Easy and quick return in store. Purchased same set that was a size smaller and it works great and looks fantastic. The fixtures elevate the house and make it look more modern, fresh and current. Easy to install, well made and highly recommend. Hopefully will hold up well to the elements.

This is my first experience with Lamps Plus after being frustrated trying to locate a lamp at retailers. The ordering process was simple and clear. Delivery as was predicted. The lamp was well packaged, all parts were present, and the instructions clear. I was able to assemble the lamp by myself.
It provided what I was looking for to replace a lamp that had broken. Pictures and descriptions on the web site were clear which made decision making easy.

Went through 2000+ lamps offered. Mine happened to be on sale! Product details were important. The pair I bought weighed 18 pounds each which meant they would be very stable in our TV room which has lots of activity. They are beautiful.

I love this site and have been using it for years. Never had a problem and their products are simply beautiful and very well made. Selection is excellent and plentiful; in fact the worse thing about it all is trying to decide which item to choose!
In this order, I wanted solar LED path lights. Yes, you can find them in the big box stores and even discount stores and I am sure they do the job. However, I wanted something a bit different and distinctive! These lights are beautiful, project a distinct pattern and very well made. They are so nice, I ordered another two sets! I hope to have them for years to come!

My lamp was online only.the first lamp came broken.i paid for another for the exchange and return.they sent the wrong one. Then I ordered a new one and the lady forgot to press the buy button so I never received the new one. Finally I got to talk to a manager. I have already put in a complaint and Noone contacted me. Horrible! Customer sevice.
Someone did not do her job- again.

The lamp I ordered was an unboxed lamp. It came broken. To return was going to be too expensive so I fixed it myself. I would not recommend buying unboxed as it is expensive to return when they come broken.

Loved the appearance from the photos, and for the most part the lamp delivered everything I wanted. The only problem I had was with sloppy workmanship at the top of the wooden pillar where the light is mounted. Before I assembled the lamp I took a close look as the edges of the wood were frayed and disturbed, at the first touch, many flakes of finished wood fell off the tower and had to be glued back into place to cover up the unstained wood. This is my only nit.
Excellent variety of products and low shipping latency.
I needed a lamp for my reading room and this item fit my decor and desire for simple designs. Too bad the execution of the finishing touches nearly ruined the lamp. Having to immediately repair something before I used it was why I rated the product lower than I think it is capable of.

Ordered a light bar for a new bathroom but after speaking with our contractor realized this was not the right application for the design (which we loved). Returned that light and ordered side lights which are a better fit for our project. Still have a few weeks of construction to go and can't wait to install and enjoy.
We have used Lamps plus before and have always appreciated the quality, design and price of their products. So we decided to go with what we know and like!

It is an easy to navigate web site with many choices of products. Listing of weights on many ceiling lights is very useful. I am replacing an old bathroom ceiling light, about 3 pounds, with no idea what is structurally behind it. I don't want to gamble on a heavy replacement light.
There are many choices that have extensive descriptions. Your site is simply more appealing than other mass product sites on the internet. I have used your "chat" feature and other mass sites do not provide chat to answer customer questions.

I almost did not purchase this because it did not say if the light was dimmable in the description, it is. I took a chance and after that, the process was flawless. Delivered in a timely manner, packaged securely, all parts were accounted for. Installation went smoothly and the installer made a point of telling how well made it is. It is also very quite.
I love LampsPlus. I have never been disappointed!

It took FOREVER, as in eight weeks+ to receive my full order. I'm sure it was a supply issue, so not the fault of Lamps+. Product is great, so all is well!
We do apologize for any delays with your order. We keep the information online as up to date as possible as having accurate lead times is important to us. However, there can be delays if items are in transit or if it is an item that ships directly from the vendor. We’re glad to hear your order was received and everything is going well.
Items were broken during shipment. These were 2 larger rectangle shaped mirrors. They did arrive at the timeframe expected. We anticipated they would have been better packed just for shipping, but they had no styrofoam or bubble wrap to protect corners. It's clear from how they broke the had been set on edge at a single point rather than setting on the whole edge. Boxes were clearly marked as mirrors.
We are working with LP to get a credit for items- & will not repurchase these items.
At least CS responded back right away when we alerted them. Which hasn't been the case with some other large internet businesses.
We have to forward pics of items- but they did respond right away. We will continue to use LP for our remodel needs as a result.

I have found Lamps Plus to have an excellent selection of lighting fixtures. We have ordered several different styles for a new home build. All have been high quality and were as good or better than expected. All have been delivered quickly and in excellent condition.

I needed a specific style, height and found a good selection on Lamp Plus. The lamp is beautiful and quality base. Unfortunately the shade had a few dents in shipping that are barely noticeable but I hide them in placement of the lamp.

My order was delayed significantly for unknown reasons, but it did arrive in good condition in the end. However, once the fans (I got two of these with light kits) were installed, one has a flickering light issue and I'd have to unwire and take it down to troubleshoot it. Both have delays when clicking them on - they jerk, pause, turn the wrong direction, and then start working correctly after about 2 seconds. It's odd, but not odd enough for me to tear them out and return them. One is on a wall switch and it makes no difference if you use that or the remote.
Lights - take a second to respond to changes in dimming with the remote, but go from very dim to incredibly bright, which is a really nice range.
Blades are ABS plastic, not actual wood.
I will say they look really nice, are very modern, and are absolutely silent! The airflow is impressive compared to the old 1990s flat five-bladed fan I replaced, too. Three blades on these make the room feel more spacious, too. Overall I like the fans, but they seem to have some built in odd response to being turned on.

This lamp arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. It is good quality even with the plastic shade. This lamp fits in very well with the other furniture in my family room.

It has been a while since I've been on the website and needed to order another Outdoor Wall Lamp and the company still had what I ordered 7 years ago. Very thankful for that as my whole house has these lamps. I also appreciate that they are part of the Upromise program.
