“We were charged a fee from this website and never signed...”

We were charged a fee from this website and never signed up. AT T listed this on our bill and we continue to get the bill. Several phone calls have been made and they SAY they are sending us a check. So far they have done nothing but lie to us saying that they would cancel the fee.
