I love this brand so much! When I first found this brand I knew I found my number one favorite brand! The brand has so many options from Pastel to Dark to grunge and the quality is so amazing and beautiful. It's so worth it to shop from here!

In February I had bought two pairs of shoes. The first pair had arrived but I still haven't gotten the second pair. It's now August, and I was able to get my money back for both pairs of shoes, but now they are threatening me, saying they will "contact the authorities in my area for theft". The bank had justified my claim, and although they have screenshots saying that the shoes were delivered, I have yet to receive the shoes. I may have gotten my money back, but I see a lot of reviews saying people couldn't get refunded. Please do not buy from here.

I ordered an out fit of 4 items and received a completely different order. I'm reading all these reviews and now I'm worried I won't see any of them.

I ordered two defective items from this shop at $5 apiece, jacket and skirt. They only sent a jacket, non-defective, without telling me they were going to do so, so they wouldn't have to refund me for the skirt (since the non-defective jacket was worth more). The jumper I bought from kokopie was a cute pastel rainbow knitted sweater. The quality of the jumper is amazing and it is very comfortable! I thought the price of the jumper was very cheap considering the great quality and originality of the design. Shipping was fast which was surprising as I used international shipping. Awesome company!

I'm reading reviews of the store on here and I'm noticing a lot of bad reviews from UK customers. Is there anyone who lives in the US who has also had customer service issues or buying something and not receiving it? It sounds like not a lot of people in the US have many difficulties but customers from the UK have more. Would anyone happen to have evidence of this?

I placed an order for three items at the beginning of October. I asked for a refund on one of the items that was a "preorder" after a month had gone by, and was told I could only get store credit. I accepted and replaced with other, non-preorder, items. It is now the middle of December and I've still only received one item. This second, replacement order was placed at the beginning of the month and I still have no shipping confirmation. The one item I have is fine, but I will NEVER order anything from this company again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've never had so many issues getting items I paid for.

I ordered a skirt and a jacket, and only received the skirt. I spent a couple of months emailing them, and they offered a refund, but refused to send the jacket. I would've preferred to get the jacket than a refund.

I spent 2 days just considering if it was worth the risk after seeing the bad reviews, I decided to go against my better judgement and order. I am VERY happy with ALL of the products I recieved. I ordered all the skirts in xl, and I am a pretty average sized 22 year old. (5"7 and 150 lbs). VERY happy

I tried to cancel my order, but customer service didn't email me back until the day my order shipped, two weeks later. When I pay $15 in shipping, I expect it to come quick. Customer service is absolutely horrible. The items are such $#*! quality. The inseams stick out, jagged and untrimmed. They pass for walmart clothes. Waaaay too expensive. The hats arent worth $20, they arent even sewn properly and have horrible cheap buckles.

The clothes seem nice but I wasn't so lucky with the shipping and customer support. I ordered 2 shirts in January and it still didn't come for a month. So ok, I figured they were busy, although it says that shipping takes a week. So, I send them a email and they said that they would reship it the next day... It is now May 9th and I tried to contact them. Sadly, I trusted them and never got my clothes. I was really excited to get my package... They have been ignoring my emails now aswell sigh :( This store has real clothes (I think) but bad customer service (unless they're plotting against me) It's good too know that other people had similar experiences like me:(

I was really looking forward for my trousers that I bought on Black Friday, but when I put on the crotch area was pretty tight. Everything else fit me as a large like it should, but that area was on the tighter side. Not only that, the tread of the pants was coming undon. I really like the stores designs and all but this looked nothing like the model was wearing. The fabric looked so cheap. I can't return it and now I just have to deal with, oh.

I'm literally quite shocked with this company. They have all the time to post on their social media outlets about how great their products are and flaunt sales and US shipping, yet they have no time to respond to their customers. And if they do, they're evasive, defensive, and down right hostile! I bought my friend a hoodie nearly two months ago for Christmas and now it's January and it has yet to come. One response to an email only to say that they had shipped the item. Well where is it?! I'm out 60$ and now they have my address and card information, I'm absolutely mortified. To be a US based company, they're treating us as if they were an overseas shop. PLEASE research before you buy. Their website has no place for reviews, big no no. Just because they have models and crazy good social media outlets doesn't mean they're a good store. And from what ive heard from instagrammers and bloggers, they mistreat their models too. Watch out.

