It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
I selected a small table lamp which I really liked the look of. I measured it, and I thought it would work perfectly on my table. When I received the lamp, it seemed very small, and it wasn't actually as tall as the description, so I had to return it.
I ordered a fountain from Lampsplus. The order took nearly 8 weeks to be delivered. After about 1 week of the fountain being used, the fountain began to lean. Upon inspection, the main support was cracked and what appeared to be a quick fix was made and painted over. I contacted lampsplus to get a replacement support. Again, we are at almost 8 weeks and still no part. Customer service is rude. The one year warranty is useless. 4 months have passed since fountain was ordered ( the warranty starts the day order was placed) now by time part actually arrives, it will be time to take the fountain in for winter. Warranty will be up by the time the fountain will be put back out next spring. Company refuses to refund $$$.

While the lamp base is nice, the shades are cheaply made and you can see where is seems/piping come together through the shade when the lamp is lite. The lamp really could use new shades for its design. Because of this, I'm taking off 2 stars.

Hi - it's common that a shade will have a seam in it, it's how the shade material is joined to create the shade shape. If the design is not to your liking we can help you find an alternate design. I bought a product and I never received it. Fedex said that they delivered. I reached out to the company and explained that I didn't receive and they opened a case with Fedex and said the same thing. They just redirected me to the Credit Card company to dispute the value. They are not serious about online business. If you buy and they rely on Fedex, someone needs to be responsible. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that can happen to anyone and they don't really take the accountability of their clients. I shipped it, it is your problem now.

I returned a shade to Lamps Plus. I was given two options: 1. Pay to ship the item to them 2. Destroy the item and send them a picture and I would receive a full refund. I am disgusted by the lack of respect for resources. I will never use this company again. Please, start caring about something other than the bottom line.

We are sorry to hear of the disappointment during your return. While we do offer free returns on some of our items, our lamps shades do not fall under our free return policy; we do apologize. Because of this, we did offer you a discounted return label to send this shade back to us for a refund. The other option that we offered you, which entailed the collapsing of the shade, and sending us the photo to receive your refund, is a return option we have in place for our shades as it is the most cost effective and environmentally friendly method. This method saves on extra car emissions as well as extra packing waste caused by having the shade shipped back.
I have fallen in love with my new chiminea. It's all put together, ready for use. I plan on using it for the first time this coming Monday on the full moon. My experience has been overall grande. Thank you for everything!

After buying my house, I replaced every single light fixture in it with light fixtures that I bought on LampsPlus.com. Only one time did I have to return a fixture to LampsPlus.com, and they made it very easy for me to do so. The variety and quality of light fixtures on exceeds that which I can buy locally, even at specialty lighting stores, and moreover, the prices on LampsPlus.com are extremely competitive. LampsPlus.com is my go-to store for light fixtures.

Ordered 2 on the wall reading lamps to go in our bedroom, one for me and one for my wife. Really liked the design and it seemed to be of good quality until the cheap switch in it broke. I called support and asked about a replacement part and they said they did not sell it separately. Instead of replacing it, they recommended buying another one for full price at $150... instead of sending me a $5 switch. I got the switch replaced at a local lamp shop, but they could not get the lamp to dim like it did previously. I gave them 2 stars because I could not find what we were looking for anywhere else and you might be fortunate with their products. I wasn't and their customer support is not supportive.

I had purchased a lamp on line that was not the right fit once I got it. With 1 phone call, I was able to choose to return it to my local store or return free via UPS. The Customer Service Rep was pleasant and helpful, and the entire call was less than 5 minutes. I returned the item to my local store, who was helpful in crediting my card - they also helped me find something to replace my original purchase and was an even better choice!
CS was super helpful in getting an online purchase returned and credit to my card. Very friendly rep who resolved my issue in less that 5 minutes on phone!
Always have a great selection of products, usually better priced then local "hardware" or "furniture" stores, and the staff are friendly, helpful and never pushy!

They ship fedex without signature. Buyer beware because if your package is misdelivered Or lost by fedex you have NO recourse. Lamps plus will NOT replace or refund item. Fedex will decline your claim because the package was delivered! I wonder if they are both in cahoots to rip customers off!

Ordered online and wanted to return to a local LampsPlus store. Was told I had to ship back to their warehouse. Had to pay Fed Ex charges for a low quality piece of furniture that I was not happy with. Very bad customer service LampsPlus.

We ordered a set of lamps that have glass bases. One was fine, but one had a piece of plastic stuck to the metal rod running down the inside. We called to return them and we were lucky enough to get Victoria C. As our service rep. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get what we needed and turned what could have been a chore into a pleasant experience.
Dealing with Victoria C. was the best part of our transaction and left us with a nice feeling about our Lamps Plus experience.

I initially found the Franklin Iron Works lamp on Target.com but a few weeks later they were put of stock and weren't going to restock. I quickly found the same lamp on the LampsPlus website. It was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I appreciated the email asking if I had indeed received my order.
They carried the lamp I was looking for.
It's elegant mission style is a great addition to my decor. I alsonchose it based on size for the room and table it would be on and it having 2 bulbs to ensure it gave off adequate light. The LED nightlight feature definitely sealed the deal. It's beautiful when lit.

I have been waiting for 3 supposedly pick up days,, was sent emai twice saying they had been picked up,, now they are telling me there is some sort of mixup and pickup will not be until next week,,, that will be one week after first pickup date,,, would never do business with them again!

I placed an order back in December of 2017 and it is now February 5,2018 and his order is not resolved. I received one of two lamps broken. I returned it and have to email them continuously to get any feedback on a replacement. Had I know it would be so much trouble I would have returned both and purges the lamps elsewhere. I am an avid online shopper and Lamps Plus has been the worst company I have had the displeasure of shopping.

Customer satisfaction is not their number 1 goal, not sure why they claim that. Their product was a joke, cheaply made, 1/4 size as pic depicted and I paid over $50 to return their product because I live in the east coast and they are located in California. Also, the light fixture produced approx 10% of lighting a normal light fixture at your local retail lighting store would have. No photos because I thought they were going to do the right thing and reimburse my shipping and handling charges, but that's not their policy, guess it's alright to deceive the public and customer satisfaction is not their priority. Rarely a reviewer. But I am soooo disatisfied and disappointed, I feel its my obligation to warn everyone and for you'll to avoid headaches... Pharm. D.

Order arrived quite quickly. One table was in excellent condition but the other one had been damaged in transit. One corner of the table top had been smashed and broken. I telephoned customer service and spoke with a very helpful lady who agreed to send me a replacement top forthwith. My communication with customer service was quite pleasant and helpful.
Completely satisfied. So much so that I sent an email commending her cheerful attitude and helpfulness.
Saw a popup ad while on the internet of a chair side lamp/table combined which was exactly what I needed.

Delivery was quick. Two items were delivered a day apart, although Fed Ex noted that they were both delivered the same day. I was left a bit confused with the first delivery. I liked the lampshades. Have not put the chandelier up yet. Waiting for installer.

I would highly recommend this company. I recently wrote a review that i was upset that they did not replace a broken globe. That i did not open a little over 2 months due to a lot of family matters. After writing a bad review and contacting people I got it replaced. Everyone was very nice and they took care of me. I have at least 8 of their lamps they are beautiful and well made. I will continue to get all my lamps here and will recommend them.
