It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
I selected a small table lamp which I really liked the look of. I measured it, and I thought it would work perfectly on my table. When I received the lamp, it seemed very small, and it wasn't actually as tall as the description, so I had to return it.
I made a simple order. I noticed on my invoice an hour after ordering that my old address from 6 months ago had populated the order. I called quickly an hour after making the order. I also emailed customer service as well within that short time to make the correction in writing also. Supposedly problem solved. Now almost 2 weeks later I have paid for my order but still do not have the order. It has been delivered to the incorrect address 2 times now. This is now my problem. They advised that I should dispute the payment. They said they delivered the product and there is nothing they can do. They will not sent me another item. What a sad attitude... the many calls I have made looking for this order to come in explaining this story over and over

Promised lamps by 6/24/10. Received an email today, 6/25/20 telling me there has been a change in delivery for 7/15/20. I had called them twice today only to be placed on hold for an extended amount of time. Finally I had a choice of them calling me back. I left my phone number for a call back which I never received. I went on the Chat Line. Representative said it would have been 3 hours on hold and the call back would have been 48 hours. I asked why are you taking the cost of the lamps out on my charge card if you cannot deliver as promised. Her reply was," to check to see if you had the amount in my bank to cover the lamps". She also indicated that the amount will come off my account in a day or two. I will wait for these lamps, but I will never order from this company again. They do have a extensive variety, but not worth the hassle of shopping here. I will stick with my Amazon Prime in the future.
Tip for consumers:
Although the lamp variety is very impressive, the customer service is below standards. Be prepared to wait a long time before you receive your order.

The product itself is great. However, the item came without a third light bulb, leaving me looking in the hardware store for a specialty bulb. The screws were loose in the box subject to being easily lost and the packing… styrofoam is killing the earth - do people understand this? Not only killing the earth, it shed so badly it left a mess to clean up despite the careful removal from box.

A seemingly better quality than the lamp store down the way.

I was looking for a table to add in my reading room. I saw what I thought would fit perfectly in the space but I didn't read that it had to be assembled. Since I am a widow I took it upon myself to try and do this task. To my surprise it was easier then anticipated & it looks beautiful. For the lower shelf I put a statue & under the counter light and I love it.
I have purchased fans and other items there and am always satisfied with my purchases.
It was exactly what I was looking for.

The floor standing lamp has 3-lamps. There is no electric switch, unbelievable. Each lump have to switch on and off. Specially, difficult to reach top lamp switch. This product is no use, I sent it out to garbage collector. Never trust to order any products from this company ‼

Site is very easy to navigate. The only thing is, I missed out on the sale. The Wall art was 79.99 the other day and unfortunately the price went back up:-((( Love my choice. I bought 3 each. I have a18 ft room with 22 foot ceiling. I needed something large to fill the space, these three pieces do just that!

I have to say that I was rather impressed with the bar stools I ordered. I ordered 5 hanging lights and loved them so I thought I'd give the stools I found online a try. They do have to be assembled but was really easy.
Super happy and would use the again.
Tip for consumers:
I shopped around for counter hight bar stools. Found some that ran over $700 a piece!!! Found these (that were very similar) that gave the look I was going for. BTW...89 vs 700??? No brainer....

Lamps Plus appears to delete negative reviews!
Shade was too big. Design is nice, but as it goes around the shade, it just doesn't look the same, there are fewer lines.
I paid $49.99 for 'off white with silver circles' lamp shade and returned item within a few hours because I didn't like it. Company refunded me $31 dollars and kept $21... they KEPT TWENTY ONE DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING! They have been a nightmare to deal with. I will never do business with such an awful company.
Lamps Plus did offer to give me a full refund if I destroyed the shade and sent picture. I did not want to destroy a perfectly good shade, when it could have been used by a shelter or someone in need! Disgusting policy and not 100% satisfaction guarantee!

