I was a little skeptical at first to order because I didn't think the dress would arrive on time. The Customer Service experience was awesome. They even email when your product is being shipped. The dress was so beautiful. It required not altering. So it was true to size.
The dress came very big even though I sent measurements! I had to pay for alterations and they only helped with half of that cost when I feel should've paid for it all since it was their mistake! I will never order or recommend this company!
It was not the dress I order didn't look nothing like the dress tried to get my money back told me I can only get $30 back for the dress
My only issue with the dress is that the mess part was too dark for my skin tone. Everything else on the dress was perfect!

The dress is amazing just need to enhance my top to my size due to being oversized n a way love the dress top tier
Love the dress, but I paid to have it altered. It came about 12" too long. Now I have to pay again to have it altered correctly.
The customer service was awesome! The dress was awesome. They worked with me because I was nervous about sizing. But it came out great! 10 out of 10
