Just want to say THANK YOU for a wonderful job on my cannon gray deveron full panel kitchen cabinets. I'm attaching pics of what we've completed so far. I was toooooo excited to wait and leave this review. I had a wonderful experience with ordering from Lowes in Chester NY. Kellie helped and deserves a six figure salary for her kindness and expertise! The delivery arrived when promised and the drivers were very careful unloading. They have an excellent way of accounting for what's being delivered. I had NO DAMAGE of any kind to my order. They were perfect. I picked well in choosing Kraftmaid and you know what... I picked well in going with Lowes. I see many trash the "big box store" but my store was good to me and had competent workers assisting. The installer Scott was a perfectionist! I appreciated that... I thank Kraftmaid and Lowes for a great kitchen reno experience.

I ordered on 1/31/17. Waited patiently for them to be delivered. 3/9/17 delivery date so excited. Two of my largest cabinets busted. Waited another 41/2 weeks for delivery only to have them delivered busted again. Company NEVER called me with a delivery date for my second delivery and had I not called them I would have been out of town. Drivers NEVER called me with a time they would deliver. Now wait another week and a half for them to be delivered again for the 3rd time. Great just great! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Oh yea these are not cheap cabinets but they are junk. I wish I NEVER bought the first piece! RUN DON'T WALK RUN
Tip for consumers:
Buy cabinets off the floor! They are just as good if not better and you will not be waiting in a mess for a company that doesn't give a flip about you or how long it takes or how many times they send you junk! Do not buy Kraft Maid!!!!
I am in the process of remodeling my entire kitchen to modernize and accessorize my gourmet kitchen. The Kraft Maid on-line Style Studio was a great asset for planning the remodeling. I loved the ability to explore every detail of the build from hardware to moldings to design styles. WHAT A GREAT SITE WORTH USING FOR ANY SIZE PROJECT!
