1 AM Dixie Highway (Official) Doreen Brightwell. 1h Shout out to Theresa and Deborah at the Shively Kroger to Night. Theresa was the cashier and Deborah was the Bagger. They were the ONLY lane open and it was backed Up. There were four other employees standing around Talking doing absolutely nothing! Theresa told me it was Her day off, but she came in to help out. It's good Employees like these two ladies that will finally get tired of Doing the work for others and quit to go somewhere else Where they are valued. Do better Kroger!
Kroger's online shopping is the worst experience. They have people answering the phone with attitude and just keep hanging up and put you back in the queue without letting you know. I have called four times and the issue still has not been solved. I am forced to file a chargeback on my credit card because their so-called customer connect has failed me on all levels. Boost is 60 dollars? They used to take off by swiping you're Kroger's card. Now no discount on already Hyper inflated prices. I won't even buy a overpriced pack of ramen noodles from Kroger's. Nothing i buy from Kroger's. They are so Super overpriced. Almost double to triple the price of competitors.

Do not order from them especially using instacart I repeat do not order from them if you want a guarantee to get your food. For one they call me twice and told me they couldn't locate me and I gave them the apartment number twice for two the order was already running an hour and a half late and for three my order never arrived because they cancel it because they were too lazy to try to find my apartment and those were things that I needed for Christmas so I'm mad $#*! hell never again. The only reason I gave a 0ne be use I couldn't give a 0. I never written a review this is the first time but this is ridiculous. If you want to be guaranteed to get your items order from Walmart
I bought the roasted chicken dinner for four one roasted chicken two sides and four biscuits I was really disappointed the sides were barely enough to feed one person the food was really good but the size of the sides was awful just warning people if they really want to feed four people don't order that
7/21/22: Kroger, Lovejoy GA location, Cashier rang up my discounted meat incorrectly and failed to scan any of the coupons that I gave him. I did not discover this, until I got home, and went to enter the purchase into my ledger. When I contacted manager " Mr Hagon: was told to bring everything back & he would look into it. After 40 years of shopping at Kroger, as well as prescriptions, will not return.
I always grocery shop at Kroger. I think they have amazing rewards both in savings on food but also fuel! I really like the produce at Kroger and they have a lot of options so I don't feel like I'm missing anything when I shop here. Good store!
Spent 1 hour clipping coupons on app. And putting food in my cart. Error. Call customer service. Wait on hold forever. (30 minutes) Sorry, we can't help you, try again in 24 hours. This is the 2nd time. I created a new account last time I actually went in the store, so I could do coupons. This is ridiculous, guess it's back to Walmart pickup. Maybe if you guys invested some money in your online system, it wouldn't be a joke.
The Boost program is awful. You have to use it right away to see if you like it because there is only a 7 day refund policy once you sign up. The company that runs this program is not Kroger and the delivery is not free because you will still pay a tip. Also, you CANNOT use coupons. I was 2 days late with my request to disenroll so I'm stuck having to have paid $59 and no delivery service. Don't enroll!

Kroger took change from the buyer before me. 94 cent. Then I made a buy of 45.09. They owed me. 91 cent but refused to give me my change. Said it was a shortage in change. They clearly had all the change compartments full in the cash drawer. I started to say just cancel the sale give me my money back. Clear you register ad restock it back on your shelf's you cheating store. Or wait hold the line up so I can find someting that will round me to the $. I suggest buyer stop buying here or do what I should have done to stop the change shortage lie they are using to rip buyers off. If they are taking change they should give it back. Kroger is two faced crooks.
Trying to reach a human is impossible. I called the store on Five Mile in Livonia, no one answered. Phone ring, then music, phone rings, then music. Chat people are useless. I reached a chat agent Yehlen and she / he went AWOL. I called every 800 number I could find, all you reach is a bot, Kroger's prices are too high and their customer service - well do they have customer service? What a joke. Shop elsewhere! I sent 2 emails, still waiting for a response.

I bought into the noisy program because I am busy like most people, twice now I've set the time I've waited and they have not shown up! No one to contact, they have no problem taking your money but they have a huge problem delivering the goods!

I just tried to order three dozen donuts for tomorrow morning from the bakery at Bloomington Indiana, Seminary Square. They were argumentative and outright rude. They said go ahead and order from Square Donuts. I know this location has become dangerous, but I wanted to support them. You have just lost another customer.