I paid for a hoodie and I have confirmation of my order, yet I still don't have my item. It's well past the time it was supposed to show up.

I order my items in October 2019 it's now jan 2020 I have emailed the company several times asking where my items are they keep saying there is a problem with shipping and they will reship and they never do I asked for refund and they won't they are liars and scam company stealing money don't not buy they are crooks

The quality of the skirt is fairly decent, I like the built in slip-on under the skirt. The colors fit nicely together! I really like wearing it. The top back of the skirt has a bit of a fold issue but it is minor, barely noticable. I have no problem. Speaking with Koko and the costumer service I've received is professionally handled and enjoyable. I like Kokopie's style of clothing quite a bit, especially their skirts and boots and most definitely if I could afford it I would buy more of their clothes. It is quite the pleasure interacting with Koko and getting such quality clothing items from them, I certainly do recommend buying from them. They give excellent service. :)

I ordered a phone case and backpack but only the phone case came. This backpack was 54 dollars and the phone case included made it about 60 dollars in total. Total ripoff! Please be careful when ordering from these kinds of websites. They totally just took like 60 dollars from my card and never gave me what I ordered.

I ordered 3 shirts and 1 skirt. 1 of the shirts were free. I appreciate the free shirt but the shipping made no sense. They sent the free shirt first and I got it in a few days (it was actually pretty fast). Fast forward a month and I finally get confirmation that the rest of my order was shipped. I go look to see the tracking number and see that only one of the items have the number. Hopefully they sent the whole order and I don't have to wait on China shipping for every aricle of clothing sent one month apart. I understand if they have a place here in the US and they just didn't have the stock to send it all, that's fine. I'm still waiting on the clothes so I will be back in a month with an update.

The shirt took quite a while to arrive, as it was preprder, but it was worth the wait. I was lucky to catch the shirt on sale, but I don't know if I would spend around $70 for it regularly. It has great quality, though, and doesn't seem cheeply made. The customer service is also great!

I have been a loyal customer of Koko's since 2015 and I have to say her designs are so amazing! My items are still in great condition and have not been worn down. Each and every one of her designs is unique and fashionable! I bought a skirt in 2015 and it still is nicely pleated, fits well and isnt too short. The turtle necks are thick and soft, nicely woven and great for cold days. Her designs are so well crafted and impressive. My hats and beanies always fit well and the shirts don't over stretch and become baggy. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases nor have I been with her designs. Be sure to check out the bags and skirts because they are the best quality for good price! Shipping is fair too and it comes quickly!

I order the sheer jacket in blue with a rainbow trim in the size small and the baby blue high waisted skirt in medium. Everything I got looked exactly what was shown the website, with the high waisted skirt it's made with a thick knit(?) material but it's really stretchy. But it's really nice because it's good in keeping in heat and helps prevent the wind blowing up. And lastly with the jacket it was really cute but it slightly itchy but that's too be expected with a sheer jacket. Also the packaging was so professional looking with everything being packed and tagged individually. And shipping took a week but tbh if shipping was a bit cheaper I would buy more from them. But overall I would totally recommend this brand to anyone. For reference I'm 5'6 and about 136 lbs I hope this helps anyone.

I won a kokopie's giveaway and the prize - a lovely and warm yellow hoodie - came in a month (I'm from Italy), along with a yellow backpack I received as a present from Kokonara, the designer, because I was an intern promoter for the shop. After this positive experience, I ordered two items - two black tops - from the "free shipping" section. The package arrived in two weeks! And it was shipped from CHINA. High quality as always!

Took far longer than expected to arrive. Couldn't track my order. One item never arrived. Sent an email to inquire, was never responded to in regards to the missing item. Quality was poor considering the price of the skirt, additionally the sizing was off.
