought my son's entire work wardrobe there and he is thrilled and so am I, by the savings! If you shop at the height of the coupon sales, you'll do great!

Two different orders from kohls, pajamas and underwear for shipment to my home. The underwear as received were a mile too large, where I returned them to the Kohl's processing center in Ohio. Credit was received for two out of three packages with no explanation. Calling the customer service number generated a case number where subsequently an additional refund was issued but the value has is less than the remaining amount, even less shipping. To be honest after talking to customer service I have the impressing no one has any idea what is going on.
The pajamas shipped per UPS from Exquisite Apparel but the package's return address showed Sears. Kohls.com sources from outside companies?! That said the pajamas as received had the buttons falling off or off on the top. After the experience above the pajamas were returned to a local Kohl's store where they refused to refund the shipping charge even after admitting that the pajamas were defective as delivered. After 30 min on the phone with customer service I was able to get the ~$7 shipping refunded, but this isn't how I want to spend my time.
My family will not order from Kohl's again. I have nothing bad to say about their retail stores, but the web site fulfillment, customer service related to the web site and the returns center, have to be the worst e-commerce organization I have conducted business with in ten years.

Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
