The skirt i bought was made of thick material and had a nice stretch to it. I was worried about the sizing at first, but when it arrives it fit perfectly. The quality of the products justify the price that I payed and left me very pleased. Shipping time wasn't long at all and it only took around a week to arrive. I've been looking to order again very soon.

I am actually pretty shocked by the bad reviews here right now! I had a really good experience with this place. I was always wondering if this website was a scam or if it was accurate. When it was black friday, I finally decided to order: one bag, one necklace, one crop top, one skirt, socks and one jumper. After 2 weeks my order still hasn't made any progress, so I sent a mail to kokopiecoco. They told me that they had received a lot of orders due to the holidays coming so they couldn't take care of it. They were really nice and polite. One week later I received my package. Everything was in place (the accessories came in a different delivery though). The clothes perfectly fit, and the fabric used is really good. I had no complaints and was really happy with it. I will definitely order there again. Only thing I might find bad is the price, a little bit high sometimes, but it's fine because I don't order clothes really often, and they're a small team. You need to check it out!

Ordered on Dec. 13,2018 and it is now Feb. 8, and I still am waiting for most of my order. I got all the cheap stuff around January but the good stuff, skirt, shirt, leggings has still not come, this company sends auto replys and I have shipping numbers but it states that my stuff has been sitting in one location for order a month, china is usually pretty good, so it makes me believe it is Kokopiecoco's issue. Will never use them again, and if they did they're job right, they would have a hell of a good company...

Thank you for contacting us. The item in question is shipped separately from our manufacturer in China. This item has a longer processing and shipping time, and is a made to order item. Shipments from our team in China will normally arrive in 25 business days. The tracking info will be available upon request as soon as the shipment arrives to the destination country.

All orders since Black Friday have longer processing and shipping times due to the high volume of orders received. Normally, our processing times are 5 business days, however, due to the high volume of orders received during our sales our processing times are longer than usual.
This is the busiest time of year for kokopie.

I ordered a dress, a sweater, and a t shirt from here last year for Christmas. It too me TWO MONTHS just to ship from Philadelphia to my house which is only an hour away? When I finally got the package only the dress came in, not the sweater and the t shirt, and the dress was very cheap and wasn't even from the actual company itself. Then recently this year I ordered an I phone 6 s plus case and that also took two months to arrive and guess what? They messed up the order too! The case was the style I wanted but not for the right phone size. I also emailed them twice, one asking why it hasn't arrived yet and the other about getting the wrong phone case, and they never responded back.

I saw so many bad reviews about the shipping. Still though I couldn't help but give it a shot. I only ordered one item and the shipping was pretty expensive. I live in the USA and the order arrived just on time! It came in LESS than a WEEK. I was amazed. It came in cute packaging. The item in particular was a skirt. It came in good quality and everything! Having seen all the bad reviews I was shocked when it arrived, even quicker than my other orders from other websites. I'm definitely shopping here again, this time I'll get more stuff that's on sale! *v*

First, I'm a mom. Our daughter fell in love with the items on the site, like most of the young women here. We were hesitant, when we saw the negative reviews, but because of the positive reviews we purchased 6 items. Now, we wonder if the positive reviews are from actual independent customers or some underhanded marketing ploy. Our daughter received two items within 3 weeks. However, the other 4 items have yet to appear --- after 10 weeks. Our queries have been ignored. Based on our experience, and the experience of countless of other Kokopiecoco customers, it's our opinion that this company must be making a bundle by just shipping out a couple of the items that have been ordered, and then pocketing the rest of the money.

I ordered three pants from this website like early july. It did say that it would come in the end of August. And I got it September 4th. I think I ordered pants and jackets on two of them. But I only got the pants (what I wanted in the first place. Jackets was just bonus) I'm really happy with it!

I am very drawn to the aesthetic of this brand. It's obvious that a lot of love and thought goes into each and every piece that they design. In addition to the beauty of their pieces, the quality and the softness of the fabrics is excellent.

I love kokopie. They have original and stylish clothing at reasonable prices. The quality has never been bad. The shipping time is standard to fast and I have always received my orders. I get all my clothes from kokopie and plan to get even more! I have and would definitely recommend this site to others.

