I joined them in September 2022 and since it's been nothing but stress. They appear nice, polite, and genuine however my experience has been disappointing and frustrating, to say the least. I was assigned an Account Manager - Adam Kovacs, who dealt with trades with my investment money and he lost it in trades multiple times. I then had to deal with Thomas Mayer who is apparently head of trading to progress but even then withdrawals seem impossible. Then someone called Marcus Tamm contacted me briefly with no real helpful information.

The level of communication is appalling for a company of this scale - no replies to emails or customer support service. Fortunately, I got help from Coin-refunds dot com, they helped with my coins.
