on 8/25/16I odered boot from them back in October and it's midDecember now. I've emailed them they told me they woulld reship them, but I've recieved no comfirmation email about it. From experience, I would say don't wait up for your stuff...
Our daughter only got 2 out of 6 items within the last 10 weeks. They ignored our emails. You may want to contact your credit card company to get a refund. They must make a bundle by not shipping out items and/or only sending out a small fraction of the order. We find the positive and defensive comments, in the favor of the company, highly suspicious.
If the clothing was from China it obviously takes longer to ship. That's common sense. It's not a big brand company. It's an individual team shipping and processing your package. Please think before you act ignorant.
