Like most web sites it is somewhat cumbersome to navigate since they have thousands of products. Filters are iffy as to what you will see. Prices are typical for the products, I did not find any exceptional savings. Transaction was smooth, shipping info was prompt and accurate.
My lamp was online only.the first lamp came broken.i paid for another for the exchange and return.they sent the wrong one. Then I ordered a new one and the lady forgot to press the buy button so I never received the new one. Finally I got to talk to a manager. I have already put in a complaint and Noone contacted me. Horrible! Customer sevice.

Purchased two fixtures for outside to replace old ones that flank the garage. Proportions were too big so returned in person to my neighborhood Lamps Plus. Original order was through the website. Easy and quick return in store. Purchased same set that was a size smaller and it works great and looks fantastic. The fixtures elevate the house and make it look more modern, fresh and current. Easy to install, well made and highly recommend. Hopefully will hold up well to the elements.

Whenever we need lighting or ceiling fans, etc. we turn to Lamps Plus. They have a large selection that satisfies all tastes. Most of the time they have exactly what we need and like. The products come quickly and safely. We haven't put the latest purchases up yet but are excited to see!

My lamp purchase process was excellent, quick and updated information on delivery status of my order. Also my lamp has a double drum pure white silver shade, which is the reason I ordered this lamp, that provides bright white light, instead of the yellow linen look lighting, which makes the room really pop with bright light. I love this lamp. It seems to be made well, with a ceramic base and a wood neck. The cost was very reasonable. The overall look is super. The only issue was that the lampshade came a bit dented on one side. I have simply moved that side to the wall so no one can see.

The console table that I bought was on a couple different sites at a higher price and on one site it did not include shipping. However, I was excited to find it on Lamps Plus for less and free shipping. I took a chance based on some prior purchases from this website. I was not disappointed. The table came in a matter of days, packaging was in excellent condition and all pieces were well packed. Everything I needed was included and I was able to assemble it myself with no problems. The table looks great in my space. I love it.
I had purchased a few items over the last three years with good results.
I had seen the table on the Pottery Barn site a few months before to use as an entry table. I decided against it for that purpose but it stayed in my mind as I thought it was attractive.

One of our lampshades arrived a bit dented. All it took to remedy this was a call to LP and they instantly said a new one would be mailed to us.

I am very pleased with the lights I ordered. I was looking for vintage lighting and I was able to choose from several lights that were appropriate for the age of my house, built in 1889. The lights arrived super fast, were packed well so there was no breakage, and were easy to install. Definitely recommend

I have bought wall lamps from Lamps Plus and had to send the first set back as it was missing some screws. They took it back without a problem and the second set I purchased was perfect. I've ordered a floor lamp and table lamp from them in the past and I would certainly buy from them again. Great products and service!

This is my first experience with Lamps Plus after being frustrated trying to locate a lamp at retailers. The ordering process was simple and clear. Delivery as was predicted. The lamp was well packaged, all parts were present, and the instructions clear. I was able to assemble the lamp by myself.
It provided what I was looking for to replace a lamp that had broken. Pictures and descriptions on the web site were clear which made decision making easy.

Went through 2000+ lamps offered. Mine happened to be on sale! Product details were important. The pair I bought weighed 18 pounds each which meant they would be very stable in our TV room which has lots of activity. They are beautiful.

I love this site and have been using it for years. Never had a problem and their products are simply beautiful and very well made. Selection is excellent and plentiful; in fact the worse thing about it all is trying to decide which item to choose!
In this order, I wanted solar LED path lights. Yes, you can find them in the big box stores and even discount stores and I am sure they do the job. However, I wanted something a bit different and distinctive! These lights are beautiful, project a distinct pattern and very well made. They are so nice, I ordered another two sets! I hope to have them for years to come!

Vast amount of Lamp options at Lamps Plus. I found a set I liked and was not disappointed when they arrived. They are perfect for my log home. Since I needed sufficient light, pull chains and a more simple design my search was limiting. Luckily I found what I needed on the Lamps Plus website. YAY!

Ordered a light bar for a new bathroom but after speaking with our contractor realized this was not the right application for the design (which we loved). Returned that light and ordered side lights which are a better fit for our project. Still have a few weeks of construction to go and can't wait to install and enjoy.
We have used Lamps plus before and have always appreciated the quality, design and price of their products. So we decided to go with what we know and like!

I purchased a shade from Lamps Plus to replace a shade that was really beat up. It arrived packed with care and the shade looks great. It was easy to find a new shade in a similar size and the even included hardware that I would need to attach it to my floor lamp.

Great table, some parts had been added for stability, which had come loose in transit, fortunately no damage to table. Better more substantial packaging for weight of item, is all that was needed.
We love Lamps Plus for lighting, accent furniture etc. Building a new house 80% of lighting is Lamps Plus.

It is an easy to navigate web site with many choices of products. Listing of weights on many ceiling lights is very useful. I am replacing an old bathroom ceiling light, about 3 pounds, with no idea what is structurally behind it. I don't want to gamble on a heavy replacement light.
There are many choices that have extensive descriptions. Your site is simply more appealing than other mass product sites on the internet. I have used your "chat" feature and other mass sites do not provide chat to answer customer questions.

I ordered two vanity lights and two mirrors. One of the mirrors was damaged during shipping, it was never even delivered to me. FedEx returned it to Lamps Plus and I got a new one within a few days.

You did not have the correct size blubs we needed. A larger-than-needed blubs was sent and we could not use them. Thus, I must travel 31 miles to return the blubs for a $ 75.00 refund.
Customer service told me to take them to a store for a refund.
I thought you would have the blubs we needed for our chandler.
Donna, your online representative was trying to be helpful, however, I needed a specific size blub for our chandler, and you did not have it in stock. Thus, she thought the bulbs sent would work, but they did not.
