Dress did not fit as well. The sewing and dress is very cheaply made. Do not recommend buying from here unless you want cheap quality. Unable to get refund because they say it's made to order.

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The quality of the dress is poor. Looks like a second hand dress stuffed in a bag and sold for $149 plus shipping. This seller is a REAP off. Be SMART AND DON"T fall prey like I did! Save your money and buy from a reputable company!

I did custom measurements and my dress came 3 sizes to big so I still had to come out of another 250$ to get it fixed and it was not like the picture I sent it so I'm not happy that I had to spend all that money

I've been emailing them all of a sudden they stopped emailing me back once I told them my dress made it to me 2 days after my wedding and I had to cancel it I told them I want my money back and no answer and out to ruin this company for being neglectful and not trying to fix the situation im seeking legal actions

I got soooooop many complaints. The only wish is that I got one size smaller. I lost more weight than I have myself credit for and wanted a tighter fit. But this dress was beautiful

Once the shipping address was change to where my granddaughter was located everything was great she love it Everything was good until I try to change the shipping address I was buying the dress for my granddaughter and now I got to have it shipped to me then spend more money to have it shipped to her

To begin with, we ordered a dress for my daughter. She is 5'10 and 120 pounds. She can wear just about anything and it fits. Also, I am a tailor. So I understand how to measure bodies.

We submitted custom body measurements and ordered a chiffon sheath. It should have been gorgeous.

What we received was a SATIN sheath that was too small. And when I say too small, I mean skin tight splitting at the seams too small.

I emailed the company repeatedly to ask questions prior to delivery of the dress. Asked for clarification on how they take measurements. Read their profiles online. They ask for BODY MEASUREMENTS. We submitted body measurements. For those out there who know how to sew. If you sew a garment to the exact size or smaller than your body you will never get it zipped. Nor will
You be able to breath! The dress was SMALLER than the submitted measurements. But that wasn't the real problem.

We ordered chiffon - they sent satin! When I questioned them they said the dress didn't come in chiffon. ‍

Their description is chiffon. The fabric choices are chiffon. My confirmation says chiffon. My dress is Satin that was delivered.

They refuse to accept a return. Insane. It was $200. They said since the dress doesn't come in chiffon, I have to keep it in satin because they sent the correct color! Are you kidding me? That's crazy.

Go somewhere else. This place is crap.

The dress fits pretty good and it arrived in plenty of time. We will def still have to get the dress altered but it is completely lined and looks very high end.

Very easy experience. Sent over my daughter's sizes and the dress came and totally fit. Worth the extra $16 to have the exact size. Great material and she cannot wait till the dance. Thank you

The dress doesn't fit at all and wanted to return it but it seems almost impossible to try to make my own return label as you guys can't send me one? Ridiculous

My daughter loved the dress. I still had to have the dress altered,even after sending in her measurements. But she it turned out amazing. She looked like a model on the runway.
