1 AM Dixie Highway (Official) Doreen Brightwell. 1h Shout out to Theresa and Deborah at the Shively Kroger to Night. Theresa was the cashier and Deborah was the Bagger. They were the ONLY lane open and it was backed Up. There were four other employees standing around Talking doing absolutely nothing! Theresa told me it was Her day off, but she came in to help out. It's good Employees like these two ladies that will finally get tired of Doing the work for others and quit to go somewhere else Where they are valued. Do better Kroger!
Kroger's online shopping is the worst experience. They have people answering the phone with attitude and just keep hanging up and put you back in the queue without letting you know. I have called four times and the issue still has not been solved. I am forced to file a chargeback on my credit card because their so-called customer connect has failed me on all levels. What protocol do you have in place if your so calls are being monitored? Disgraceful ZERO stars from me
There were almost 80 people in the store. There were two cashiers and 2 people at self checkout to help. Seriously Kroger you can't pay more people to help check people out the store is nice the checkout is something to be desired and you have to bag your own groceries even in the cashier line because there is no one to bag this is why I gave a 1 for review. The managers need to pay attention to how store is run
I went to the Kroger store at 1818 Airport Plaza in Decatur, Illinois this morning to cash in a small winning lottery ticket. I stood at the service desk for several minutes before an employee came into the service desk. This is not a one time incident, there is never anyone behind the service desk at this store and they make customers wait forever. The store did not seem to be very busy at all. The phone was not ringing however the clerk decided to answer not one, but two calls while I had been standing there already for several minutes. Where is the service anymore for customers actually AT the store? Seems in the past years it has gone away, especially at this store.
The Kroger store in Henderson Texas puts out a sale paper. And when you go to the store on the first sale day. A lot of the sale items are not in stock. There have been time the sale items never made the sale period.
I am so done with Krogers avocados. People are dying in Mexico to supply America with avocados. The least they can do is put them on the shelves palatable. Instead they freeze them which ruins the ripening process and renders them inedible. Shame on you! How dare you present this incredibly nutritious and delicious fruit and charge money to the public when it is useless! And then tell the public it's fresh! Shame on you! I'm done!
I was trying to use their online delivery shopping services and I fell victim to fraudulent charges on my card of $315.38 and all they did was tell me that they do not see any transactions made to my account and gave me a casenumber and sent me on my way how about giving me a reason to why kroger app customers are falling victim to fraud? How about seeing what else you can do to want to keep me as a customer. I warn you all to NOT use kroger online services you may fall victim to fraudulent charges being made to your accounts
Wish you would learn how to operate a grocery store. Why can't you have stock people come in at midnight and stock through five or six in the morning? Why do I have to be inconvenienced when I come in to shop and have to walk around pallets of product sitting everywhere, out of product, and employees everywhere in the way?
Kroger sends out flyers in the US mail and their app and then never has items in stock. Ask the employees and they all say is because of corporate. They have raised their prices by at least 30-40 percent along with not have items in stock. Going to change to Meijr's.
When did the bakery oatmeal cookies get so thin! They are so thin that they bend when they are fresh out of the container. Not to mention for the same price. I rather they make them like they used to and increase the price.
Do not shop at B Speedway store. Its not safe. I was approached by a woman for m9ney. I went home and called store mgr. He said they were aware of the w8man but could do nothing as thats not a store practice. I find this very alarming but realize Kroger cares nothing for shoppers safety. Dont shop there
Private Selection Sweet Southern Heat BBQ Kettle Chips 8 oz. (Pack of 2) Let's just say this brand tastes delicious for a fraction of the cost! These chips are crisp and fresh and just plain good. I have the munchies most of the time and this is one of the most tasty snacks I found, that taste so close to name brand I can hardly tell the difference except for the cost
When I tried to use my Kroger card without the card and enter my phone number they told me that i wasn't the one with that card. Buy I was I have had the phone number for 40 years and I registered the phone number and used it with Kroger for years. But now that someone has stolen my Kroger identity, Kroger says they get to keep it without looking into it at all. It's supporting theft is what it's doing!

I purchased two packages of fresh fish, went home put in my refrigerator, the very next am open refrigerator and it smells like bad Fish, sure enough it was the fish I just purchased. I went to the store where I purchased the fish, I was greeted by a rude older employee: "What do you want the desk doesn't open until 8a"?. I checked my watch it was 7:47a. I said ok, well may I speak to a manager, she rolls here eyes and goes to the office and gets the manager.
He doesn't even fully walk about if his office, has head poking out of door, first thing he says is "we don't open until 8a". I proceed to tell him I'm on my way to work I have a bag full of smelly rotten fish that I cannot wait with me to work, he says " well we don't open until 8a, I can't help you until then" and closes the door.
How on earth can a manager NOT help a customer regardless of time!? Both employees were completely rude. I spend over $400 a week there, completely unacceptable!
