I was a little skeptical at first to order because I didn't think the dress would arrive on time. The Customer Service experience was awesome. They even email when your product is being shipped. The dress was so beautiful. It required not altering. So it was true to size.
The dress came very big even though I sent measurements! I had to pay for alterations and they only helped with half of that cost when I feel should've paid for it all since it was their mistake! I will never order or recommend this company!
The staff was very helpful, ordered my dress last minute told them when I needed it, it came a week early and was very beautiful the staff was helpful with asking for measurements and communication was very good, Very much pleased and Happy will definitely be buying more dresses

First off I want to say that ladyprom's shop is so professional and quick to reply. I had a short time before the event and ladypromdress's shop was so nice and able to accommodate, even with alters as with the heels I was 5'4". This dress is AMAZING! The whole night the dress got so many complements. It's amazing dress.

Absolutely terrible@! The dress came to me damaged. They agreed it was damaged and refused to give me my full refund. Do not buy from this company, very bad customer service.

I wasn't able to receive one of my dresses because the fabric was out of stock. I wish I was notified of that ahead of time. Other than that, great customer service. However, I wish I could've gotten my other dress, but I know it wouldn't arrive in time.

It didn't fit tried to get another wouldn't send me one trying to send the dress back but i need a shipping label and yall very much can get a shipping label i still have the dress cant send it back or get my refund till i ship the dress and receive a shipping label
wasn’t very helpful after i received my dress .. want go get a shipping label so i can get the dress shipped back wouldn’t give me my refund so i can go find another dress since that one didn’t fit .. really feel like im not going to get my refund even when i send the dress back (when i receive a shipping label) but the dress was not the same as the picture but i still liked it it was cute .. tried to convince me to do everything else instead of giving me my refund

We received the dress fairly quickly. We took professional measurements when we ordered the dress. When it came my daughter tried it on and the top portion of the dress was too big which I thought was strange because it tied around the neck. You couldn't tell that from pictures on site. I ended up having to get it altered around the breast part and changed it from a tie around the neck to crisscross straps. After that adjustment the dress was perfect.
Dresses arrived earlier than expected and is adorable! Excellent quality and the color was an exact match to what we selected. Great customer service from a very responsive team!

I didn't realize I was ordering from China but maybe that's the reason for the rudeness in the emails. I was asking to hold off on measurements or to refund and they didn't give me a real response other than pressuring me to give them the measurements asap. Then they shipped the dress without getting my actual measurements. I requested a return as soon as I got the dress for not fitting and they claimed that they gave the size I wanted when I asked them to wait for an actual measurement. Meaning they won't return it. The communication has been stressful from day one and I don't recommend dealing with this company. They claim to make custom products but the woman said that the order is already in process so they don't actually wait for your measurements to make the dress. Probably why a lot of the complaints here are saying the dress doesn't fit even though customers gave the measurements.
In addition, even if I didn't give my measurements, the dress they sent me is about 4 sizes smaller than the general size I said. Please just avoid ordering from here. They make returns/refunds impossible and they aren't giving customers the customization they promise on their website (false advertisement). I asked for a refund before they sent it and they still sent it. It's just been a nightmare that they could have fixed from the start if they just had even relatively decent customer service. I feel that they stole money from me and I'm stuck with a dress I can't use.

The front lace has a tear and dress is not supported well to stay in shoulder...I'm having to have someone alter it. I was only offered a 30.00 refund which I haven't received yet.

Seller followed up to confirm size as it was a custom order for a smaller size than listed. My daughter received so many compliments on this dress and the fit was perfect!
Beautiful color. Overall for the price I'm happy with the quality. Couple of loose threads that are easy to fix. Material is a bit thin for my liking. I would purchase another color.
