7/31/17 I sent ew-mail about leaking coffee maker water tank asking for advice.Their web site "1 to 2 day reply". No reply as of tonight. Now unable to access web site. They don't care as long as they have your money. When working, coffee maker is good. Customer service SUCKS as long as you do not have any issues with them. Again customers are nothing!!!!!!!!