I ordered toilet paper. No substitution. I received paper towels which is rough on the skin and can't be flushed. I'm also under quarantine and can't shop for myself. Krogers delivery has become a real mess recently. Missing items, substitute items that aren't similar to what you ordered. Seriously need to train the shopper/delivery person.

Your Kroger brand deluxe nuts are filled with cashews and almonds, which is a downer; with VERY few pecans, Brazil nuts and Hazelnuts. Is it possible to can the same amount of each featured nut? It's aggravating to open a can full of cashews and almonds. Thank you
I have an extremely difficult time ordering groceries from Krogers website. There is no sense in it and no ordering instructions. The user must go through additional steps to add items to the cart. The site is very user unfriendly. I caked Kroger bad spike to a customer service rep and she was not only rude, she could not bring me through the steps of ordering
2 rolled bakeable crust come in box, and for the price I was hoping that they'd at least be mediocre. Unrolled both of the rolls, nothing but rips and cracks...putting them into my pie pan was a nightmare-they were falling apart everywhere! Mind you I made sure to check the best used date... they were definitely within the date, I can only assume cheap ingredients were used with poor application. Next time I make a pie I will just spend the extra money, as well as take extra time to make a homemade crust. I've never really experienced anything bad with Kroger before, but now when it comes to baking I will no longer use any of the Kroger Brand for my pastries!
1st photo- was the the crust that was most salvageable, so I tried to lattice weave.
2nd photo- lopsided because the bottom crust kept ripping & I tried to salvage it as much as possible as well as some of the weaves have rips in them!
I have noticed that They will raise prices on things then put them on sale. I have also found several times the prices on the ticket are not the prices that ring up. Think about how many people miss the differences and the millions that they do rake in just with this price scam alone.
This company needs to take care of ALL their stores not just the ones in nicer areas, the store on 10th and shortridge is the busiest in the state, yet its old dirty and needs more employees, the ones they have try very hard but it's just ridiculous. Long lines daily, had to wait for the deli worker to come back from break to get anything, due to Noone to fill in for her! We matter too Kroger!
I went shopping at Pick N Save in Sun Praire, WI. I used a food card and noticed they were charging me for a cold food item cash. I went to the customer service desk to bring it to thier attention. I was greeted by a very nice friendly worker who agreed with me that I shouldn't have been charged cash for potato pancakes from the deli. She was about to get it straight when a co worker she asked came over, grabbed the receipt and said no its out of my control its corporate. Treated me terribly, very, very rude. I finally talked to the manager who was nice but seemed lost with a food card question.He in turn said to give me a $4 gift card when I paid in cash. I was embarrassed and hurt by her behavior. Being treated so badly because I use a food card. I will NEVER shop thier again!
I have tried 6 orders with Kroger to get my deliveries and each and every time I have had unacceptable number of missing items and have even paid the boast membership price and still no better service. I contacted customer service a few times and each time I was told it's not real time inventory but my orders are real time planing of my meals and each time my planing is forced to work over time correcting an issue with where I'm making my purchases from and paying them to inconvenience and make more work for me. Sadly I see Kroger delivery wasn't probably ready to provide a service it is charging people for and not delivering trust is a hard thing to re earn after it lost

What Kroger done to some of their products their products is disappointing. Some of the Kroger brands that I have enjoyed over the years have changed by using inferior substitutes. The digital coupons are not even worth saving up anymore. I have resorted to checking others stores for better quality and pricing.

It would be a good store but the director of the store doesn't respect her managers or the employees and she is not held accountable for how she has ran this store.
She blames every one for the down fall of this store. The lines are long the workers are over worked the department are under staffed and she is just a very toxic person.
It would be a very nice place to work and shop if it was fully staffed and the head person would take accountability for what she has done in and to that store. The managers of the departments are very nice to work for. But they are all overwhelmed and over worked because they have no staff to really help them.

My spouse and I have COVID, thought we would try the Kroger's delivery service. We went on line, filled the cart with $85 worth of groceries and the delivery arrived a few hours later. The only item in the bag was one pack of hotdogs. We were charged $10 for the delivery, tried calling the Kroger in Milford, Michigan without any success. We were told that a third party contractor, Instacart, were responsible. The delivery person indicated that in the past 4 days all the Kroger deliveries were wrong, indicating that Kroger's was to blame as all they do is pickup the order that was called in and deliver it. I had heard from an acquaintance that Kroger's had delivered the wrong medication from their pharmacy, and though she called immediately, did not open the bottle- Kroger's refused to take it back, instead charging her approximately $100 for the wrong medication. This is a senior living check to check.
