I was a little skeptical at first to order because I didn't think the dress would arrive on time. The Customer Service experience was awesome. They even email when your product is being shipped. The dress was so beautiful. It required not altering. So it was true to size.
The dress came very big even though I sent measurements! I had to pay for alterations and they only helped with half of that cost when I feel should've paid for it all since it was their mistake! I will never order or recommend this company!
What I ordered is not what I received the material was some bull $#*! and I would never order from you guys again
She emailed back at reasonable times but they are some bull $#*!

I was disappointed to see the dress prices increase from a few days ago.
DONT BUY FROM LADY PROM DRESS! TERRIBLE SERVICE, they don't speak English so communications are terrible, they don't care about your orders/reason for ordering, and they don't respond.
I ordered three wedding dresses from 3 diff sites, one being lady prom dress. My other two dresses shipped No problem from diff sites (Misaac, & Dressself)! But Lady Prom Dress wants to email me half English demanding that I give a size description despite having the standard size ordering options! I didn't want to order a custom size because then you aren't able to return it. So I ordered a standard size. It's been TWO WEEKS SINCE I ORDERED and they still haven't shipped my dress! I requested a refund since my dress didn't ship in time and THEY DELAYED MY SHIPPING TWO WEEKS because they demanded I give a custom size. I haven't heard back now despite emailing a few times awaiting a response on either my dress shipping or a full refund. They delayed my dress shipping and now are claiming they can't provide me a refund. First time trying to buy from their site and definitely now the last.
Tip for consumers:
Worst customer service ever - they are now avoiding me requesting for my dress to ship or either a full refund since they delayed my dress from shipping by two weeks now. They demanded that I give a custom size even though I specifically wanted a standard size. They don’t speak clear English in their emails and then email back “I don’t understand you”. I will never even consider buying from here ever again

The dress was very cutee except it wasn't the emerald green I received it was more so a light green.
My daughter is very pleased with this dress. She's just waiting to wear it to the prom on April 15
