It's okay but I think could be way better the dress was really big and it was suppose to be a 2 but tbh it did look like the picture, it's just the end of the dress was sooo long

The seam where the dress flared is a little think but if ur black ordering it specify dark mesh cause it is very light

Dress came way earlier than expected but they said the estimated delivery time on the website isn't accurate. Everything fit nice and they are very cooperative.

Not very good with updates and responses. Wish they would send pics of the material before hand. But it still turned out great.

The dress that arrived was not at all like the image online. Although the basic design was the same the fabric made a huge difference in my satisfaction. I wanted and believe the dress I ordered for my wedding would be made out of satin fabric. Instead it was made out of a Jersey blend which takes away from the formalness of the occasion. Another disappointment I encountered was sizing. Based on my communications I was encouraged to purchase a larger size in the dress. The fact that I provided my exact measurements and my dress arrived slightly larger than I needed crushed me even more. In the end I bought a different dress from a small boutique. Lesson learned. I'm very sad because all of my other wedding planning has gone well.

I was skeptical ordering from this site because I had never heard of ladypromdress. However, I am so happy that I did. The dress came in three weeks. I didn't submit custom measurements because I know my daughter's size and the dress fits perfectly.

My dress was really pretty & looked just like the picture! I'm a smaller girl so I would say make sure your measurements are correct if you want a tight fit!

I had to wait an extra day for my dress but everything else was fine.

1st and foremost I would like to make everyone aware of the pictures they are misleading! What I thought I was getting is a white and blue dress as pictured on the sight. In reality what I got was an all blue dress. I do still like it but the picture is misleading! So be clear on what u order and what color u want it! Good side customer service was great and I received the dress faster then I expected.
