1 AM Dixie Highway (Official) Doreen Brightwell. 1h Shout out to Theresa and Deborah at the Shively Kroger to Night. Theresa was the cashier and Deborah was the Bagger. They were the ONLY lane open and it was backed Up. There were four other employees standing around Talking doing absolutely nothing! Theresa told me it was Her day off, but she came in to help out. It's good Employees like these two ladies that will finally get tired of Doing the work for others and quit to go somewhere else Where they are valued. Do better Kroger!
Kroger's online shopping is the worst experience. They have people answering the phone with attitude and just keep hanging up and put you back in the queue without letting you know. I have called four times and the issue still has not been solved. I am forced to file a chargeback on my credit card because their so-called customer connect has failed me on all levels. What protocol do you have in place if your so calls are being monitored? Disgraceful ZERO stars from me
I asked an employee where something was and he told me " I don't know where everything in this store is. I have been shopping here long enough to know be has worked I here for a long while. I can not wait until HEB come into the Moseley bc their customer service is above all. Work on ur customer service or you won't last.
This store never ceases to disappoint. Ordered pickup tonight and set there waiting. Several others pulled up and they immediately brought out their orders. Apparently they we "friends". I told the worthless employee just to put my order in the dumpster. Manager no where to be seen as usual. The sooner they close this nightmare permanently the better.

Employees actually scowl at customers. They could care less about helping at all. Cashier bagged groceries and left them on the counter. No help at all! I asked a simple question and just got an angry stare! No manager on site. Is this attitude because they are unionized? Awful. I will only go to Publix from now on.
I had a delivery in December. Approximately 1/4 of my order was substituted for lesser amount, two items not available, and one item I just didn't receive - no reason why. I was over charged by almost $20 and customer service gives me store credit! I have been going back and forth with them for almost 2 months. Nothing has been resolved. HORRIBLE customer service!

I worked at the Kroger in Carmel ******* N Michigan Rd. Let's just say I would not recommend anyone as far as adult, & teenagers in school or college. Find a job where it's going too get you too your career path. Kroger is not a good job. Pay is horrible ( they're so behind on there pay rate it's ridiculous). When I worked there I learned a lot from the pickup department but the manager was rude communication terrible. Cut my hours from 30-40 hours a week, too 15-20. They were even cutting college kids hours too. I can't live off of that, when I explained to the store manager Christopher but it was always excuses. That I refuse too tolerate. If any one does work here just if I were you have it as a 2 income cause working here is not worth it. You will be disappointed. The crazy thing is when I put my 2 weeks notice in that's when they wanted too give me my hours. I said too late now I've moved on from you guys.

Do not buy anything online from Kroger. I purchased $427 worth of merchandise on 2/27/23 and returned them immediately on their fedex labels and have been promised over and over again that I would get my refund in 3-5 days. As of today 5/28/23 I still have not gotten and refund and am still fighting. Such a shame how they let them stay in business with this poor customer service. I wish I saw the reviews before I made the purchase. Buyers Beware!

They have great savings, I never see these likes of savings at some of the others stores. Their all is also one of my favorites because you can do some much one their to save even more. Its pretty simple you just add and then shop plus you get fuel points as well.
Unfair Business Practices! Updated App which eliminates users. Can't upload coupons in store while shopping ( confirmed by in store customer service desk). Program cliches while checking out no way of getting the savings I choose to shop at the store. I'll pay higher $ at a store with fair business practices! Good bye Kroger… I'm spreading the word of my experiences!

Sadly no one cares to look into this discrimination of coupons which are LIMITED to who has access to them. Not shopping at Kroger , not purchasing any of sponsors products, passing this on to family and friends.

I had a very bad experience today and I will not buy at Kroger anywhere as a result.
One of the employees was very disrespectful in her communications on a matter of no importance.

I had a delivery scheduled Wed Jan 17th between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. I work nights so I really needed this completed by 9:00 a.m. so I could go to sleep. Well it got to be almost 9:30 a.m. and no show no call. So I had to call and find out where they were, only to be told that there had been a delay and they would be by "sometime during the day", could not give me an estimate. I was livid, told them that would not work for me and canceled it. That was just terrible not giving me a notice this was not supposed to be a flexible time! Perhaps they need to have one that is a flex time, cuz that was NOT what I wanted. At least I am getting a refund and I had to complain enough to get a $20 store credit.

I know we're trying to find ways to make shopping convenient but I don't know who's idea it was to put self checks in. We are paying you all to shop,pay and load our products on our own. If you're going to have the machines that we work don't have your staff standing around doing absolutely nothing! What are we paying them for! Make it make sense people! We work 10-12 hrs a day and you want us to come in and pay money to other people's jobs when we have gone to work to give you the money that we've earned. Kroger has really falling off. I guess when you're a manufacturing giant customer service no longer exist. I need to go to a place that can't afford the machines and has good old customer service because this isn't good for me. I know it's a lot of other people that feel this way. Some people forget the basic of how you became what you are. Humble look it up!
I just shopped there yesterday and they had a sale on banquet baked chicken dinners. The sale was 4 dinners for $10.
I thought that was bad but I decided to try it. The self checkout charged me $2.79 for each dinner instead of the so called sale price. 4 dinners were supposed to be $10. Go figure. 2.79 ×4 does not equal 10 bucks. It goes over 10 bucks. Going to a different store that I can trust. No more Kroger if I can help it.