I ordered my daughter a backpack a month a go, plenty of time before school started and it is showing it has not sent out yet! I contacted the company and they said it would ship out on "Wednesday". Well a couple of Wednesdays have come and gone and no backpack and it is still showing that it hasn't been shipped out! Not only did I waste 40.00 on this backpack, I had to buy her another one to start school with! Another thing is... underneath the picture of the backpack it said the price was 29.99, when I went to check out it was 40.00! She really wanted it so I reluctantly ordered it anyway, I am calling my bank today to try to get the charges reversed as well as the BBB! This company is not a good one to do business with, on top of everything else they were very rude to me just because I had the nerve to ask where my backpack was! Please do your self a favor and do not order from this rude, shady company!

I ordered a black and yellow top that ended up arriving as blue and yellow, and 'dress pants' (which cost more than an elastic band) only to receive ill fitting pants that had an elastic waist anyway, really wouldn't recommend buying from this place considering i couldn't track my order properly and it took ages to arrive

They have very good social media marketing, their posts always rave about how high quality their items are and how they ship from the US, but their customer service is horrendous. I ordered 5 items on Black Friday, have sent multiple emails, but only 2 items have arrived after more than a month's wait... how long is a phone case, beanie, and set of chokers supposed to take to make? Also, the items I received were a tshirt (normal quality) and one of their pins (very cheap quality-the plastic is coming off the design, the metal is rusty). They do not reply to emails as well. Do not trust this company.

I got a pink holo jacket when they did one of those "crazy and amazing" sales where you only pay for shipping and the item is for free. They have good deals and they are always giving the customers the chance to get some of their items for a really good price. Their quality is really good and most of their items come from their own creation. And also, more plus size items will be really good because I really love their style.

My items came in a month (I'm from Italy) and I really love them! Everything is comfortable, shoes size is perfect and I bought even skirts, shirts, sweaters, fishnet and socks, oh and the sheer jacket and a backpack! Everything is really cute and the quality is super

They say they doesn't support sweatshops but still sell made in china clothes? Clothes that you easily can buy on aliexpress for CHEAPER, everything is overpriced and they treat their "promoters" like trash, the good reviews are really suspicious though, how everyone came to say positive things in less than a week but not in all this time, it's a scam, don't buy clothes from this site.

I got a 10 pack of black chokers for a good deal and they are very nice and soft. I got three jackets and I really like too. I got the holographic jackets in all three colors and both sizes. The L/XL sleeves are a bit too long but I don't mind. The sizing is kind of confusing which is why I bought both but they both fit me and I have a big bust and waist. The only problem I have with the jackets is that in seams are very itchy and I haven't gotten to wear them out because of it and it's too hot right now to wear long sleeve under them. All in all it's a good store and they have very good deals and fast shipping! :)

Never received it. It has been two months. I ordered the item and have proof of the billing, and I know it takes time to deliver, but it was never received. It has been well over the expected delivery date. Why is there no tracking number?

Terrible website. I love their clothing and shoes and I was very excited to order from them. I ordered boots on 5/15/16 and still nothing. I asked them and they said "either wait or cancel" and said shoes were still in China although it said it would take a month. It has been over it

It has been over 2 months and I have still not received my item. They sent me a fake tracking number on December 28th and told me that the item has been shipped. That tracking number is still sitting there and still says that nothing has ever been sent to them in order to ship it. They are nothing but Crooks they will steal your money and they will not send you anything or if they do send you anything it will be very cheap quality crap. Buyer beware!

I love this store! I used to see the clothing all the time and never bought from kokopie. Then one day I did, an dnever regretted it. Not only are the clothes trendy, they're also high quality. Everything I bought has been true to size. I will never regret buying from kokopie.

I ordered two chokers, a tennis skirt, and fishnet stockings. The chokers and tennis skirt did arrive, but the skirt didn't really fit me a d the zipper ripped but it was worth spending my money on the two chokers. I do hope I get my fishnet stockings as soon as possible.

I have been a huge fan of kokopie! Love the quality of the tops. I got a few item including a hoodie, a sweater, a t-shirt and two skirts. They were all very comfortable to wear everyday. The originality of kokopie is the key to make me repurchase! People often come up to me and ask where did i get kokopie products! Will absolutely repurchase again!
