- Unfriendly cx service staff
- I've been rejected numerous times on my requests, eg for mile extensions, waivers etc, insistent on sticking to policy, giving customers shorter end of the stick. Servicing officers repeat standard answers to me. Well, if I hadn't an exceptional request to be resolved, why wld I even reach out and ask for help? I wld have resolved it myself!
I've been member of the program over 10yrs, and I also feel customer loyalty is not valued eg rigid renewals, strict mile extensions. Some I can understand but overall rigid and very unfriendly, such a shame.
