1 AM Dixie Highway (Official) Doreen Brightwell. 1h Shout out to Theresa and Deborah at the Shively Kroger to Night. Theresa was the cashier and Deborah was the Bagger. They were the ONLY lane open and it was backed Up. There were four other employees standing around Talking doing absolutely nothing! Theresa told me it was Her day off, but she came in to help out. It's good Employees like these two ladies that will finally get tired of Doing the work for others and quit to go somewhere else Where they are valued. Do better Kroger!
Kroger's online shopping is the worst experience. They have people answering the phone with attitude and just keep hanging up and put you back in the queue without letting you know. I have called four times and the issue still has not been solved. I am forced to file a chargeback on my credit card because their so-called customer connect has failed me on all levels. What protocol do you have in place if your so calls are being monitored? Disgraceful ZERO stars from me
I go into my local Millington Tn Kroger and right away at the customer service desk im met with an employee whom has a horrible attitude once I am allowed to finish my question she then tells me to cash a Kroger check that was sent to me via usps from Kroger headquarters in Ohio that to cash my said refund check it would cost me a charge 20% of that amount to cash now keep in mind its a check you sent me to refund money you owed me way to go Kroger absolutely suck
After 2 orders delivered, I might never GO to the grocery store again! On time, accurate, what should be cold, was cold. They brought it all right in and even petted my dog. 5 stars plus!

7/16/2023. KROGER IN COLUMBUS, MS. HAS THE WORST PICKUP BUSINESS EVER. MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT ME KNOWING. I HAD ZERO REMORSE FROM ANY "EMPLOYEE" IN THE STORE. NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE, NO ONE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HOW TO HELP A CUSTOMER, NOR DID THEY CARE AT ALL. SOME "EMPLOYEES" WERE ON ON THEIR CELL PHONES AS THEY "WORKED". IT WAS AWFUL. I HAVE A FAMILY OF 5 AND SPEND AN UNGODLY AMOUNT OF MONEY WEEKLY. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A KROGER SUPPORTER, BUT NEVER AGAIN. WAL MART AND THE SMALL LOCALLY FAMILY OWNED BUSINESSES WILL BE MY GO TO FROM HERE ON OUT.
I was treated horribly in a store. I emailed and called Kroger. Not once did anyone from the actual store or Corporate call me to resolve it. They truly don't care. Guess I need an attorney?
I would never, EVER support a company that supports US Government Human Experimentation disguised as supporting the US Troops! Any organization that does NOT do it's research on where it's candidates come from should not be rewarded. Boycott this food chain.
I wrote to Kroger customer service about a very rude pharmacist at the Peachtree Hill (Duluth, GA) Kroger. The auto reply said someone would reach out in 48 hours. They didn't, so I wrote to them a 2nd time. Same thing-auto reply that someone would reach out in 48 hours. No again. Today I wrote a 3rd time and just said they had permanently lost a customer. Go to Publix people! They really show they care about their customers, not like Kroger who clearly doesn't care.
Kroger Fulfillment center on Telephone Road is the most unsanitary warehouse I have ever worked at They say they focused on family and team work but when workers gets sick (vomiting) on the floor they are told to basically walk it off because them being there is more important than the worker's health not only that but for them to be working with online food orders not removing the people that become sick while at work is unsanitary in it's self in my opinion They also lie about accommodating people with disabilities they attempted to accommodate me but when it became harder to produce online orders they gave me two options one to keep my job working my original hours with no accommodation or quitting on the spot
So I quit
I trying to use the digital coupon and the nice lady was helping me suddenly this low class Avis show up and told her I can't stay too long with customer and there is no body else waiting and I told him come and help me and he said he doesn't know about the app and he grabb a brochure and he told me this is the instruction,,Kroger u have the worst stuff specially this manager John and Avis,I know u don't care about ur customers only u thinking about rubbing people and u charged me 1.25$ for something I didn't purchase,I purchased 5 items and I paid for 6 items.
On my way home i stopped by Kroger across from where I work on Zebulon Rd in Macon to pick up a beer and cigarettes for my husband, as i started to get out i realized i did not have my ID but i had other documents that stated my b-day. Being 57 years old you can clearly see IAM not a underage person and i figured if i just went in and asked for the manager she could clearly make the judgement that i was of age.The manager told me she could clearly see i was of age but because I didn't have a ID she would not sell to me. This manager was of no help at all, No help at all, she could have made my day a little easier but didn't. I will never shop here again.
Today I gave up on KROGER. Every time that I go to take advantage of your APP discounts it never works. I always end up at the customer service desk and always with a long line. I always go and "try again" specially since our dollar never goes as far as it used too. But today IS the last time that I go to Kroger, they sent me to customer service to fix and they were closed. (2/20/22 at 11am *******000). I was so upset that the manager came to talk to me and she returned my money but she was so cold and over all not nice which reflects that she hates her job. She has it written all over her face and attitude. Who ever reads this, Do not GO to Kroger go to Albertson's or Tom Thumb, they treat the customer with respect and they are very helpful. I GIVE KROGER 0 STARS!
Cost is cheap. Have pharmacy which is fair and produce as well as groceries so one stop shopping. Sometimes they are out of things. Do have kosher items too. It's the place to go to stretch a dollar.
I have speed at Kroger's for many years and have always been a loyal customer. For about a year I have been using their home delivery service and have never had any major problems other than some things missing from my order. When I ordered groceries a few days ago for delivery, they never came. I was texting with Angela C of instacart during the entire shopping experience for replacement. I got the notification that it was delivered but they were not so I called Kroger. They were very apologetic and offered my a $30 store credit on top of my refund. The issue is they will not give me my refund back for 7-10 business days. I have no money and no groceries to feed me and my kids for an entire week until I get paid again. They didn't really care about that. Said that was Kroger's policy. You have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Angela C from Instacart is at worst, a thief who stole my food and kept it for herself or best case scenario, she's incompetent and delivered my food to someone else. Nothing will be done about her. I will not shop at Kroger's again and will be ordering all of my groceries from Amazon fresh from now on.