This company has become very unreliable and irresponsible.
The drivers are supposed to notify the customer when they arrive. Only twice has anyone contacted me and that's when they were lost.
Kroger has weekly specials and digital coupons. If they substitute they are supposed to honor the special even if the substitution is more expensive.
In the last two weeks I have been overcharged by a total of $22 because they didn't follow policy.
Kroger says they can't issue a refund. Only give a credit for the next order.
When you call the customer service number many times you are connected with someone who has a very limited understanding of the English language. When they try to repeat what you said they become confused and are nowhere near correct.
I went to Kroger in Alcoa, Tennessee, ealier today and as usual, all of their employees are pushing carts around store personal shopping for online buyers. This leaves multiple self checkout options and only two full service lanes open with lines backed up on a busy Saturday. The do not have the staff to bag your groceries so after paying for your groceries, you are expected to bag them. I have found this to be the standard rule and not the exception as I bag mybgroceries every time I shop there. I like the online service, but hire enough staff to do thst and don't pull them from front line positions. My cart was full and way too much for self checkout. Kroger customer service is non existent anymore. I miss the old days when you shopped, they had several lanes open and they bagged your groceries for you.
I love how Kroger has air for your tires and most importantly it is free, a life saver when your tire needs air, in the middle of grocery shopping, how convenient, every grocery store should one! It would be heaven!
I called to check on the Western Union fees located in the store. The woman who answered the phone said no info given over the phone and hang up on me. I stopped shopping at that store couple years ago because of the quality of their produce is so bad. I was willing to give them one more chance but not anymore

It is extremely difficult if not impossible to sign back into an order that was started earlier in the day. We keep getting error messages about disabling pop ups which we do but continue to get the error. We have stopped using the service due to this.
The store has a horrible customer service. Employees seem miserable do not like where they work. Employees always have negative attitude towards customers. Sometimes I feel they are trying to drive customers away from the store. They are so many other chains in the area and definitely customers will consider shopping somewhere else.
I live in a retirement community and at the recommendation of neighbors and friends signed up for a Kroger Boost Membership. My experience was not positive. Over the course of 6 deliveries I received brown lettuce, moldy mushrooms and fresh basil that was turning brown. A few days before St Patrick's Day I had to run to Publix to replace cabbage that Kroger delivered. Publix had lovely, large fresh heads, Kroger sent me a yellowed head that weight less than 1 lb. (For this I paid $3+). The last straw was the fresh chicken with a "sell by date" that was 1 day away. It had a big yellow sticker on it, so it's pretty clear the warehouse had marked it as getting close to it's "sell by" date and they sent it to me to get rid of it. While the delivery is convenient and the prices comparable to others (not necessarily better), it's not convenient when you can't rely on receiving fresh product,
I am very disappointed in Kroger. My daughter recently took donations to Florida in her horse trailer. Approached Kroger for any donations and was pretty much dismissed. Publix just sent 8 trucks to Pine Island!
The change in recipe for your fried chicken is horrible. I always recommend it but now you charge more for horrible ingredients.
We will still shop at Kroger but will never buy your cooked chicken again!
Waited an hour to pick up my groceries. So did everyone else. A long line of people trying to say they are here. Only one person on. No one was being taken care of. Tried to call store. No one answered. I have better ways to spend my time!
Kroger delivery often forgets a few items. That's easy to resolve and get your money back. No problem there. However, the convenience to place a grocery delivery for a time That's convenient for you, is not so much that easy in this case. I placed a delivery to be delivered between 6am to 7 am. It is now 12:20pm on delivery date and while figuring out what happened to my groceries, I was informed that it would take an additional 90 minutes bc "they didn't realize (which translates to "they forgot) my order was this morning. I place my orders for the convenience but them forgetting to deliver is honestly, horrible customer service.
Horrible service! Never have any clerks to check you out At the Coppell, Texas store. When you start paying me, I will check myself out. Until then I will pay the higher prices at Tom Thumb. Their customer service is 1 million times better. And there is always a cashier available
You people are raising prices just to raise them. A few examples Betty crocker angel food cake your price $4.29 Walmart $2.83.
It is a disgrace! Charging $23 for a small pkg of pork chops. Many other things way over the top on pricing. My friends and I are now shopping at different stores. I am not paying extra for some damn CEOs yacht. There are only 5 items that are your brand that I will continue to purchase. Your disgraceful!
