The dress was beautiful! I loved it so much. I would have most definitely considered myself the best dressed with my very beautiful gown! I will be shopping again.

She was very nice. She told me exactly what I could do the make the dress a better fit! She explained everything to me and got the dress there before my event to make sure it was right.

Did not receive the product. Requested cancellation prior to the item even shipping and they offered a refund for a fraction of the original cost. Very disappointing.

Dress came out perfectly and very true to size.Also the delivery was a lot faster than expected. Looking forward to shopping again and referring friends and family.

DO NOT BUY FROM LADY PROM DRESS***** IT IS A SCAM***** I purchased a prom dress for my daughter and it came made inside out. The shiny side of the satin was made on the inside of the dress. I emailed them several times seeking a refund for the defective dress and they would not give me the forms to process the refund. They are a scam and their products are defective. DO NOT SHOP HERE! BEWARE!

I had my daughter's measurements taken before buying your dress, and then ordered the dress according to her measurements, but received a dress that was at least three sizes to big

They have yet to resolve the issue. They told me to try to get it altered locally, but that was impossible to do in time for prom.

I purchased a dress for my daughter for prom from LadyPromDress and the process was smooth and hassle free. The site was easy to navigate and all cost detailed upfront, no surprise fees. The company did a great job following up by email in confirming the size and asking for the measurements. The dress arrived within 2 weeks. The color matched exact to what was in the picture and the fabric was fabulous, the dress itself had a nice weight to it and didn't feel cheap. Upon trying it on, we saw that the fit was bigger than expected but is no big deal because it can easily be altered, considering the dress style is more for a slender/slim body but my daughter is more of a medium to large build it's even better. They definitely made the dress to order due to the fact that in the picture the chest area was a lot wider- to suit a smaller chest area, but they made our more full and it covered my daughter perfectly! We are thrilled and will definitely return to this site if ever she needs to. Thank you! :)

Buyer beware! Ordered a custom Prom Dress for my daughter's senior prom. When the dress came it's was the WRONG COLOR, WRONG MEASUREMENTS, and WRONG MATERIAL. The dress looked absolutely nothing like what was on the website. Had to scramble day before the event to buy her another dress. When I reached out for a refund I was told they were in Asia and it would cost me $40 to ship it back; they then said they could give me a $25 refund and I could resale my dress to someone. What? I wouldn't dare trying to sale that mess and why should I have to pay to return a dress that was NOT what was promised. Also what is $25 when I paid over $150 for the dress. This website is a scam, please be very cautious or don't purchase at all!

At first I was a bit worried because I saw a bad review on YouTube, but the dress came back perfectly, if a little too big. I would definitely recommend this site and dress.

I bought this dress for my prom and I loved it. It fit wonderfully and look as I expected but better! Made from good material that was comfortable to wear all night but was a little hot.

I ordered a prom dress for my niece and once I made the order they emailed me asking me to confirm the color and size AGAIN after all that information was on the dress. They are going to email me 3 weeks later and say PLEASE CONFIRM ASAP so I email back saying confirm what everything was already been completed they wanted me to send them a copy of my bank card so the bank could confirm the purchase I SAID $#*! NO

Love the dress and communication was great. Little big but I will get it fixed. No button on top back of the dress but not a big problem. Overall I am very happy and excited about my wedding dress.

No one was trying to help fix the situation at all and I had to explain to my son date her money was not refundable or replaced

I did the $16 uncharge for my exact measurements and it was still quite baggy. It fits overall but not well. I recommend just sticking to the regular sizing.

I loves the wedding dress, it's beautiful and fits great. I was not able to wear it because another was picked out for traditional purposes but I wish I could have wore it.

Don't order from them at all. I put my order in and then watched a video on YouTube about them and cancelled my order immediately after. They didn't even wanna really give my refund back.