Kroger had a digital coupon listing a item that I waited awhile for it to stock up, when it finally was available my app malfunctioned and I couldn't get the items. The manager "Leah" came to the rescue, I was frustrated, she saw it, intervened and personally rang up the digital sale price on each item for me. I have PTSD and was distraught, Leah did a good customer service response. A thumbs up. 3rdMARDIV. Vietnam Vet reporting.

My local Kroger, in Huntsville, Texas, has serious issues with selling lots of spoiled food, at both full and discounted price. I don't believe you should be knowingly selling customers spoiled food, period. The freezers and refrigerators seem to have serious issues at my Kroger. I have bought everything from milk to frozen meals only to find out its spoiled when I paid full price for it. Their refrigerators and freezers must not work right or something. Food is never past the expiration date but has always gone bad. Kroger doesn't seem to care in the slightest, as they continue to do nothing about it. What's the most offensive is despite the return policy stating that "All Kroger Co. Family of Stores can accept returns of items purchased at any Kroger Company family of stores location within a 30-day window of purchase" and there being no mention of food items being non-returnable, my Kroger will not allow you to return spoiled food that you just purchased the previous day, even when the items are not even close to the expiration date. After reaching about $300 worth of spoiled food I have ceased shopping here. Contacted corporate about the issue to no avail. Corporate admitted their store should have allowed the returns yet refuses to make it right.
I have shopped with Kroger for years and every now and then there will "sometimes" be good deals on meat. However most foods, to name some, Kroger Brand Gnocchi (any of their pastas honestly) and Krogers' bakery items could literally have not been made by a more ineffective recipe where every part of the recipe tells you the opposite of what should happen.
When speaking of the Gnocchi, absolute garbage and I mean literal, making me sick... garbage. It is completely over worked, is made out of unhealthy and incomplete ingredients. There is no filling in any of the different kinds they have, just dough, each time I went to bite it, it turned into a LITERAL GLUE.
I do not know how this could have been made worse, three times I have tried it, three times I was not able to get past the second bite.
Change your foods or take them off the shelves, it's pretty insulting to pass this off as "authentic" and "natural" when neither of those words have any meaning to this food.
Proof that there is nothing inside below.(Pic 3 A half piece and a whole piece to compare that there is nothing inside.)
Tip for consumers:
I do not recommend buying anything that should be homemade, from Kroger. They have found ways to make childhood memories into sadness and despair.

I went to store on Silverbell rd. In Marana, Az to return salad that was sold with the use before June 25, the stock person was just putting the large packages of organic salad mix out for sale, I assumed without looking that the salad mix was fresh, it wasn't. I opened it on June 26 and it was full of yellow leaves. I returned it today, June 28, the first day I was able to go out. The store hrs are 7:00 AM, went to customer service at 7:50AM, was told customer service doesn't open until 8:00. There were three people employers standing talking and told me CS is not open till 8:00, why if the store opens at 7:00, CS is not open until 8:00. I will not be shopping at this store anymore. The Fry's commercial states you have the freshest produce, too many time I have had to return produce, rotten tomatoes within a few day, avacodos going bad a few days after purchasing. I have shopped at this store for 20: years. I will be going to Safeway from now on.

