I was a little skeptical at first to order because I didn't think the dress would arrive on time. The Customer Service experience was awesome. They even email when your product is being shipped. The dress was so beautiful. It required not altering. So it was true to size.
The dress came very big even though I sent measurements! I had to pay for alterations and they only helped with half of that cost when I feel should've paid for it all since it was their mistake! I will never order or recommend this company!
I ordered my daughter a dress for her 1st Jr. Prom. This dress exceeded my expectations.

Ordered dress and paid, they said they didn't get the money and wanted me to repay.
They refused to look at paperwork showing where payment was made.
I was so pleased had to get it altered a little but overall I loved it

I was scared my dress wasn’t going to come on time but she told me not to worry and i didn’t worry after that. They any ever question you ask
I loved the website and it is good and I will recommend this website to other family members.
My dress was a little too big which was probably my fault but overall the dress is beautiful.
