I was a little skeptical at first to order because I didn't think the dress would arrive on time. The Customer Service experience was awesome. They even email when your product is being shipped. The dress was so beautiful. It required not altering. So it was true to size.
The dress came very big even though I sent measurements! I had to pay for alterations and they only helped with half of that cost when I feel should've paid for it all since it was their mistake! I will never order or recommend this company!
We had order the dress twice somehow. I Contacted customer service
And they immediately credited the 2nd charge back

At the last minute, i received my dream dress. It was everything I wanted for my look. I felt like a queen.
I was a little skeptical about ordering but when my dress came in it was very gorgeous! Fits my curves very nice specially from the back iykyk :))

I didn't expect it to look better in person like that. She did her stuff with my dress I can't wait to wear it.
I payed $220 for a dress… the one I received looked nothing like the photo & i couldn't get a refund! I should've known it was too good to be true. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

Dress was an absolute joke, nothing like it said it would look like. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If I could've gotten ahold of someone would of sent back for a refund.

The dress fits right but it's really big at the top. The shipping didn't take as much long as how long it was being tailored and altered.
I gave them my measurements and the dress did not fit properly. It was as if they gave me the prop dress off of the sales floor.

Customer service was worrisome...but the dress arrived on time and was gorgeous! Fit was perfect based on the sizing chart! Overall, very satisfied!
I sent in my measurements and the dress fit well. They were timely, they emailed me confirming my measurements and it arrived 1 day early. I love it!
Dress did not come as the picture was supposed to. I hated the dress and it was too small. They didn't want to give a refund.