Regardless of your dietary needs and you have made it abundantly clear that substitutions were not allowed. This employee didn't care. She didn't want to search for the specific items I had ordered. She just grabbed whatever was quickest and closest to the items I actually wanted. I even called the Instacart main office. They said they would get a new shopper to finish the order. THEY DID NOT DO THAT. I still received multiple substitutions and many items that I didn't want or even like. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. Save yourself the unnecessary stress!

The milk we got from pick up in West Lafayette was spoiled before its expiration date. I realized it tasted funny. It tasted AWFUL! Will be a little hesitant to buy Kroger's milk for a while.
Tip for consumers:
Don't get Kroger's milk from the one in West Lafayette.
Daryien used A different Kroger card instead of mine. She void mine and swiped a different card that was not mine while cashing my check. I went and bought something after I cash my check with my Kroger card but the card Daryian used whilel cashing my check was not mine. You know how the change goes on the card. Well she used A different kroger card therefore I think she's doing it to steal people's change. She didn't think I would notice but I saw the numbers did not match on receipt. I know my Kroger cards numbers. The four-digit number always shows up on the receipt and the receipt that she gave me after cashing my check it was not my Kroger card. This is not my Kroger card number thatDaryien swiped mine ends with completely different numbers.

In the past two weeks I have spent over 10 hours on hold, talked to at least a dozen people from your customer service number, and several other departments trying to get an online ordering problem with my loyalty card resolved. I've also sent numerous emails only to have responses that have nothing to do with the issue at hand. After repeatedly asking to speak to a supervisor I was finally called today and was disconnected. Tried to call the number back only to find the number had been disconnected or no longer in service. Then I received another call and was told YET AGAIN I would have to talk to another department. Then guess what, I was disconnected AGAIN! What does it take to get customer service from your company? And please don't tell me to me to call *******377 because I've had enough of those people. Their answer to a non working loyalty card was to turn my WiFi off and turn it back on and it would work. I even tried another computer ‘with wifi' and guess what, it still didn't work.
Tip for consumers:
Get ready for people that have no clue what their doing. Hold times are horrible, they give you stupid answers to try and ‘help’ like turn off your WiFi and turn it back on, to fix a problem with a loyalty card.

I was excited to finally have what I thought would be a good alternative to Walmart. They also carry a couple brands that I like and Walmart has dropped. So, I assembled an online order and when I placed the order it said I needed to call Customer Service. First order (at work), so I wasn't that surprised. I thought maybe they just needed address verification or something. But no, they said that since my company was using a VPN which geolocated to California, they wouldn't allow me to place an order AT ALL. Like no one in the whole world uses a VPN? Actually, everyone should use a VPN. Clearly Kroeger doesn't really want or value customers. What a waste off time. Why not tell the customer ahead of time that if your delivery address doesn't match your IP address, they won't accept the order?!
Tip for consumers:
Amazon comes 2-3 times a week to my location and doesn't care about my VPN. Walmart: Same. UPS Deliveries: Same. Actually, I've NEVER before had anyone refuse to deliver/ship to my address because of a VPN. How absurd.

King Soopers doesn't accept snap benefits if the benefits are on the cash side of the card and not the food side. That's $#*!ed! You are and continue to be a worthless pile of $#*!.
Tip for consumers:
That you're to stupid to allow snap benefits on the cash side of the card when ordering on line. You have to physically go to the store to use the cash side of the card. Kroger is basically a bunch of incompetent $#*!s!

When you remove Mike Lindell's My Pillow products just because corporate execs disagree with him politically or are afraid of the Left, you alienate MOST of your customers! This is a STUPID business practice! Restore freedom of choice in purchasing!
The number of savings programs offered at Kroger's is out of control. Discrimination in the digital coupons access. Paper ads. In store only savings for purchasing a certain number of items within a group to receive the money off. There will be at least two different groupings of those if not three. Impossible to keep track and then you get to the checkout and you short one item and then you either go back to the store or you pay that extra dollar on everything if it's been in your cart. There's another program called rewards spending nobody at the store even knows what it is. The last one I know about is customer service monetary amounts that can go on your card. When you choose to use them or not is it extremely hard to deal with on the check out yourself register and then at the regular register they say yes to them when you haven't said yes and they take your money and you can't get it back without calling somebody and trying to deal with that. Knowledge of savings programs by employees is lacking. So tired of coming home to my receipt and having to return to the store or call customer service and deal with it and take my time it's out of control.
