I recently purchased a TV stand from Lakiq, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Despite providing pictures showing the damage to the parts, I was offered only a 5% refund. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that some parts in the package, which weren't even in direct contact with the packaging, were already peeling upon arrival. This clearly indicates low-quality products.
The whole process of trying to get a fair refund has been frustrating. Lakiq's terms and conditions make it very difficult to resolve such issues, and getting a response has been a hassle. I expected better quality and customer service from a company that I trusted, but unfortunately, this experience has left me with a product I cannot use and a poor impression of their business practices.