The customer service is exceptional and the prices are fantastic. I try to find lighting that is manufactured by Lamps Plus because they sell it for far less than the competition. The product is fine, a little lighter base than I expected, but it lights the music well.
The shipment process was interesting. I was concerned that it took so long to arrive and then within hours of your email, there it was on my doorstep. Interesting.
It has a real studio and design consultants who know their inventory, so I am spared the online guessing game.
A combination of utility (I needed a real piano light that would cantilever over the music) and price.

I was sent a broken table that has a huge chip in the base where it screws in so the table can't even be assembled. And the base is all dirty and table scratched. This was clearly used or a return. Very disappointed. Waiting on customer service to know how they will handle this cause this will be a big pain to try and pack up and send back.

Ten years later, I ordered a shade for a lamp purchased elsewhere and it arrived in a few days, was safely packaged, was exactly as pictured, and was of better quality than expected. Lamps Plus is a quality company with excellent customer service and I will use them again.

I ordered a desk lamp from Lamps Plus. FedEx reported the lamp as delivered, but it was not at my door on that day. It was likely delivered to the wrong address, which is a common occurrence in my neighborhood. I asked Lamps Plus for a replacement; after six weeks of thinking about it, they rejected my request. So now I have no lamp and a charge for $160. This is unacceptable. The consumer does not come first for this company. So be cognizant of the fact that loss or theft is your risk, not theirs

We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation. We assure you that we did all that we could on our end to try to resolve this on your behalf, and we do have procedures we must follow. We do not have the ability to refund or reship an order that was marked as delivered, so we did file an investigation on your behalf to dispute this with the carrier. We advised they do take about 10 to 14 business days. That timeframe and outcome is not determined by Lamps Plus in any way. The carrier did deny the claim, so we advised that the next step to get this resolved would be to dispute the charge. We are sorry again that we were unable to further assist you with this directly, and thank you for your time.
The light looks great on the front of our garage. It has a pretty wide range motion detector; love the fact that it is on dim until someone walks up to the front of the house. We had a trouble connecting it because the screws provided were not long enough for the type of plate we were connecting it too, but my husband did some modifications and got it to work.
Good quality items, have purchased from them many times. Very easy return policy and there is a nearby store that I can return the items to if needed.

Unfortunately the site has the height of the lamp listed as 14 3/4" which would have worked perfectly in my entertainment center. In actuality these lamps are 17.5" tall. Had I read all the comments I would have learned this ahead of time. I have no use for these lamps and will have to find something else.

Hi - the design of the lamp you ordered has an uno style shade, and it is possible to fit it onto the lamp the wrong way around, which would make the lamp be taller. If you reach out to our customer service team they can investigate and help you out.
I ordered the large Tahoe slate lamp and it came within a week. It was packaged well and looks fabulous in my den! They recommend an LED bulb to go with it and I ordered that too. I will definitely order from them again when I need a new lamp.

I have ordered much of my lighting from Lighting Plus. They have a good selection of modern chandeliers and floor lamps. My friend loved my Possini Mid Century Modern Floor Lamp so I got her one for her new house. She was so excited and placed it in a visual are for everyone to enjoy. Shipping was fast and product nicely packaged. I saw some reviews about receiving a damaged shade, but hers was perfect.
I never buy full price and waited for it to go on sale. I saved $60.00.

Ordered 2 mini pendant lights that i was told were in stock. Turns out they weren't and I did not receive them for 4 weeks. Opened the 1st box and found that the finish was nothing like the photos, the lamp shade was scratched and it was not a stiff tube mount but flexible cord from the ceiling. Called and was told that i had to pay for the return ever though it was damaged. The return shipping costs approx. $20 per box what a rip off.

I was told my chandelier would be delivered on a certain day (even the Bot contacted me and said it would be delivered that day. I waited and no chandelier. Finally after called numerous times within a week after that I got a Customer Service person who said my lamp was lost and she ordered a new one for me.
Love their selection. I haven't completely opened the box because I' m having my house painted. I hope everything is in the box that needs to be.

The shades were nice but damaged on arrival. The box was pushed in and the shades were both dented. I reshaped them but the damage is visible on both. It's ok because the lamps are old. I just with you cared about your product enough to package it better.
