We called Mark, the owner of this company, and asked him to come over and give us an estimate for some tree work. He arrived on time, and the quote he gave us was very competitive. He also bragged that they are only one of two tree companies in Hart County that are fully insured.

Anyway, after looking over the quote, we were ready to proceed further, and I called Mark back a couple of days later to ask him if he could please send us a copy of their COI (Certificate of Insurance). But a red flag immediately popped up. He said that we would have to "wait a few days" for that. Well, that didn't sound good.

Anyway, after waiting a week, I had received absolutely nothing from Mark. So, I called him back and asked him when I would be getting a copy of his COI. He said he had no idea, since it was the insurance company that would be providing it. Well, I waited one more week, and still NOTHING. In fact, I never heard from him again!

I think it's safe to conclude that Mark doesn't really have any insurance at all, and is just lying about being fully insured. Anyway, please stay far away from this deadbeat "tree company."
