I've ordered some items and we've contacted by email several times but they just told me to wait and after a while they stop sending. They just disappeared, horrible service and communication skills are bad. SCAM! Took my money and didn't even give me my item. Your Shop sucks

I had a very positive experiences on this site! The shipping was faster than I expected, and the pants I bought were in great condition when they arrived!
The quality of the items from kokopie is impressive, it's worth the cost! The fabric is soft and very comfortable to wear. I absolutely love their designs too!
I would definitely buy from this shop again!

Kokopie is an honest and high quality shop. I've purchased over $500 worth of items from them and I have never been disappointed. Most of the haters of Kokopie are not aware of how small business function. Their products are relatively expensive compared to forever 21, H&M, and Hollister. This is because the items are originally designed and ethically made. Their shipping prices are also higher because it's an individual team shipping and processing your items. Not Chinese workers that are paid horribly and suffer in sweatshops. I wouldn't be writing this if I didn't care about small businesses like Kokopie. Please think before you complain, harass, or hate on a creator.

First time ordering from them. With an address locate in the USA you think that shipping would be quick! Not the case at all.

We ordered a backpack at the end of July. They got paid for the item. Now. Here it is almost a month later with school about to start and No backpack. No current tracking info. NO response from customer service on what the heck is going on.

They stole are $ and gave us NO explainstion. Buyers stay away.

I've only ordered from Kokopie once, but I'll definitely be back to buy more. The style is difficult to find in store and not be breaking-the-bank expensive. I truly appreciate that they care for the quality and customer experience. I've ordered clothing from online stores before and I've received clothing that could barely stand 4 washes without the print falling off or seams breaking. With Kokopie, the clothing I bought is literally at the front of my closet because they're now apart of my go-tos. Everything that I had purchased has been great! I'd definitely recommend!

Disappointed and why no phone number to call them! I ordered two items for my granddaughter for Christmas. I received one on the invoice was hand written note that the other was shipped separately. Never received shipping advice or the other item. I have emailed them five times no reply no information on the second item I paid for. Why don't they have a phone number so I can call and talk to somebody. This is no way to do business don't get sucked in. This grandma learn the hard way don't be a sucker!

My son ordered a skirt for his girlfriend and spent quite a bit of money. It never arrived. After many months I contacted them and they said sorry was lost in the mail they would send re-do the order. It's has been a year since first order was made and nothing received. My son lost about $80 of his well earned money.

I first heard of Kokopie from a friend. She showed me several pics of the products available on the website and I just fell in love with some of them. As kokopie covers different styles, everyone can find something that would catch their eyes *-*.
As for me, it was the MTV Pikachu sweat for which I hesitate a lot about the color to pick x) I couldn't wait to receive my purchase and wear it! I had some issues with the shipping company but Kokopie did their best to help me solve them, the staff is really kind, patient and reachable. When I finally got my sweat I was first surprised by the quality, it's very soft and warm so perfect for autumn and winter when I want to feel cozy outside. In addition, it's super cute and I just love it
I would totally recommend this brand!

Whilst I adore my items, I do have some points of improvement. Faster shipping (although I do live in the uk). The prices are high, which is a let down as certain items are too pricey. My items are actually good quality though, and I have had no problems with tearing or anything with the material. Love certain items, but i would shop more if prices were lower

This site is a joke! I ordered a jacket on November and I have not received it yet.
I asked for the refund and all I keep getting is the same email template

"Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the late response, we received an extremely high volume of orders over this past holiday sale. Our email response times are significantly slower than usual."
If I ever get a reply from them. I have sent aroud 15 emails asking for someone to take care of the case and provide me with a refund and they have sent the same email 3 times saying that they can provide full credit on the store but not full refund... Are you serious?!

Customer service is poor and if I could give this site 0 starts that's how much I would give them as they are really shi$$y in all aspects.

I honestly love kokopie! I have purchased many items from kokopie and am always pleased with my products! Even though they are a little on the pricey side you get what you pay for in quality! The clothes and accessories are very cute and i look forward to purchasing from Kokopie again!

Me and my bf ordered stuff for on cyber monday. One hat, one xl shirt, and a outfit set for myself. The hat arrived first and we were emailed and told our other items would arrive together later on. It's now January of THE NEXT YEAR and we just got the xl shirt. Except it wasn't an xl. They sent us a medium and a note saying "sorry xl out of stock :/" ? Like WHAT? Just wait until it comes back in stock? And my outfit set is nowhere to be found despite saying its "arrived". $#*! store. Don't recommend.

Nice and cutely packaged. Arrived as time expected. I'm 5'5 and 155lbs. I am usually a M/L, but I got an XL and it fits me perfectly. I can zip it all the way up with ease. It's nice and roomy and so comfy! The sunnies fit my face well. So flashy! I love them! 10/10 I recommend. More purchases will be made by me on this site.

I've bought from Kokopie in 2017 and everything was great and shipped really fast and the quality was really good. Also I really appreciated the original designs made by the owner. I reordered from them on november 2020 and after 1 year I asked for a refund because the items was never produced by the factory (even though they were listed in the site). I've got the refund but for me this company is dead.

I ordered 3 items a month ago and have only received one item. I am having difficulty even finding out how to contact the company so I am filing a complaint with my credit card carrier for the payment. Yes, they already charged my card for all the items even though the remaining 2 don't even appear to be in transit!

I ordered a t-shirt from this store a few months back and it's the cutest thing I own. The design is unique and cute and the shirt has held up great! No shrinkage or design fading so far! 5 out of 5 for such a great store!

I ordered a jacket from them - along with other things - in december and in late may i realized that i never received the jacket. I reached out to them just simply telling them what had happened&they promised to refund me along with sending me clips to model for them. I gave them all my information, and now in late july i have still heard/recieved nothing. Not the best website to do business with despite their cute items-which you can find many of on other websites for quite a bit less. 1/5 stars

All the products I received were really really nice quality and amazing designs that I love and want to buy more of, however in some cases the prices were too much. I did lose one item in shipping and it took roughly 3 months to work out the issue until I was eventually was refunded, which was extremely disappointing. But overall I really liked it all

I spent all my money on getting clothes from here for college and only recieved 2 tops after a month, 5 items missing amd most of all a $60 jacket i really need going to my bank tomorrow to try get my money back dont order from them no matter what

Quality of my items are amazing! I love them so much. The price of each items was fairly reasonable and was worth it because of the quality and how cute the items were. Shipping was decent, they all arrived almost at the same time. Kokopie is so unique and cute.

You can find a lot of unique pieces and there's a pretty big sale section too if you want to check it out. If you have an issue with anything customer service is good at answering you back and they're accommodating too!

I ordered a skirt, a choker, and a cute jumper that were cleverly packed so that they could fit in my mailbox and my order arrived on time according to the date on my tracker. Very high quality cute clothing. Though every item was shipped from a location in the US, not China. Definitely be careful using the shop, I wouldnt order items being shipped from China as a lot of people have had bad experiences and Im guessing their items came from China.

I've bought a few things in this shop and I'm just happy with everything I bought! I'm wearing S on the pictures and one size products, so the size I bought fits perfectly. The quality is very good and the price is totally fine!
