I purchased a pair of trousers, a skirt and a hoodie and am very satisfied. All the items are very soft and high quality. The hoodie is very warm, looks just like on the website and just fits great. The skirt (black tumblr skirt) is very nice and I received many compliments on it. The trousers fit really well too and are made of a great material and are very comfortable. The pockets are big and spacious.

I ordered twice from kokopiecoco I must say that they are really good! The products are really high quality, the shipping is really fast and they are really well priced. Kokopiecoco is a place I really recommend buying from!

I ordered from this site for a Black Friday sale. It is now April and I have not received anything. Currently figuring out how to get my money back. Beware

I ordered a pair of shoes on April 6th, and the shoes have yet to arrive. I've dealt with customer service saying there's an issue with their manufacturer in china three times now, and every time i demand a refund, i'm told they don't refund shoes? So i demand a reshipment, and then i'm presented with another email saying there's an issue with the manufacturer. Absolutely disrespectful customer service, and not accommodating to their own issues whatsoever. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered a jacket August 14th and it still hasn't arrived. I emailed the company and asked them why it wasn't here yet and while they did respond they didn't answer my question. All they did was tell me that if I was unhappy that they would give me store credit. I don't want store credit I just want my jacket or at least a justified answer of why it's not here yet.

I ordered over $100 USD worth of clothes on the 12th of December and it's now the 1st of Jan and i was sent an email saying some of my objects are on their way yet on the website, it only says my shipment is confirmed and has no tracking information and says part of my order is complete yet ive never received it and there is no tracking information. I've emailed them with no response and i'm very annoyed since these were christmas gifts

I have ordered from Kokopiecoco multiple times, I think I've ordered two sweaters and a backpack all separately. I received the backpack on time, I use it regularly and it's held up well. The other sweater I ordered showed up on a timely basis, and it was good quality. I had an issue once with the last sweater I ordered, I think a month elapsed since the order was confirmed and nothing had changed on the tracking website. I contacted the store and told them what happened and they made sure they shipped the sweater, and I also got an additional duplicate of it in the mail layer that same week (I don't know how that happened haha) but anyways, I would order from them again.

Awesone store! The designs are super cute and fun! The prices are fair and there are always sales! The quality is good and not cheap, and the service I received from their support system when I couldn't get tracking information was quick and answered all my questions. I love all the pastel designed mixed with black.

So i placed an order on early August 2016 and it's already late September and I haven't received the shirt I ordered. I emailed customer service on September 2nd the first time they said it would arrive within the same week or the week of the 12th. I emailed them again on the 17th and they wrote

It clearly says 15-29 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including weekends.

No where on their website does it say that the item is preorder, it just says the processing and shipping time and it's been more than a month. Overall this site is just a pain to work with and there's no way in knowing when exactly your order is going to come in

I bought a skirt and a t-shirt, they sent the skirt to the wrong address and expect me to pay a reshipping fee I ordered around May 25th. And the shirt I ordered never went through to be shipped but they sure took my money.

A while ago, I bought a cardigan on their black Friday sale in November of 2019, it is now January 2022 I definitely outgrew the cardigan, and no arrival, my mother bought it for me as a gift and it was $40 0r $50 I don't exactly remember!

I sent them an email giving them the information to track the order (my mother's information because I did not buy it through my own email) and they said I never purchased anything there which is total bull$#*!!

If you're reading this and you've seen good reviews trust me it's like gambling, maybe you'll get your order or maybe you won't DO NOT risk it!

So, I've ordered from this place twice now. The first time, I ordered one of the croptops and skirts. The shipping was like a month and a half, it was fine. Then, the skirt came before the croptop. I didn't mind it because they were sweet about it on the letter, plus the skirt was amazing quality in my opinion. The croptop came, and it was waaaay too small. The fabric stretched out to show my undergarments. I have chubby arms, so it hurt a little around my arms and was generally XS tightness for a large top. After washing it once the top once is stretched to where it was physically impossible to get the top on, it was like a toddler shirt at this point.

