The dress is not as depicted in picture. It was not a full flowing dress bottom. No buttons in the back just a lace up.

Then, if you want to do a guaranteed return you were sadly mislead! I will never buy from this site again

I ordered a prom dress with my custom measurements. Dress was nowhere near my size. Came extremely big. After paying to get it altered it was fine but for the amount of money I spent it should have been tailored to me. Just a bunch of fabric thrown together. I might as well had got one of the primary sizes if that was the case.

I ordered a dress for my niece to attend her prom. It came in the time frame promised. She is very short and petite so I was wondering how well the dress would fit but I was very surprised that it fit her just about perfect. The only alteration will be the length. We are very happy with this purchase.

I was unsure when I first ordered the dress online, worrying that the quality might not be very good, I might not receive it on time, it might not fit... I did not need to worry at all, I received my dress within 4 weeks or ordering it, It fitted perfectly and the quality of the dress was amazing. It looked amazing and on our special day I got so many compliments! And all that for a ridiculous low price! I can't thank you enough and will recommend you to my friend who is getting married next year.

The company offered good communication via email and verified the size prior to shipping. The dress arrived on time. It was good quality, fit as expected and absolutely gorgeous! Overall this was a phenomenal value, and we will be looking to purchase from them again.

This dress was absolutely gorgeous. When it arrived, I was a little suspicious because it came in a sort of small packaging, but it didn't leave creases or anything on the dress. I highly recommend getting your actual precise measurements so everything fits perfectly. The dress was fairly tight around the hips and thighs, but overall, the dress looked beautiful. Got so many compliments on it from prom.

Great communication! The sellers are very professional. I received my dress faster than expected no complaints. Sizes are accurate and Im pleased for the price I am definitely recommending this site to others looking for a prom dress.

Buyer beware! Seller wastes time emailing repeatedly, asking for more measurements, telling you order be custom just to get extra $30 expedited shipping fee. Dress still arrived not to specifications. Alterations couldn't be done. Return policy is a joke and not as stated on the site.

Like most, I was afraid to sink some money into a dress that may not arrive in time, much less, as requested. This company put my fears to bed because the dress arrived within 2 weeks and it looks exactly like what I ordered. I requested a bigger size by way of providing inflated measurements just in case it arrived too small. My reasoning was to be able to get tailored and altered to my little lady's teenage body. She's thrilled which means mama's work is done. Thank you so much Lady PromDress for great quality and superb business practices. You've got a long term customer here

Thank you for the professional service. Everything was so smooth from ordering to receiving. My daughter is a tom boy and doesn't wear dresses, but when she tried on her dress she gelt like a princess. Very well tailored and fit perfect.

So I ordered my daughters dress today. I got a welcome email and order confirmation email. She is a very picky person so I really home this dress comes as pictured and fits her well so I don't have to stress at the las minute. Will update on progress and upload pics once it is received

My wedding dress was BEAUTIFUL. It arrived on time. Very well made. The lace is stunning. They communicated throughout the whole process. I was nervous up until I got the dress. Then I cried when I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I wear a 24/26 and they asked me questions about my measurements. They shipped it on time to Florida. The price was well worth it. I would have paid far more at a bridal store. Plus it would have taken longer. I felt like a princess on my wedding day (July 3,2021) on the Island of Palm Beach. Danny from LadyPromDress was very helpful.

Very impressed with the quality of these dresses, they are well made! The site customer service was great communicating back and forth with me, especially as we figured out the custom sizing for 2 pregnant bridesmaids.They even finished all 5 ahead of time, getting them to me nearly a month ahead of schedule! I was a bit skeptical buying my wedding dress online. Especially at such an amazing price o BBC put my measurements in because o don't typically fit a specific size. The dress came quickly I did need to have some alterations done such as the straps shorten, the waist taken in and hips out. Also
I had some buttons added for a bussel. Still with that I have spent maybe a quarter of what I've seen people spend

Dress was not color shown in picture selection. Dress was not the fabric listed on product description. They sent an extremely heavy hot rug/curtain it was awful and looked nothing like photos. Emailed their "customer service" they refused to even give info on how to start a return process. Horrible English felt like I was talking to an uneducated child. Never got a refund and had to go buy another prom dress because the dress they sent was not wearable. Horrible and very sad experience. Spent $400 for ugly curtains basically. Lesson learned. There is not return policy just fyi. Once u buy that's it there is no going back and the product was made in a sweat shop by children illegally I'm sure. So so sad.

Refused to give me info on how to start return process. Argued with me over the blatant product description on site and what was sent to me was incorrect. I even sent pictures. Bad English. Sounded like a child. They stopped responding after multiple’s attempts and requests to send product back. THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY!!!!

Website was easy to use. I got prompts response and the order was received within 2 weeks of placing the order. Unfortunately, the color was misrepresented so it was a different shade that we were expecting. Fit her perfectly but wrong color. I would recommend the site just stick to colors that don't have to many shades.

The fabric of the dress looks very different online than what I received. The dress did not fit me whatsoever even though I provided the correct measurements. In addition, the return policy is misleading; it says you can return but in reality she tries to convince you not to and when you do the shipping to send it back is nearly $100. Overall I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

After she tried to discourage me from returning, I was finally told that I can return the dress. However, no shipping label was provided and I would have had to pay nearly $100 just to return.

Easy site to navigate, many colors and styles and great prices. The dress is beautiful! Details, pockets and quality are so nice. My daughter is thrilled! Shipping was reasonable and timely. Thank you!

My daughter ordered her dress 3 weeks before her prom( was told it would be here in 3-5days) She still has not received it. We had to buy another dress last minute. This site is a scam. Do not buy from them!
