Jan 2023 Koodo denied me of my native card
Been fighting with them since they will not accept my native Been with them for almost 3 years.
They just won't accept native cards in Canada
How nice is that. I don't have any problem with any other company.
Than they raise my price with out notify me.
What kind of company is this.
I am of course looking for another cell company.
Koodo is the worse cell phone company making native people feel like $#*!.
My payment card on file expired. Kudu sends a message to my children who have phones which of course never told me. They called me and told me and I paid it right away. Then they sent the report to the credit bureau that I didn't pay my bill. Koodo sucks. Then try to get a live person on the phone. Good luck
Horrible service. After sending a message to my phone with an offer to update my plan and phone, I spent hours going to kiosks and having 2 calls set up just to have my plan back after two weeks of unfulfilled promises.
Online customer support is automated so you cannot get the answer to your question. If you call to actually speak with a person you are charged extra. The process is so frustrating that they force you to just pay the unwarranted extra charges so that you dont have to try and get assistance!
This time they offer a "call back" (6 hours later), and when they call, they send me to a ringing line for 50 minutes! I had to hang up as I was getting a little...Shouldn't companies like this be held accountable? I know, I think that's funny too.?
I accidentally bought a new plan, which i meant to upgrade an existing. Anyways long story short, they cannot switch number between plans, and they're charging me with a cancellation fee. The worst part is, is that I tried to make the correction when the plan was eligible but they couldn't make the change because of their $#*!ty callback service.
I bought a phone through kudo and made my first payment on time. Even though I have irrefutable evidence in my bank statements proving I sent the money the claim they never received it and 6 months later with no resolution they sent my account to collections. It is impossible to find a human to speak to to get this resolved. See you aholes in court or take this piece of crap phone back.
I have tried to escalate my billing issues with Koodo 3 times in the last 3 months. I have not received a call back from the escalation request. Koodo claims that they will call me back in 24 to 48 hours, however the calls never come. I have been trying to deal with the same billing issues for over 3 months now & have not gotten anywhere. I have spent over 8 hrs waiting on hold while I try to get my issues sorted.
The bill is constantly screwed up - there are sudden additional charges on my bill as of September - for data - I don't use date on my phone - and other obscure fees for things I do not use. I can't get hold of anyone to talk to about this; there appear to be no humans inhabiting Koodo-land. I am sick and tired of it and want to change but being old and not very techno talented, I'm nervous about doing that. The learning curve will be steep and I'm not sure i can make the incline/ But I do really, really intensely dislike this company!
Koodo, will take your money if you don't pay close attention to the contract. They were going to charge me more than my bills just because I used three days of service before moving my cell phone service to Fido. They were going to charge me 28$ for 3 days of service, when my monthly bill was only $25. Customer service was trying to scam me too.
Answer: After 5 years of loyalty and many After 5 years of loyalty and many instances of deep frustration at there lack of honest customer service, this company has seriously let me down during covid19... 3 days and 3 "managers" later I am still unable to get a straightforward solution... in quarantine, need data... RIP off 100mbs for $10! I added data but because of text lag on their part ordered twice... charged $12 for 300mb... twice... price gouging company seriously use their customers in small dishonest ways to add big money to your bill... in the end the third manager promised me a new plan for my wife and I... 20gigs of data for $70... today I am cut off and my plan is unchanged (manager didnt complete it properly) and my wife is being charged $85... this isnt the first time they've made "errors" like this... they stall you, overcharge you and make it very difficult for you to reach an actual human rep... they should be charged for upping there fees in this crisis... they actually increased fees for extra data since it started... one of the worst Canadian companies I have ever dealt with... honestly feel they have no regard whatsoever for the humanity in their business... they are all about the money and it consistently shows and comes back on their customers... read the reviews... Do not use this company unless you like the experience of being sidetracked and rippedoff
