The dress is sooo beautiful. It also was not hard to find a dress because there are so many. The dress was a very reasonable price and came within 2 weeks.

I paid extra to customize the size of my dress. I added the measurements as requested. When I received my dress the length was 63 inches when I requested 54 inches. The "seller" said they added 5 inches for heels. I told them the dress was not going to be worn with heels and I paid extra for a specific length and it was not for them to decide to add more to it. Not to mention 63 inches is not 5 inches more from 54 inches. Anyway I wanted to send the dress back for a full refund and they wanted to give me $30 to get the dress altered. I declined that offer because alterations on formal dresses are much more than $30. I was not satisfied so I keep requesting a refund. They asked for pictures, I sent pictures. They still offered $30 for alterations and suggested I try to sell the dress. Anyway this company is a joke and I opened up a fraudulent claim against the business and reported them to the FTC. Since I used PayPal for my purchase, PayPal will be reversing the charge so I can get my money back. Beaware. The guarantee refunds if you're not happy with the product. But then it appears there is an automatic pre-recorded response to all your emails.

Zero accountability for their mistakes and not willing to issue a refund when they did not provide the product that was ordered. I'm pretty sure "customer service" is pre-recorded replies to emails because I kept get the same responses in a different order to my emails.

Couldn't believe how easy. Great communication throughput the entire process. The dress was amazing and great quality and 1/3 of the price at David's Bridal

It really didn't look like the picture. I mean it's cute in all but I was really lookin forward to the exact same dress. Overall it was good communication.

I loved the dress and the price my prom is may 13th so I orders it early assuming it would come like a week before and it came so fast and such good material/length just overall a good experience

This is the 2nd year that I have ordered a prom dress from this site and I must say I am very pleased. This dress is also a perfect fit and my daughter and pockets are extremely happy!

I wasn't satisfied with the dress I ordered, it wasn't the right color, there were things added to it that wasn't suppose to be, the dress was huge, I had a lot of disappointments using this website!

It was a good dress! Everything was perfect and exactly like the picture and how I wanted it. Although I did have to get a few alterations just to get it tighten and that was all! Love itttt!

I ordered the dress and my daughter put the wrong address i immediately emailed and ask for a change the person said yes I periodically emailed to ensure that they understand it was alway yes when I checked they never changed the address when shipped I was never contacted and was told to contact DHL myself to correct the mistake

Seem like I was emailing with two different people and they wasn’t communicating with each other.and they took long to get back to me

The dress was hideous! Poor quality, horrible craftsmanship, and nothing like the description of the dress or the picture of reference! Waisted money! Trap police's!

I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering the dress. But because I placed the order through paypal I thought my transaction should be protected. I ordered my daughter prom dress from their site. We ended up rushing and buying a dress from somewhere else as the dress received was different from the dress posted on the site. The design and the color weren't what we asked for. The quality was very very bad. I paid $196.19 for the dress and $44 for international return. Even though it was their fault they only refunded me $164.19 from $240.19 I paid. I had to pay for both shipping fees. They even tried to play games that they didn't receive the dress and they didn't provided me with a return address even though all correspondence was through emails and paypal. I placed the order on 4/13/2021 and I got refunded on 6/15/2021. I hope paypal will look into it and stop working with them. They need to be honest and post their actual products on their site and pay for return product or reveal their policy and the cost of international returns. I don't want anyone else to get disappointed and deal with them. I am disappointed with ladypromdress and paypal. Paypal need to have an option for no return label if they are accepting clients like that as they don't for now. Customers shouldn't pay for return product if they didn't receive what they asked for.

The dress wasn't as expected! The dress was supposed to be silk and it wasn't the dress fit my daughter perfectly but the material was wrong as well as it did not flow in the pic.

Shopping was easy just praying this dress fits me nice

I like how they emailed me right away about my dress and they told me how long it's going to take to come.

I have been trying to contact LadyProm to return the dress. The dress does not fit and there wasn't enough extra fabric in the dress for a seamstress to alter it.

Still waiting to find out how to return the dress.

That dress ran extremely small and the material is horrible. Trying to return it or exchange it has been a nightmare.

They could only offer not even half of what I purchased the dress for.

Ordered 2 dresses for photo shoot. Very pleased. Both dresses fit perfectly, well made. Will definitely buy from again.

Took forever to get here and it seemed very sketchy. Delivery process was too complicated & tedious. Dress was super cute though.

They helped me and answered right away. Grammar and punctuation was terrible, which is what made me think it was a scam.

They work every close with you to make sure all needs are met. That is amazing customer service. My dress is beautiful and I love it.

The experience was great! My daughter love the dress. We have to make minor alterations but she will be so beautiful on her prom day.