I've ordered a sweater and socks from this place 3 months ago. 3 MONTHS. I still haven't gotten it, and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Either that, or they don't update their tracking.

I ordered one of their heart chokers and it is so poorly made. It won't even stay on my neck because the button snaps keep coming off. So disappointing.

But a couple of them just arrived in the mail and I feel like I should because there are so many bad reviews of this site and I feel like those reviews are going to scare away people from ordering things from this site. I got some of my stuff and it was really good quality yeah that's all I have to say don't be afraid of ordering from this site

My daughter ordered a t shirt it was priced at $24.95, on their website they advise about customs fees but they don't tell you that you will also incur handling fees so the simple t shirt my daughter ordered ended up costing me $45! UK CUSTOMERS REALLY NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS!

THIS WHOLE COMPANY IS A SCAM! Don't buy from them at all! Do your research. TRIED ORDERING FROM HERE they said my address was invalid BUT STILL CHARGED ME! NOT A SINGLE RECIPE! On further investigation, MANY people have the same issues and some NEVER GET THEIR ORDER! I WISH I DID MY RESEARCH, PLEASE DO YOURS AND NEVER SHOP HERE. GOOGLE THEIR WEBSITE AND REVIEWS! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I ordered A TSHIRT from there, shipping is hella expensive? Charged me for a large package, like tf? It's a tshirt how is that a large parcel? Anyway I buy it at the beginning of December and money gets taken out of my account. Fast forward to January, I get suspicious so I check the tracking and it hasn't even been shipped! So I try and contact the seller, no number so i couldnt call them and they have 2 emails for some reason, so I email them both, didn't get a reply so I messaged them in insta, surprise surprise no reply, 2 weeks later i was about to go to the bank to get my money back and then I get an email saying it's been shipped and should take about 3-4 weeks and it finally arrived 2 weeks later, they didn't even apologise, their customer service is $#*!e and the store should be shut down, I'm one of the lucky ones that got their order.
The items they sell are lit af but DO NOT TRUST THEM

I ordered nearly $200 worth of clothing, jewelry, and phone cases last year for Christmas. About 25% of my order was missing and I took myself over to Instagram to message the seller, no response. It took a few weeks to get a response over email and all that was said was "our products are shipped from our team in China and it is unclear if it has been shipped at the moment." It sucks that ABOUT 7 MONTHS LATER, there is no sign of my items and they never will come.

I've ordered from one of their 'free' deals a few months ago. It seems like the only way they can even sell things is through these deals. I'd feel bad for those who bought these items at regular price honestly. I purchased 3 items for free, just paid for shipping which was about $14 I believe. Not so bad, which makes me not extremely upset as I didnt pay full price for any of these items. But still, when you're expecting something in the mail, you should receive it. But only 1 of the 3 items came since October, but in the tracking, the item was not the item that I received. In the tracking it says one of the other items I ordered has arrived but it was not the one. So i emailed them about 3 times trying to Simplify what I was saying to them so they can understand. Now I dont know if their responses were generic, but all they were telling me was that each item gets sent separately (which is super weird but explains the shipping cost.) It was very frustrating trying to explain to them each and every time they responded, but it was like talking to a brick wall. I recently asked when will the other items be sent? And they sent me another generic response of the same things they've been sending me. So, I'm guessing it will never come. I removed them from social media to prevent this temptation from happening again.

Ordered the backpack for my granddaughter to have in time for Christmas, and now its two days til then, no answers to emails, no backpack, mo norhing. I'm reporting to BBB, and if I can, I will sue them.

I ordered 4 items, a button, some patches, one pin, and a backpack. I waited about one week and my package arrived WITH ONLY THE CHEAPER ITEMS. I emailed them many times about where my other item was (the backpack) they sent me BS emails that it would come in 3 weeks. Welp its been 3 weeks and still no backpack. I've asked them many questions, and they are very sneaky. PLEASE stay away. Before ever ordering I read the reviews, and regardless of how bad they were I went ahead and ordered anyways BIGGEST MISTAKE. Please don't waste your time or money. They steal, and their address isn't even legit. WORST FRAUD EVER. God Bless. :)