Love this store especially since I've gotten into couponing. I have a plus card and downloaded the Kroger app that uploads coupons directly to my savings card! I have gotten some great deals using manufacturers coupons on top of their already great savings. They always have the greatest deals on energy drinks such as rockstars for only a dollar! My kroger store is always my first choice before walmart.
I do shopping for instacart, & the Krogers in the sevier county area are awful when it comes to service, as I shop a lot more than the average person. If I have a question, its hard to find someone, & when I do, theyre not nice, most act upset that I've stopped them, & dont even bother to stop & hear my question, but give me a vague answer, as they continue walking by me. Im not looking for the excellent level of service you get at publix, but I'd appreciate even a three, on a scale of ten in the attitude department. Im not knocking everyone, because I have had occasions where the people working were very friendly & helpful, but those seem to be rare occasions, & seeing as how I shop, 7 days a week, I'm qualified to make this statement. Im very disappointed, & it makes me want to avoid Kroger.
Visited the Kroger store at 501 Lone Oak Rd. In Paducah, Kentucky, today, 11/27/2022.
Bought 3 items, prices on shelf added up to $14.98, but when they scanned at the register, they were $19.27? That is over 30% above posted shelf prices, just on the 3 items I purchased, there are thousands of items in this store, if that is the norm, they are making a killing off of the consumer.
Does every retailer just change prices in the computer and not change the prices on the shelf, now?
They seemed to be adequately staffed, are they just fleecing the public, because they can, or what is the thinking behind all these issues, it seems to be sweeping the country.
Maybe all states need to start suing retailers, like Ohio is, maybe that would bring them back to earth?
This is the second time Kroger delivery is late more than 3 hours late...and I still have receive my groceries...I will be using Walmart for now on.Kroger won't get any money from me anymore..
I live in Brownstown Twp., Michigan. I am right by the Kroger on Gibraltar Rd. Every time I go into this store the shelves are bare and when they do restock them they want to do it during rush hours. When you arrive you have to get a basket from the corral. It seems like there are never any in the store. The bottle return is just plain horrible. I like shopping Kroger just not this store. I drive about 10 miles to a different one. Also every time something is on sale you can hardly get the items. I've been there on the day it starts and nothing. Corporate really really really needs to do something about this location.
Web site is difficult to use. Out of many items you want to order. Ignore customer preference and continue to substitute items. Do not tally order and give you an estimate of cost. Seem to want people to order in bulk. I have used them three times. I am done PS big bone in boneless chicken breast, be cafeful
Do not shop online at Krogers
Placed an online order at 8:59 am. Delivery frame was 8:59 to 1pm. Received 2 text messages that the delivery time was pushed back. Last one suppose to be between 3-3:30. No delivery by 7:15pm. I cancelled order and they charged my card $92.35. Disgrace at this time when people are going through tough times.
Instead of paying some one to watch for ttheft, pay a cashier to scan the items, had an aweful experience. Went to Publix instead and my grocery's were cheaper, they have friendly cashiers… I won't be back, if I don't have to be, that's for sure.
I had just been inside and spent $109 in the grocery store and stopped out for gas and that lady in the gas station part was just as rude as anybody could be. All I did was hand her $20 and I told her the pump number and that was it. I was waiting for the little drawer to open up and she told me in no uncertain terms, to put my money in the drawer now. I couldn't believe it. We are in the state of Michigan and there are a lot of people who would be awfully happy to have her job. If she doesn't like her job, she needs to leave so somebody else who needs a job could have hers. There is no reason to treat people that way.
I have shopped at the Rolla Kroger for the past 50 plus years. Ever since they stopped the deli and changed different mgt the store has taken a downward spiral. After all these years I have to stop buying most of my produce from Kroger because of stale and bad produce.
Kroger's online costumer service does not resolve issues. Online coupons not applying to carts, no responses for any issues whatsoever. I still have a two year "case" open for swapped prescriptions. I honestly have no idea how they're still standing.
For the Cinco East Kroger at ******* Westheimer Pkwy Katy. First, ALWAYS check your receipt for accuracy at this place, have found errors after leaving on several occasions. When the Texas lottery machine malfunctioned in their store, customer service said "I do not know about that machine." Crickets after that. Definitely a not my problem kind of vibe. When I then asked if there was a number I could call, the woman walked to the machine and pointed to a phone number on it. No good luck. No sorry. Just the feeling of not my job so not my problem.
First off I don't appreciate agents ending the chat as soon as I tell them what's wrong. Also not answering calls is unprofessional and shady unexcusable behavior
I tried 4 times because I got a billing error for my card and was told you guys couldn't process my speedway egift card. But you guys charged me and now I'm down $80 and didn't receive a card I only want one $20 speedway card and instead I got no card and lost $80 to you guys that money needs to be refunded immediately.
