We ordered our kids shirts online for school yesterday. Great sales! However, Kohl's decided to deliver our entire package MINUS 1 shirt to our house. This 1 shirt was sent to a store for reasons unbeknownst to us, that's nowhere near where we live. SO... we call customer service. The first guy said to call the store it was shipped to, have them cancel the shirt order. We call the store... they tell us they can't do that and to call customer service. We call customer service again. 2nd person says they have no idea why Kohl's shipped one shirt to a store while the rest is sent to our house. "Blame us", is what was said and to again, call the store and have them cancel it. Sooooo we call the store again and NOPE, they won't. She said wait 5-7 days and the money will be back in our account because after 5 days if nobody comes to pick it up, then it's cancelled anyway. So we call customer service again to see if there's anyway to cancel the shirt now, OR have them ship the shirt to us with the rest of the order. Nooooope. 3rd customer service said they can't do that BUT... we can order the shirt AGAIN, pay in full. Again. Then wait for the money from the original order to be back in our account, and they'd make sure the shirt was delivered to our house. We asked why, if we haven't picked up that shirt, instead of charging us again, why they can't just have the store where the shirt was at ship it to us OR, cancel the shirt right now phone, and once again reminded them this was an error on their end. They said they knew but of course couldn't do anything. So, we won't ever see the original shirt we ordered and are just gonna wait to get our $18 bucks back.
I order 2 pair of Christmas socks and it stated a week delivery but I got them in 2 days. Thank you

Kelly and I are not friends as she is not trusted to be a friend. But we do have some of the same friends and I know all about her. This is not her first rodeo, retail theft is documented in her history dating back to 1997 where she served a year probation, 50 hours of community service, and fined (State of Wi CCap doesn't lie) and there are MANY stories with the word stealing and theft with the name Kelly Nigbor attached since then... friends (& their parents), family, neighbors, coworkers, strangers, employers, bars, hotels, airports-you name it! She's done it. Of course Kelly won't admit it and it's always someone else's fault.
Let's see, she's an adult & she had to go "potty" so bad that she couldn't set her fragile UNPAID purchases aside before dashing to the restroom. So fragile she had to hold them in her hands as she used the restroom. Seems hard to do.
She finds an unsupervised toddler yelling for help? If her father could hear your conversation (as she said) with his child, surely he'd show concern for her calls of help. I would think, right? So Kelly puts these fragile UNPAID items in her satchel.
1. Unpaid items don't ever go in bathrooms.
2. Never place unpaid items in your purse/satchel.
3. Never leave the store with unpaid items-that's STEALING & exactly what she's charged with. NOTHING to do with helping an unsupervised child in the restroom. That's just plain silly.
I personally have been affected by Kelly's stealing and don't believe a word of her story here. Guarantee this is not Kelly's first time with Kohls or other dept stores and it's about time she is caught again.
Kelly's ridiculous 1 star rating of Kohls is just typical her. Like anyone will believe even the beginning of your complaint. The title: "I was cited a fine totaling $649. For helping a toddler unsupervised in the woman's bathroom". One would think a reward should be given, certainly not a fine & citation.
Poor, poor Kelly-the decent human, white collar, upper class, I guess we could say outstanding citizen with "nothing" on her record being falsely accused by some Kohls security kid (as she called him) who actually did find unpaid merchandise on her AFTER she left the store. Hmmmm... what an unfair world she's living in.
Purchased a number of items for Christmas presents and entered the incorrect mail to address. As soon as I found out that I had made this mistake I called Kohls and spoke to a rep. They advised that they would correct the problem and to call them again the next day. Called Kohls the following day only to be advised that a second package had been mailed to the incorrect address. Rep stated she was sorry and asked me to contact the shippers to advise them about the incorrect address. I called both UPS and OnTrac and was advised that only the shipper can make changes to the ship to address. Called Kohl again, I was advised that a third package of the four was mailed to the incorrect address. Again Kohl stated that they would resolve the issue. No response from Kohls other than an email advising that I can place another order with them and get 20% of and free shipping. Called Kohls again to be advised the fourth package was also mailed to the incorrect address. They advised me to drive 300 miles to see if I can pick up the packages from the incorrect address. I again advised them that I had contacted them days ago before the 2nd, 3rd and 4th packages had been shipped and they never corrected the problem. Kohls again advised that they will reroute the packages once they are returned to the shipper. Again I received a general email offering 20% off on my next order. Called Kohls again regarding status since no packages were received to date and they stated that the packages were resent to me again TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS! I asked to have a supervisor call, but never received a response, no refund or any of the merchandise. Will never purchase again from this company!

Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
