Their customer service is over and beyond. I requested a pick up instead of delivery and this company had no issues with meeting me and fulfilling my request. They went out of their way to meet me in the rain may I add, which shows dedication and commitment. I absolutely love my Tumblers that I purchased from this family owned business.
